Name: Gavin Goolsby

Age: 22

Element: Darkness

Feel for element:(Do you like it? Dislike it?) Gavin is quite glad for his element, though he didn't show it very often. For him, having his element is like having a gift from a parent.

Appearance:


Personality: Gavin isn't the most talkative, but when he does he likes to make jokes at how people talk. Usually by making it sound like they were very literal. otherwise, hes very distant and standoffish with those he doesn't know well or doesn't get along with. Due to his past he will open up sooner to those that show him kindness, however this is also a weakness as people can easily take advantage of him like this. He also occasionally rhymes.

History: Gavin is an orphan. He was found on the doorstep of Lucky Lil' Orphanage in the middle of the night. While on the outside it looked like paradise for him and the other orphans, in reality it was living hell. The children were merely a source of money for the orphanages owner Ms.Crowley. Gavin endured the torture of being told he would never be adopted and being belittled until he was 12. The night of his 12th birthday he fled the orphanage under cover of darkness and disappeared into the city. Ms.Crowley never bothered to look for him. He hid inside an abandoned building that night, and fell asleep from exhaustion.

That was when he had the dream.

Mother earth had appeared to him and told him that he had a gift. a special gift from her, and it was powers of shadows. they talked for a while, and he came to feel like she was his mother. eventually he had to wake up however. for the next 10 years he lived in the shadows of the city, learning about its inner workings and honing his powers and skills. He felt like something was soon to change, but he wasn't sure what, but he knew it was soon...

I'll try to get a CS written in the morning, as I should be asleep right now XD ill admit I was a bit daunted by post sizes, but that's simply because I try to keep mine a bit shorter... Mostly because I don't want to feel like I take to much controll lol. It's good to hear I'm not having to write more then 2-4 paragraphs XD but that's the whole 'to much controll' thing. Ill read over the IC before work tomorrow at the very least so I can figure out who all I might end up knowing :3

Been reading the intro and lore/kingdoms and find this really interesting :D
Ive been looking for something to get back into the guild with since most things kept dying out.
Would talk have space for one more? As far as the Prince issue goes I dont think ill be much help there as I'd like to start from scratch, but I also don't know as much as I'd like yet either :3
Posting speed will be rather consistent if accepted, I do have 8 hour shifts on average for work so that will be the biggest block, so just a heads up ^^

Just looked at ic to get a generals idea of posts. Ill start off with a note. I haven't joind an rp that has posts more then a few paragraphs before. So it may take me a bit to be able to get on par with enough well written volume ^^"

Muramasa watched as a nearby greater was now unguarded, and was soon to be ganged up on. He took off running towards the undefended greater leaving the greater he was guarding under the care of the other demons. A short distance from the fight he lept up and over the fighters, landing before the demon blades at the ready. Sure the greater had all but killed the adversary, but he was still guardless.
