  • Name: Luke "Crash", aka Armored Rider Crit

  • Age: 17

  • Appearance: Human Appearance, His Rider Form always has a cowboy motif to it, so you'll see that the front of his helmet that's molded into the shape of a cowboy hat, as well as several white tassels on his arms. As per Gaim Riders, he doesn't have much features, leaving all that for the Arms. Aside from the aforementioned tassels, his suit is also white.

  • Abilities: Not really any special abilities.

  • Rider Powers: Luke has a Sengoku Driver. He also has about nine Lockseeds, each of them having the potential to be utilized in the Sengoku Driver. They could also be used to summon Invess, though only into a holographic wrestling ring. If he was to drop or otherwise let go of his Lock Seed in the midst of battle, the Invess would lose control and break out of the ring. The nine Lockseeds are split into three sets.

    • Himawari Arms: Luke's main Lock Seed. It grants him the Himawari Bullet, a revolver-like gun that he can use to shoot sunflower seed like bullets at people. His finisher is the Himawari Smash, in which he shoots a sunflower seed at someone, it grows into a drill, and thus prompts him to preform a Rider Kick.

    • Matsubokkuri Arms: Using this Lock Seed grants him the Kagematsu, a spear style weapon for him to slash. His finisher is the Ichigeki Break, where he jumps and charges with his Kagematsu, forming a giant energy pinecone on the tip to stab the opponent with.

    • Kurumi Arms: Using this Lock Seed grants him the Kurumi Gauntlets, powerful gauntlets for him to punch with. His finisher is the Breakurumi Punch, a powerful Rider Punch.

  • Rider Machine: He has a Rose Attacker.

  • Personality: Luke enjoys battles, provided they're not to the death. Often he'll sit by and watch other people fight, not being a fan of joining in the battle and siding with one person. He doesn't appreciate cheating, but it's far from his Berserk Button. Unlike the other people in the Critical Dancers, Luke wasn't upbeat or energetic. He was quite the opposite. He was silent, always calculating some strategy for his next Invess/Rider battle and he doesn't really have that youthful spirit that the others had.

  • Backstory: Contrary to the other Armored Riders, Luke was not in Zawame City, but rather a neighboring city that was absorbed in the Beat Rider craze. As such, he was part of the Beat Rider team known as the Critical Dancers. However, Luke never liked dancing. He always had two left feet. No, his interest was in the Invess battles, in which one utilizes Lock Seeds to summon monsters from another world and have them fight. He liked this enough to buy three Lock Seeds from his local Lock Dealer. However, there wasn't enough focus on the Invess games than in Zawame City (though that could be because of Yggdrasil wanting to contain them inside Zawame City), and thus Luke was not able to find a decent challenge. That's when he moved to Zawame City. By that time, the Armored Rider craze began, so he only managed to pick fights with the lesser Beat Riders while the higher ranked ones fought each other. Even when he would lose, Luke would have fun partaking in the games. As soon as the Invess began to attack people and the blame on placed on the Beat Riders, he was approached by a girl who proposed him to stop with the Games. Distraught with the loss of his favorite hobby, he departed back to his hometown. He wanted to see his Lock Dealer again, but he mysteriously disappeared and in his place was a strange driver with a knife on it and a new Lockseed that eventually became the Rose Attacker. A note on the belt said "To my most favorite customer. You always did have an interest for intense battles... This shall make them even more intense. Take it, it's free." And taken it he did. He placed the driver on his waist and with that, it bonded with him and created someone that the DJ in his town would call Armored Rider Crit. However, conflicts with the Beat Riders spread to his town, though since Luke was one of the few who managed to use Lockseeds in that town, he was kicked out of both the Critical Dancers and his home town. Realizing that he became an Armored Rider like the ones in Zawame City, he sets off and searches for battles to be had.

Um, Shinji is with Hibiki. I had him find and talk to her, but Lost never responded

Ah. Okay. I'll replace my scene with another.
    SLASH!

The Phantom's wing chopped off and crumbled away into dust. Pegasus herself fell down to the sand and screamed in agony.

"A-AAAAAAAAAH!" Pegasus shrieked, clutching onto the severed part of her back.

"P-Pegasus!" The Dopant said. As he was distracted, the Oni managed to impale him with his guitar. "GAH!" He grunted. Just then, a laser blast headed for the Dopant's path. The Unicorn Dopant took this to his advantage and moved Yuji into the path of the laser.

The Black Cross King still overlooked the battle. He was more focused on this battle than he was with the museum.

"My apologies, servants. But these humans are showing a stunning display of power. I'm afraid the distraction will have to wait." He telepathically spoke to his minions.
Nicholas noticed OOO was gone in a flash.

"H-Hey! Wait up!" Nicholas said. Just then, he stopped and noticed a glowing crack.

He felt a familiar presence to it. He got out his MPS.

"Captain Sparks, this is Agent Santos. I'm looking at a strange glow from this crevice..." Nicholas noted the glowing crack was indeed the crevice between the bathroom door and the floor. "I want you guys to scan it. I think I know what it is, but I need you guys to confirm." Nicholas took a picture of the crack and sent it to be analyzed.
A tour guide noticed Claudia tripping and ran towards her.

"Oh my gosh, I am so sorry about that... We'll make sure to have some people fix the stairs as soon as possible... Are you hurt?" The guide asked Claudia.
As Yuuka went to touch the crack, something flew out. It was simply a sphere of yellow fluff that had a small face and teeth. It giggled at Yuuka.

The same thing happened for Ignace and Alex. The two fluff followed Ignace and Alex. However, along with giggling, the two fluffballs spoke together. "Hello~! Hello~!" The tour guide shrieked and ran off.

The crack that Lili touched soon spawned its own puffball, though it just flew about and giggled.
Danny let out a bit of a giggle.

"Sorry... It's so entertaining! I just can't help myself, y'know!" Danny smiled for a moment before he forced his own lips to go neutral.

"But I'm digressing. Allow me to formally introduce myself. My name is Danny Sawyer. I'm just a passing through patron of this museum, like I assume you are." Danny said.
Alright. I'm gonna lay down a situation with you guys.

On Wednesday, due to safety inspections, I will undergo a power outage for at least an hour. While I trust that this will go without any problems, I am one who thinks of the worst case scenarios. So I worry things like the outage causing a problem with either my router or computer, or that the outage will last longer than intended. I'm not saying they're possible or if there's even a high enough chance for it, but if I suddenly disappear Wednesday and don't post afterwards, that's the reason why. Otherwise, I will post that I'm okay.

Just wanted to let everyone know. I will work on a post right now.

    • Image of Character: Their Face, Their Game Master Outfit (though more to fit a human, obviously)

    • Name: Elliot Teagon

    • Nickname: Elite

    • "Game Master" Title: The Arbiter

    • Gender: Male

    • Chosen Game Mastery: Halo (Spefically 2, which was the only one where he beat the campaign. The fact that the Arbiter is the playable character for the last level might be the reason why he has his weapons instead of Master Chief's)

    • Preferred Weapon(s)/Power-Up(s): Elliot takes upon the Arbiter's (and by extension, the Elites) signature weapon: The Energy Sword. Or rather, he takes two of Arbiter's signature weapons... As in he dual wields Energy Swords. The swords can slice and dice practically anything with armor due to its magnetized ion-filled electron-based gas forming its blade. The downsides, asides from his need to get close with the weapons, is the fact that they drain energy every time they're used, and must be recharged every now and then. Another downside is that because the blade is magnetic, any magentic field will more than likely screw it up. He also shares the Arbiter's camoflauge, built into his armor. Much like the swords, his camoflage only lasts a short while before it powers off and needs to be recharged. It could also power off when Elliot attacks. Due to the high energy output of his swords, Elliot is not completely invisible so long as he holds onto his glowing blue swords.

    • Background: Elliot, to say the least, lived a bored life. Not a boring life. But a bored life. After getting a certificate in a simple "sit in four classes for one year" course, Elliot had no idea what to do next. Getting a job, going for another course, all those just seemed... doable. But Elliot felt a lack of fun in his heart, something both those things don't seem to give him. Eventually, he came across a gaming club devoted to FPSes and joined it. Although COD was the game that the club played, one person brought in Halo 4, just for variety. This caused a surge of nostalgia for Elliot, who remembered getting Halo 2 and an Xbox for Christmas. Eventually, after seeing Elliot and his friend play Halo, everyone else decided to hold a Halo tournament. However, because Halo played differntly than COD, Elliot managed to wipe the floor with them. This earned him his nickname of Elite. Sastified with his fun, he decided to apply for a summer job... riiiight after he goes to this marathon everyone seems to be raving about.

    • Other: His favorite character is Thel 'Vadam, the Arbiter for Halo 2, which may be why he got his powers rather than Master Chief's. Despite the Arbiter levels being more stealth-based, Elliot runs in guns blazing, or in his case, swords blazing. He also had a nasty encounter with the Flood in the campaign, resulting in him getting easily frightened when zombies and small brain like things are involved.

I'll try applying one character for now. I have an idea for another one, but I'll wait a bit before I go through with it.

Somewhere in the animeverse, They're shows named after then, but I try not to play cannon characters.

    I'm confused...

I was thinking she could only read the minds of ally,or willing participant unless she went probe mode, which requires both a rituall and contact to the forehead. That or she couldn't control her powers and only read random crap. What i prefer, so it wouldn't effect the plot, but it would be neat, and sometimes comic releifesque.

I'm still unsure. Again, mind reading is one of those weird experiences where you have to rely on privately chatting with the person your scanning to figure out what information you get. I'm trying to figure out how this be executed without it sounding complex and hard to understand.

i'd say Empathy (The ability to read emotions) is probably the best you're gonna get away with.

    Agreed.

I know were not allowed mind control, but can a character have mind reading?

Hm... I'm gonna have to guess no. Two reasons: 1, Mind Reading isn't as precise as it looks. You can't be able to get any sort of secret out of peoples' heads without running into their stream of consciousness, which would either result in you going mad because their voices just won't shut up (have a chat with Mao from Code Geass) or give you nothing to work with because they decided to think about cats instead of the password to their computer. Though that's how I see it now. Thanks, Cracked! Yeah, I'm aware of Mind Readers who don't have those problems I mentioned, so I'll move onto my real reason:

It's story-breaking to say the least. Imagine if in The Dark Knight, Batman was able to read the Joker's head. He'd practically ruin any sort of plan the Joker had, which would most definitely piss him off. Same goes with the RPG. If the character is able to read minds, then they'll be able to know the plot ahead of everyone else. Heck, scanning someone's thoughts would require the other person to spoil to you what exactly they're probing. Mind Reading is a very messy process. I didn't think of it being a banned power because the thought didn't occur in my head.

So, long story short: No. Mind Reading isn't allowed.
