Fair enough. I wanted to use the time before the sorting to let everyone get posting again, but clearly that didn't work. Yeah youre right. We can just get moving. Due to the the drop in characters, I might actually bring Nolan out of NPC status... When I have time. Maybe this weekend. End of the semester. Exams and projects deadlines and such, you know

Yeah so I've been really busy and will continue to be, sorry guys. Ive only received sorting posts from two people and activity doesn't seem to be picking up. Not to say I'm giving up, I just mean to say I don't really have the time to keep poking at this RP hoping for something to happen. Any suggestions on where to go from here?
I'll try and get a Roy post up in the meantime.

Yes, please. In the meantime everyone please continue posting from the boats or carriages. Once I get all the first year posts I'll make one big post moving us automatically forward. Assuming that is okay with everyone
As you can see from Kirah's post, the time skip has happened. Hopefully this gets us going. If you have a first year character, please decide how you want the Sorting to go and write up a short bit description of what happened so we can put the sorting all in one post. Depending on your character and how much detail you want to go into, it can be anything from a Malfoy-type thing where the house shouts out the house before even touching the person or a near-hatstall and you can relate to us the "conversation" the hat has with your character. Please send that to me sometime within the next few days.
No response from anyone who hasn't posted here. I'm gonna say its just us now. Which makes it sound like we lost a lot of people. It's not bad. I'm just waiting on Anna. I'm dealing wth a death in the family. Not anyone close I knew. So its more paying respects and comforting than actual grieving on my part. Regardless if we havent heard from Anna ill advance the RP whenever I get the chance.

The list was mostly for me to see who might be trapped in a compartment with inactive characters lol. I figured I'd post it.
Oh right. I thought I had read something about her leaving the compartment so I had to go back and check. But then I forgot to remove it. I'll fix it now.
