I prefer the hammers, personally. If only because you can go to any hardware store and get a reasonable substitute for a warhammer.

I actully never smoked, I started on it for the mild stimulant effect of the nicotine.

Using a vape works better than an E-cig because you can get a much higher nicotine concentration. my dad has been smoking for 20 something years, has tried and failed to quit multiple times, then we got him a vape and he's hardly touched cigarettes since, said they burn his throat now.
