So this is a 15 day bump. Where did everyone go? It's been so quiet around here...

Hey, Narcissism is completely fine. Just remember the golden rule. I am always better than you. My favorite character is the Skeleton just cause of how out there he is. Tourettes and the ability to punch anything? That is why he is awesome.

I still am not in it yet, but it will be fun then. Although the spider is trying to take my spotlight, and spiders burn well when they try that... In general, don't take my spotlight. In serious, adding a spider bent on enslaving others? Now we are truly an evil monster team, as long as you don't try to eat and/or enslave my goblin. We should be somewhat decent friends.

Bob

Name: The Grand Royal Doctor Maxwell the Third. Most people call him "Bob the Builder". It's a mean name, but it stuck.

Appearance:

Race: Goblin

Class: Inventor

Personality: Bob is a self proclaimed genius when it comes to building things. He only picks the finest spots for spare parts (trash piles) to build his flawless inventions (barely functional). He uses big words to sound smarter thanks to his college degree (found a dictionary and picked really long words to learn). He tends to talk down to everyone around him. as a result, he has numerous friends (nobody) to talk to. Bob is a compulsive liar who does whatever it takes to accomplish what he wants. If he likes something, he will go to lengths to obtain it, including theft. Has a blatant lack of survival skills, and will dance with death more than once.

Equipment: What one would call a mess of gears, smoke, and generally worthless trash, Bob would call his greatest accomplishments. He actually carries a delightful amount of odd things with him.

-Mighty Jet Pack: This actually is far more crude than it sounds. On his back lies a rather large cannon shaped object. It loads from the top, and fires downward. Using the power of explosives, and his light weight, the blast propels him forward at high velocities. There's just a few problems with it. The area behind him is hit with the full impact of the explosive, and he has no brakes on this crazy ride. Although a good way to get around, he leaves craters behind him and usually headbutts whatever is unlucky enough to be in his way.

-Invincible Armor: Being a goblin has it's downsides. One of them is death by anyone bigger than a goblin. So Bob invented a solution. A clunky metal suit powered by a salvaged battery he swears he made himself.This armor features top of the line features, including: Smoke Bombs, (the battery spewing smoke occasionally from struggling to work.) Electric Defensive Countermeasures, (Sparking of said battery through the suit. Usually enough to hurt things that touch it.) and the awesome ability to launch parts of his suit at far range enemies. (Again, parts just fly off when he moves anything too far in a direction. He just got good at using it like a weapon.)

-Sword of the Gods: It's actually a pretty average sword. It's been rigged up to glow brightly like a flashlight to appear menacing. When combined with Electric Defensive Countermeasures, it gets a lot better. The thing occasionally fires lightning in random directions, they hurt a lot if anything actually connects. The downside is it has hit Bob quite a lot. Perhaps holding a lightning sword in full metal armor is a bad idea, but he just insists this is the best part. Aside from that, an electrified sword is pretty effective against most opponents.

-Infernal Hell Gun: This is a gas fed fire that grows larger the more objects he feeds into the handheld furnace installed as the barrel of the gun. In some cases it works like a flamethrower, and can be adjusted to launch flaming objects. The downside is this thing is crudely put together. Accuracy launching the flaming balls of fire is horrible considering smoke billows out all sides of it. Ammo is not a concern considering it's literally whatever that can burn being thrown in. The gun can overheat, burning his hands if fired up too high, and in some cases literally backfires in his face. The weight of it requires both hands to hold it for him. It's his solution to long range combat though.

-Bandolier Belt of Infinite Possibilities: Not as infinite as the name implies, it still holds a lot of interesting things. It serves as a place to store his weapons when not in use. Among the objects in his belt are potions that heal or hurt, Bob can't remember which did what. Spare burnable objects, bombs, and rusty tools for tinkering. He always left a few pockets empty in case he finds something interesting. Well, "find" is a relative term for things he wants.

Motivation: Where there's fighting, there's better reason to try out his inventions. Where there are dead bodies, there are unclaimed objects he can salvage and convert into something new. Where there is treasure, there will be both of these. Bob doesn't need many reasons to do things.

Background: Bob grew up in a village of Goblins, far removed from other people. This village was obsessed with machines. Didn't matter what it did, it had to be made. Safety was never a concern, so it was no surprise the village exploded one day. Bob was among quite a large group of Goblins who survived the explosion. With no place to call home, he naturally sought out things bigger than him for protection. He was hated pretty quickly everywhere he went, so he ended up trading shoddy gadgets for a place to stay. From town to town he went, leaving devastation behind when his traded gadgets eventually exploded. This never concerned him, he insisted that only he knew how to operate them. It must be their fault it failed. Bob is pretty hated by everyone, but he doesn't care. He's just itching for a reason to keep building new things, new weapons, new explosives.

Why must things always go wrong? The situation was finally being contained by the sheer numbers of Song Knights in the area. Yet they just kept raining down from the sky like a hurricane. You could crush, maim, or even kill one and three more were still replacing them. Not much to complain about, the first wave was finally being brought under control. Randar could finally lower his weapon, all the constant songs to reload were getting to him. There was finally a silver lining in the moment.

That was when it just got worse, the princess appealed for Song Knights to help guard the Imperial Cathedral. Guess this attack spanned further than Randar first thought. Just when he was considering helping them out, a 15 meter tall dragon Dissonance was falling from the sky. This was a big problem, and he could probably handle it. The icing on the cake was the familiar voice again. "Hi there, Beansprout~ Did you want to talk to me, earlier?" Did she just... Oh, it's on now.

With a loud voice, he yelled out to the princess. "I got the large Dissonance handled! The small shrimp still owes a chat." He quickly ordered Cothyl, "Make sure the big one keeps his eyes on you, I'll keep the girl distracted." With that he took aim, a few shots should force her to fall a certain way or take a few hits. He fired six shots, steadily aiming to hit her in as many vital spots as possible, he doubted they would actually hit. With this much confidence, she probably had a back up plan. Another sigh as he had to swap to his piccolo to play another tune to charge his gun.

Cothyl was already causing some property damage, at least he didn't harm any civilians. Standing at 17 feet tall, he was gonna be tiny compared to the Dissonance. It didn't matter, if he let that stop him, there would be far more hurt. He wasn't able to help last time, now was his chance to make a difference. Cothyl gave a loud roar, big and obvious. To start, all he had to do was make sure it focused only on him. First step was to trip it and render it immobile, then make sure it doesn't get back up. Well, all while avoiding what looked to be acid coming from it's massive maw. Not like his job is ever easy, or thought through by Randar.

It was happening all around them. Dissonances falling from the sky, and now, a flock of crows were appearing. Looks like Randar caught a break, now they can focus on the big guy, without worrying about leaving the civilians helpless. He yelled thanks to no one in particular, he didn't know who did it. Randar and Cothyl were focused on what they do best, being large and in charge. He yelled to the mysterious girl, "I don't care how large you make my opponent! I will bring you all down!"

@KRIEEEG Thanks, I like how it turned out personally. Hoarding goblin obsessed with his inventions? Yeah, he probably has too many objects, but it would be more work convincing him he doesn't need all of it. The concept is his gear combined is almost as large as he is. If you can even see that past the smoke.

I have no idea who Zokex is though, probably an unnamed face currently.

What do you mean moving me to the front of the queue? If I'm not approved, just let me know.

All right, took some work and a few bad ideas. Here is my CS. Hope he fits well with the atmosphere of the world. Let me know if I need to change anything.

Sorry, I never saw any mention of it in the Characters or mention of it. Should I do something different? I see we will get along just fine, if that's already something that crossed your mind.

So, the point of this is to play the typical "evil" monsters in a quest to gather an unholy object? While stomping any heroes that try to stand in the way? I am interested in this, or should I just move along?

For a character, I was thinking a goblin that uses self-made machines. They usually backfire, but are amazing the few times they don't explode or otherwise make things worse. I got to give this more thought. So I'll get a CS later.
