You don't have to go beyond a name for your leader. But a few paragraphs for your nation's history are ideal. You can make up the post-Great War history (like how your leader came to be) for your nation as long as it doesn't contradict whatever is in the summaries.

You should probably just ctrl-f the nation you're interested in and reading that. Don't try to read all of it, obviously, or more than you need. We will not be responsible for any injuries or summary-induced depression.

And we will not send rescue teams in if you get lost reading it all.

The summaries, together, were such a long post it crashed the PM function. This might pose some problems for the OP. We'll see. But we might have to use several posts exclusively for the summaries. I think some people might have gone overboard with their stuff.
