Well I'm about to write up an ooc for this rp. I'll add a CS outline for you guys. I will review all the submissions in the ooc and post a list of who is accepted and what not. .

Maximillian Fischer was a blue ranger.He was born in South Africa, but orphaned at a young age and trained to be a child soldier. At age 14 he escaped his "father" and fled to the west. For 5 years, he has tried to live a normal life as a young college student living in Angel Grove. He still sees his therapist once a week, but so far he hasn't had an incident of violence.He is generally sociable, but ocasionally has a dark sense of humor. He does, however, feel extreme guilt about his actions as a boy, and he often questions zordon's choice to make him a ranger. Well it sounds epic so far. .. I like the dark gritty Nature of the character. I'm all for that. I'm sure a whole team of characters like that would not work but having one character like that is good for story.

Once the ooc is up if we get more interes would love to see some pics of your character out of costume.

No it can be different if you want. Make some creative cool characters. Let's see what you can come up with. But as for the colors yes it will be red, blue, green (white), yellow, pink, black. Zordon and alpha 5 who would make either a cool goofy robot or could have potential as possibly a fighting robot. For the most part the starting bad guys will be The witch Rita Repulsa and later Lord Zelda who might turn outa bit more powerful. I will make some new bad guys as well.

Possibly for sure. It's a whole new take on the idea. You have freedom with the back story and all that good stuff if you land a white Ranger slot.
