As I’m sure you can gather, I’m posting this to try and find people to role-play with. If you clicked on this thread expecting anything else, then I’m sorry to disappoint you. Hold on to that feeling, however; I’m sure there’s a great deal of disappoint yet to come. It’s my specialty, I’m told.
I suppose I should add a little about myself. I use to be an avid role-player here, under various different usernames that I have long since lost access too due to my inability to consistently note down passwords. It’s been a while since I’ve been able to write, however, and I’m looking to get back into it, and I figured this would be a good place to start. I’m not a particularly busy person; I have a job, sure, and so will often be unable to post every day. However, I often have some downtime between my usual sessions of self-loathing and shower-crying, so I should be able to keep you updated on when I will and won’t be able to post. Now, moving on to my interests and what I’m looking for. Are you ready? Excited? Well, calm down; you’re embarrassing the both of us. Okay, moving on.
I’m not particularly interested in fandom ideas; if you had gotten this far and were looking forward to getting into a good ol’ My Little Pony role-play with me, than I’m sorry to have wasted your time. You do you, though; I’m sure there’s someone out there for you. I currently have no set ideas in mind, so I’m all for collaborating on something. I’ll list some of my interests below, and if you happen to have similar interests, then I’m sure we can figure something out. If you have any pre-set ideas you’ve been itching to try, then let me know; I’m sure I’ll be interested.
And that's certainly not an exhaustive list. Typically, I prefer role-plays to have a darker theme/atmosphere, and to centre more on the characters than the actual setting. If I get any specific ideas I'll post them here, but in the meantime, don't hesitate to message me if you want to put something together. I don't really have any rules or anything like that, I'm mostly just looking for someone who can write a few paragraphs (or more, that's cool too), and is looking to have some fun and write a story or two. If you're a fan of self-deprecating humour and have low expectations in life, I'm totally your guy!
