Either way, they will likely not make it to the beginning of initiation. either that manipulative asshole will deal with them, or one of the senior students will scare the shit out of them and they'll leave willingly.
maybe someone from VLCN? they're third year, all human, and friends with team WGRN, who are entirely Faunus.
that or one of the more human looking members of WGRN.

Pointless self-serving rant about some of my other OC's

For reference: VLCN is a team composed entirely of heavy-hitters. The leader is a young man with gigantism measuring in at 9' even and weighing over 300lbs of pure muscle, his weapons is a double headed shotgun axe the size of a small tree that uses explosive slugs the size of a normal persons fist. said leader is also the heir to a large construction company that is responsible for around 1/3 of all current building projects in the entire city of Vale.
His girlfriend/partner is average in size, but uses a grenade launcher/plasma shotgun modeled after the brute shot. she is also missing a leg, which has been replaced by a virtually indestructible hydraulic powered prosthetic capable of pucnhing a hole in a reinforced concrete wall.

the third member of the team was born with brittle bone disease but said fuck the world I want ot be a hunstman, leading to him building a personal strength-augmenting exoskeleton and eventually heavily infusing his entire skeletal structure with dust, he uses a railgun sniper rifle designed for punching through inch thick armor plating, with optional dust infused slugs.
and the N in VLCN is a mute girl with anger issues and a staff that creates elemental explosions when she hits things with it.

For future reference, 2nd year or later students at this point would be hesitant at best to mess with a faunus, since pretty much all of them know about Agrus Grau of team WGRN hospitalizing Cardin while protecting his younger cousins. New students are going to be more prone to it, but they will learn better VERY quickly.
tl;dr, don't expect too much punishment if he fucks up some racist asshole in self defense.
