She looked at Dexter, her eyes wandering over his choice of clothing before nodding. "Go out there dressed like that, you'll start a riot, Dexter." She said before pointing to the corridor behind him. "There's a wardrobe through there. First left, second right, third on the left, go straight ahead, under the stairs, past the bins, fifth door on your left. Hurry up will ya?" She said to him quickly before adding a slight amount of attitude to the last part in order to show she was serious. Before turning back to the console.
She listened to him as he spoke and felt herself relax around him. It was weird, he was just as weird as she was and it was awesome. "Doctor? Awesome name." She said to him with a nod of approval. She then felt herself smile when he descibed exactly what was happening to her. About the thoughts going through her head. This guy was becoming more and more interesting. She then tilted her head in confusion when he mentioned how he smelt chips. "Chips?" She questioned him curiously. Then again, she has learnt not to question the things he does. She learnt that within the first few minutes of meeting him. She then raised an eyebrow as he began questioning her about her friend. Asking questions. After he done asking she began speaking.

"I've known him since we were in kindergrden. He is very bubbly and out-going. Doesn't care what people think of him. He does not smell funny actaully. He smells like candy. Chocolate if you want to get specific. He has a normal shaped nose. And he does, he says 'Holy midget Michael Jackson' everytime he is surprised or really happy. Very weird but I never questioned it." She said to him quickly. How she remembered everything he said, she had no idea.
"Do you know what happens in 1860?" She questioned him with a grin. She paused before she spoke again, not even letting him respond. "Neither do I. Let's find out!" Before she threw down a lever and the TARDIS gave one more violent lurch before stilling. The Doctor breathes hard from adreniline. Her eyes wide and a grin on her face. She loved the violent rides. She then glanced at Dexter. "You alright?" She questioned him.
"Oi!" She said to him as she continued her ritual of running around like a mad woman. Which she actually is. "I promised you a time machine and that's what you're getting. Now, you've seen the future, let's have a look at the past. 1860. How does 1860 sound?" She questioned him, speaking in one big breath. Slight pauses between what could be described as sentences.
bump
She barely glanced at him before she spoke her next command. "Well, hold them both down." She said before using her hand to motion towards another lever on the other side of the console from where Dexter was.
The TARDIS then began traveling. And it was a bumpier than usual ride. The Doctor ran around trying to pilot the TARDIS to some kind of calm. "Hold that lever down!" She yelled to him while pointing to a seemingly random lever as she ran around the console trying to control the situation.
She looked at him with a raised eyebrow before fixing her glasses. His name was Doctor? Doctor Who? Then again, she has heard weirder sos he would not comment about it. He wanted her name? Why was he trying to make conversation. As far as she was concerned he was some man, some clever man, that was trying to get a package from her. A freaking package!!!! This package is just not freaking worth it. She has no idea why she is doing this. Oh yeah, her friend. GO FRIENDSHIP!!! She then sighed before speaking. Which ended uo turning into a slight ramble. "My name is Violet, pleasure to meet you Doctor. By the way, Doctor Who? I mean, I am not completely sure why I care but I just do. I've heard many weird names and I've never heard anything quite like it. Doctor. Doctor, Doctor, Doctor. Doctor." She said over and over again, seeing how it sounded on her tongue. "I believe I can get used to that. Anyway, I'm going to stop talking now because I have a huge thing where I ramble. Well, it isn't rambling to me, I just naturally speak fast. My brain works fast. Or....so I am told. And I really am just gonna shut up now. I apologize for my terrible rambling habit."

She even covered her mouth with her hand in order to shut up. She didn't mean to be that way. It just happened. Been doing it since she was a child. A habit. A habit she has been trying for 8 years to break.
