Alright. Thanks.
First Name:

Sano

Last Name:

Takezaki

Age:

Sixteen

Birthday:

June 21st

Gender:

Male

Personality:

Sano is the sort of unenthusiastic kid who likes to sleep most of the day. He prefers not to get involved in troublesome activities, pretending to be busy to avoid responsibility. He also does not like fighting, deeming it, as he does to most things, "too much work". He is fully aware of this side of his personality. However, when duty calls, Sano has a strong moral compass and sense of commitment towards his comrades. Even though, by his own testimony, he lacks bravery, he will sacrifice himself and face almost certain death, for the sake of his friends. Because of his raw leadership skill - which also comes from his age - he is one of the most respected students at DWMA. The weight of the decisions he must make as a student have caused him to mature rapidly. Sano's most distinctive character trait is that he considers most women bossy and "too much trouble." He usually defines them as aggressive, demanding, and sometimes even scary. Nevertheless, Sano is generally courteous to women, doing them favors and avoiding fights with them. He feels that men, like him, should be the ones protecting them and not the other way around.

Backstory:

Sano wasn't always the way he is now, it all happened after the death of his mother - Yoshino Takezaki. Unfortunately, like many other people, Yoshino passed away during the attack on Death City many years ago. At the time, Sano was still a child and did not understand what was going on. Since his parents were separated - one thing he did understand - he stayed with his father during the outbreak. Anyhow, after finding out his mother passed away, he started to become who he is today. Him and his father don't speak all that much because they are on different terms. He blames his father for not being their for his mother, for not protecting her. So he joined the DWMA in attempt to get away from his father and focus on his abilities as a Demon weapon. Unlike his parents - who supposedly turn into long-swords - Sano transforms into a manriki, which accords to his personality.

Other:

In his leisure time, Sano - aside from sleeping - enjoys to play chess with older folks.

Anthony - Haywood - Daniel

Even with the gates closed, the chaos resumed. Screams and excruciating cries for help came blasting from the apartments. As Anthony turned in the general direction of the noise, he came across two walkers coming his way. Behind him, the gate still had large enough holes to allow more walkers to infiltrate, making him worry that they'd be attacked from their backs. Quickly, he turned to Daniel - the man currently still in charge. "These are the only walkers in our streets, the rest have to be in that building" Anthony pointed. The next ten minutes would be their only chance to kill all the walkers. At that exact moment, all the walkers that remained - excluding the two roaming towards Daniel and Anthony - were threshing on the tenants of the first and second floor of that specific building.

"I'm going to the supply room. I have to get the propane tanks we still got" he stated as the two walkers had finally reached them. Anthony jammed his knife into the walkers skull, keeping the cadaver away from his body as he forced it into the ground. He then came from behind the walker that targeted Daniel and took care of it the same way. "Were burning that building to the ground and everything inside. Nobody's taking our home, not Robert, not those walkers, not anybody!" Anthony stated as he retrieved the kitchen knife from the dead. "Get whomever you can and make sure nobody leaves that building. We gotta contain them inside or else this wont work. I'll be back as fast as I possibly can" he finished as he ran off in a full-throttled sprint.

It was a terrible sight to witness. Everything they had built was basically being destroyed. The screams continued, but as time passed, they eventually turned into moans. It had become so hot from all the fires that started. Some had died out, but some continued to rise into the heavens. The holes on the gates still worried Anthony as he ran to the armory. If they don't kill all the walkers in the building, they wont have time to plug up those holes, which would eventually lead to another attack.

Problem was, the building still had people in it. But as of right now, it was either him or them - and Anthony wanted to survive.
Anthony - Haywood

Despite their attempts to prevent the walker infiltration, those monsters managed. Suddenly, the front line had to retreat in order to save themselves and continue their attempts. Anthony jogged alongside one of the soldiers - away from the gates. "There's too many, were running out of ammo" the soldier stated. Anthony grunted and continue to jog, suddenly finding himself surrounded. He grunted and continued to fire as he turned to find the apartments blocking his way.

Suddenly, one of the walkers trashed its teeth into the soldier accompanying Anthony. The man screamed for help, but all Anthony did was turn and attempt to open the door to the apartment behind him. With helpless attempt, he took three steps back before charging at the door and sending it to the ground - breaking it off the hinges. "I ain't gonna die!" he told himself as he made his way through the apartment, walkers chasing his every move.

In the meantime, a mass number of walkers headed towards the building the civilians were held in. Apparently, a lot of noise came from that general direction. The noise was most likely questioning tenants, wondering what was happening? Who had won? Etc.

But soon, the noise got louder as the tenants screamed for their lives. Since they were not armed, they had no way of defending themselves against the attack. One after another, the civilians were torn into shreds by rotting teeth. The old who could not run were taken down first. Then came the children, unable to push away from the walker's overwhelming strength. Haywood had now become a land of massacre. Though nobody outside could see it, the noise was enough to know what was going on. The walkers didn't even give those people a chance to come back to life.

It had all gotten out of control. Daniel and Audrey both reached the gates on time, but they weren't enough to prevent the mass amount of walkers from entering Haywood. Even they ran off in order to save themselves. So as of now, there was no protecting the tenants - it just wasn't possible. This new world created a rule where one's life was more valuable than another's.

In addition to that, ammunition was at its lowest and would definitely run out soon. Anthony had already run out and was forcing a kitchen knife into the brains of his enemies. His arm was getting sore from having to stab the living dead so many damn times. The apartment he was in was full of dead walkers, about six. At the moment, he lay on the kitchen floor in attempt to catch his breath. But outside the apartment, walkers munched on his soldier friend, ripping the man into pieces as they dug into his stomach.

At first there were only about twenty walkers, but the noise of gunshots seemed to have awoken twenty more. No longer knowing how to get in contact with Daniel and the others, Anthony jumped through the back window of the apartment - a back window every apartment had. He had to force the gates closed no matter what, because it was the only way to keep even more walkers from entering.

So quickly, he ran back around the apartments heading towards the gates. He made sure the walkers were distracted before acting. The problem with closing the gates was that one of them was completely bent and had holes all over it - holes big enough for walkers to fit right through. That one gun Robert had used completely shattered the gate. But unlike the door Anthony smashed down, the gate was still on the hinges, deeming it close-able. First, Anthony ran to the one good gate and quickly closed it up. Then he turned to the bent-up gate and attempted to close it, but it was so beat up it touched the floor. Anthony attempted to push it closed, but it dragged against the concrete underneath. "Dammit! C'mon!" he cursed as he continued to try.

Though it wouldn't completely prevent anymore walkers from getting in, it would surely prevent the same numbers from infiltrating. If closed, the walkers would only be able to get in three at a time, unlike the ten that got in simultaneously when the gates were open. And if they got through this hell today, then they would be able to fix the gate the next day. But right now, it seemed improbable. "DAMMIT!!"
Anthony - Haywood

With only Amelia and two other soldiers by his side, Anthony fired upon the living corpses that were trying to enter Haywood's premises. Only about ten were visible, but as one was taken down, another one replaced it as it exited the surrounding woods. "Dammit, they keep coming!" Anthony cursed aloud as he continued to fire. It wouldn't be possible to just lock the gates because they were smashed in by Robert and his men. So the only option at this point was to finish off all the walkers and hope Haywood would remain afloat for one more day.

But that wasn't the only worry in his mind. Just a couple of minutes ago, gunshots were heard from a distance - wherever Daniel had run off to. Anthony wanted to go check it out, but there wasn't any leeway time. The walkers were pressing matters at the moment and they had become priority number one for whomever guarded the gates.

As Anthony turned to one of the soldiers, he witnessed the man run out of bullets. The young soldier started freaking out as the walkers got closer and closer to the gates. Suddenly, he started to back away and was about to run off before Anthony took him by the arm. "What the hell do you think you're doing?!" he yelled at him.

The kid didn't even respond, he wasn't fit to be a soldier, but was declared one anyway. "We can't stop them man, we just can't, there's too many" the kid finally got off his tongue. Anthony then threw the kid back towards the gates and gave him his own automatic. "You wanna live?!"

The kid nodded hesitantly, at first not comprehending. "Then you gotta fight. If you wanna survive, you're gonna have to fight to do so! I'm talking bout fighting, right here.....RIGHT NOW!!" Anthony said as he pulled his other weapon - a pistol - from his holster and began to empty the clip into walker brains. Then, as he continued to fire, he called out for Amelia. "Hey! Go! Go find Daniel! We've got this for now, but hurry, we can't keep them contained forever, these things keep coming!" Anthony yelled over all the gunshots. Right now, they needed reinforcements, ones that could actually shot a weapon. "And please, make sure Audrey is alright! I haven't seen her!"
Haywood

He was now alone, yet again holding the line by himself. His last undercover soldier fell in the hands of his nemesis - Daniel. Of course, before the man's downfall, he took out one of Daniel's most trusted comrades. Eric, along with Henry, lay dead upon the sands he once called sacred.

These sands were - like years before the outbreak - tainted with tears of blood. Robert lived by such a code, a code where only he was appointed to pass on. But with nobody to lead anymore, with all his men dead, a question roamed his mind.

He wondered what else there was, what possible future could he provide when nobody was on his side. The rage of an ultimatum, a rage hidden within the deepest tempest of the soul rose like an aura. Though invisible to the human eye, there was an animalisitc ambience surrounding Robert - one that would eventually lead to Daniel's death if he didn't match such character.

Daniel didn't have to look at Henry again; the image of his closest friend's corpse was seared forever into his mind. He took the liberty of staring over his oponent, studying his movement intently... Robert was strong, but lacked Daniel's height, albeit height could be nullified by strength any day. He wanted to move first, but couldn't decide if he should wait and see what Robert would do. All of his men were gone... why did he still fight?

But that hesitance would only become a liability for Daniel. Without any more time wasted, Robert lunged forward into a full on sprint and threw his shoulder into Daniel's abdomen, tackling him to the ground. His hands remained on the man's wrist as they fell to the cold ground, crashing against the blood-filled grass.

Robert threw a quick jab into the man's face before backing away slightly and standing to his feet. "You should have moved with proper force against Tyler. Because of your actions, our grounds are stained with the blood of our fallen brothers! Stand! Stand and fight!"

Daniel staggered to his feet, wiping a spot of blood from his lip. "Tyler could've been dead, Robert! We searched for hours! The only thing I've done is follow your orders. Until now, that is."

"My orders? You, follow me?! You speak nothing but lies!" Robert grunted from his grinding teeth. He took a step forward, closing in on Daniel as his stare became more onimous. "You've stripped me of my throne, and now I shall strip you of everyone you love! After your death, I shall take that of your sibling, that of your friends, of your soldiers. I shall tear down everything you hold most dear!..............AGHHH!!!!!"

Once again, a second lunge followed. He ran forth and jammed his right shoulder into Daniel's torso to push him backwards and possibly into the grass once again. As Daniel recieved the blow from Robert, they both fell to the ground. Daniel pried from Robert's grip, pulled his right leg under the man's torso, and threw all his weight to the right, sending Robert to the ground. He sprung up and dropped a knee down to the cement and threw a hard fist into Robert's right temple. Failing to block the intense collision, Robert became dazed, but was not allowing such a weak man to defeat him. Quickly, Robert returned with even greater fortitude, sending his own fist into Daniel's face. Again, blood spilled from the man's mouth and furthered to paint the grass red.

As he stood up along with Daniel, Robert stared at the man as he attempted to read his next move. And it worked efficiently as Daniel failed to strike Robert with the incoming kick. Robert caught Daniel's leg and responded accordingly. He used his elbow to clash - once again - against his enemy's jaw, causing him to fall and nearly drown on his own blood.

Robert stared at the weak man from above. "You had upper hand upon the catacombs! Your blood against Tyler's! You have been bested by more devious mind" he stated, walking around Daniel was he watched the man puke out his own lungs. "We placed weapon upon every soldier, yet they feared to lift them, and fall upon the raiders!" he yelled as he picked up Henry's pistol.

"You... you don't get it do you, Robert? Your friends; the ones you assigned to me - They were brave! Especially the one you and your men just murdered!" Daniel shouted as hard as he could. "They were ambushed, but they fought hard!"

"Did they pray for a glorious death?"

"No, Robert, I didn't-"

"NO! THEY PRAYED......TO BE LED!"

Robert then cocked the revolver and aimed it straight at Daniel's forehead. "To the afterlife"
BANG! A loud shot cracked the air, piercing Robert's side. The man suddenly tumbled to his right, trying to remain balanced. Unfortunately, his eyes couldn't make of his surroundings and ended up crashing onto his knees. He looked down to where the heat initiated and could only see the color red. Even a monster's blood was the color of a human's. In attempt to remain alive, he held his side urgently, pressing against the wound. As he turned to face the shooter, he couldn't believe his eyes.

Emma stood aside Audrey, who was knelt at Henry's body. The younger girl held a hot pistol in her hand, staring straight at Robert. With the revolver still in his grasp, Robert decided to aim and shoot, but was met with unlawful force. Emma pulled the trigger once more, this time taking true aim and landing a round in Robert's right temple, sending the man to his death.

A loud thud described the end of the war as Robert's body fell backwards into the sands. The unbelievable result of the war would haunt both Robert and Daniel for the remainder of history. Robert had become a man so lost in his own ambition, that he ended up blinded by his desire to conquer. He failed to act quick enough and was ended by a mere child. But that event not only ended the war, but provided Daniel with a hint at the truth.

He showed the soldier how weak he had truly become. He showed him that those who remained in the past were not fit to live in this future. Robert was necessary evil that would guide Daniel to understand the truth behind survival. Because of Robert's 'victory', Daniel comprehended that he was no longer as strong as he once believed. He had faced many obstacles in the past, but none like Robert. The man had made himself into a monster in order to survive in this blasted new world. And it seemed that he had an impact on Emma, having her kill a human being for the first time in order to survive. Daniel feared what Emma would now become. He feared that she would lose herself and see things through Robert's eyes. But maybe.........just maybe, it was a most needed step for both of them. Maybe they had to become their worst nightmares in order to continue to live. Survival was the key for everyone, but the question was this:

Would one have to lose their humanity in order to survive?
Robert - Haywood

As bullets burst in every angle, Robert had his pupils locked onto Daniel. He was following the man's every move in attempt to shoot him down before his men could. He wanted the soldier's blood on his hands in order to show he was stronger. The entire battle - apologies, the entire war - began because of Robert's urge to be on top. He wanted the leadership position not only because he believed he deserved it, but because he had the desire to be in charge. He wanted the power to rule over others because he feared being weak. In his mind, weakness was the cause of death, the cause of loss, the cause of every agonizing punishment one could endure. But if one was strong, if one had the utmost desire to lead, to guide others away from that loss, away from the death, then that would be the answer. So that's what Robert wanted - he wanted to be the leader in order to provide answer to all his people. He wanted to be on top in order to guide them to better health, to safety and prosperity - like any other leader would.

But his vision turned away from his nemesis as he witnessed a small metallic sphere clanking his way. It bounced on the ground then started to roll in his general direction, towards the truck. Robert quickly let go of his weapon and ran backwards away from the truck. He knew that what was about to happen couldn't be avoided by everyone, but he would call out so that the few that could get away would. "GRENADE!!!" he yelled from the top of his lungs as he quickly sprinted away from the vehicle. But within seconds, the grenade burst loudly and created such an explosion that would forever be written in the books.

Robert's truck suddenly burst into the sky like a leaping frog, going against all logic. But within the blink of an eyes, it clashed against the cold-hearted concrete once again. Because of the blast radius, Robert fell instantly to the ground, skinning one of his elbows. But the pain did not cause him to fluster. He watched as his truck burned in the aura of flames that reached into the heavens. For a moment, everything had paused to reflect on the fire created by the blast. It was silent and beautiful, like a shining star crossing the galaxy. Then that phase faded when he realized that two men were caught by the thunderous explosion. Two men lay dead on the ground, burned from head to toe, not a single part of their body unharmed. They were completely black, just like the ash that floated above them. It was a horrible sight that angered everyone and drove them to fight harder. He didn't know how many more men had to die in order to succeed, but they all came to battle prepared to give their lives for a unifying purpose. Everyone was prepared to be killed in action if success was the effect - which it would be.

So with that, Robert got to his feet in a hurry and sprinted towards another vehicle to take cover. One of his men tossed him a pistol and Robert began to empty the magazine as he fired into the gates. Nobody knew how many more men they had to kill, but it was obvious that - like their own forces - the enemies' were diminishing. But the war was about to take an unexpected twist.

With nothing but forest surrounding them, sound traveled and echoed quickly. In addition to the sound of excessive firing, the explosion caused those who roamed the night to awaken. Out of all that green, out of all those bushes and trees, the dead awakened.

The soldier next to him tapped Robert on the shoulder and pointed away from the gates and to the woods. Robert turned to find walker after walker coming out of the forest swamps. The man cursed in his head as his eye twitched from the aggravation. Now, not only did they have to worry about Daniel and his troops, but they had an incoming wave of starving monstrosities. Without hesitation, Robert pulled the door to the truck he hid behind wide open. He pulled the soldier beside him and pushed him into the driver's seat. "Ram the gate" he ordered the soldier.

The man sat in the seat covering his head as bullets grazed in all direction. "What?!" he man asked though he heard the instructions. "RAM THE DAMN GATES!!" Robert returned as he shut the truck's door and pulled away. He then ran to the next soldier and told him the same thing - the man did as ordered and started up the truck. The engines roared as the two man started towards the gates as quickly as they could. Gunfire piercing their front window as they drove up. The first man attempted to evade the bullets aimed at him, but failed. His entire torso was hammered with bullets along with the truck. His hands fell of the wheel as his last breathes became faint. The truck swerved towards the left and crashed against the gate, failing to pierce the lock and open them. But as the first truck turned, the second one came in like a torpedo. Before everyone knew it, the truck plunged straight through the gates and crashing into the center statue of Haywood, causing it to shatter into pieces. The driver flew through the front window and died instantly as his neck cracked from the impact against the ground.

With the enemy distracted by the truck, Robert and his men were able to infiltrate Haywood. The four remaining men entered and started shooting instantly, taking cover behind the crashed truck. They killed two men on their way in. Then another one of Robert's soldiers fell dead. Robert looked side to side as bullets continued to come at him from all direction. He felt trapped at this point and had to get away, he had to regroup, but with whom? With two men remaining by his side, he was about to lose the war. He looked in all direction for an escape route, and luckily, he found one.

He turned to his men and watched from behind as they fought till their last breath. He watched them shoot, take cover, reload, then return to shooting. All this was for him, so that he could become leader and later give them reason and possibility to continue. Both soldiers had one magazine left at that moment. They were now taking cover behind the truck, staring at Robert as they reloaded. One man tossed Robert his weapon and nodded. The other nodded and refrained from cover to shoot one more of Daniel's men. At that time, Robert understood that the two remaining man also understood. The one unarmed soldier suddenly made a run for it towards the left apartments, getting all the attention from his enemies. Robert took that opportunity and ran towards the right apartment complex, slamming through the front door of a room and exiting through the back window with a jump. As he had ran, he also heard grunts from his remaining men as they fell to their deaths to protect him. He fell to his knees as he took in deep breathes and planned his next move. He was now inside the gates of Haywood and knew there would be no way out of this one, so he had to prepare to take down every single enemy on his own.

But as he stood in the backside of the apartments, he found a man pointing his weapon at him.

"........I will not die with an enemy bullet in my back..." he started, throwing his rifle to the ground. "........Let us fight like gladiators upon the sands, stripped of weaponry and handicap. Let us battle with fist my dear old friend......Henry....."
Robert - Haywood

As the bullet pierced through the front window of Robert's vehicle, the driver slammed the brakes. Fortunately for them, the bullet went straight between them and exited the back window missing everybody. Suddenly the tires screeched and slid quite a bit on the driveway, coming to a halt a couple meters outside of Haywood.

The other trucks following Robert stopped in a formation where the soldiers could take cover behind the vehicles. That one bullet, that one shot that echoed through the entire colony was taken as the first act of war. They fired the first shot and would regret doing so because they now woke something inside Robert. The person they thought he was, the 'bad' or 'evil' person they thought they knew had flourished into something new. His eyes widened and his veins popped as though he had just been possessed by a demon.

Every soldier exited their vehicles and hid behind them as they prepared their weapons. Robert walked out calmly and did the same, hiding behind the center truck placed right before the gates of Haywood. As all his men took cover, he was the only one standing in place, looking straight towards the gates. He raised his hand alongside his pistol and pointed. Suddenly, the firing began as he started to unload his round into the steel gates, each bullet going straight through the defenses. They forget that he was one of the founders of Haywood, he knew all the entrances and exits, all the strength and weaknesses - he basically knew everything he needed to in order to come out victorious in this war.

"FIRE!" he cried out as his men adjusted their weapons and began to fire. Bullet shells clashed with the cold ground as the weather around them seemed to adjust to the same temperature. There was not a single soldier skipping on the action at hand, they all seemed to agree with Robert's decision to take down Daniel, just as Daniel's men agreed to take down Robert. That's the only thing the two leaders of Haywood had in common, they wanted to kill one another - they were both monsters.

Suddenly Robert's pistol ran out of bullets, so he turned to the truck and pulled out a rather large weapon. At first it seemed like a regular assault rifle, but when taking another look at it, one could see the FN Mk3 laying on the truck hood and prepared to fire. Then the bullets pierced the gates at even quicker speeds and more intensity and aggravation. And as the bullets returned, not only did he see death in the enemy lines, but death on his own side of the battlefield. One of his men was shot somewhere in the face, falling back straight into death. Robert attempted to make of who it was, was it Billy? Or had it been Harold? Thing was, the man's face had been completely torn off by the bullets that hit him. Robert wouldn't be able to ever know who it was, nobody had identification these days because it wasn't worth anything. So now he had a dead soldier he wouldn't be able to mourn, which pissed him off!

With that, he returned to fire his light machine gun even more aggressively. The bullets were tearing everything in its way into bits. One would wonder where he got such a weapon, well, allow this to be the answer:

About a week before this battle began, Robert and a scouting group met with some people outside of Louisiana. These people came out to be very good benefactors in trade. Since Robert knew that Tyler still lived and that the chances of him returning were high, he decided to trade away some of Haywood's food and medicine in order to fill their armory. Those questionable men said they came from the east and were heading west because of the walker population from where they came from. Robert didn't really care about their back story, all he was interested in were the weapons.

The food and medicine shortage started right after Robert and his men returned from that scouting trip. Robert was partially to blame for what happened, but since Daniel continued to allow people into Haywood, he used that to hide his own faults, taking that opportunity to blame Daniel. Unfortunately, Anthony didn't know about that and wasn't able to inform Daniel.

So now, Robert had his small team armed with the most deadliest weapons. He had the upper-hand, or so it would seem when on paper. But the war wouldn't end until the last man lay dead on these wicked grounds, Robert would make sure of it. And he was going to make sure it was Daniel who stood last to see his people drowned in blood.
Robert - Let the War begin!

"They're all armed right now Mr. Dalton, they all have guns!"

"Stay calm brother, all your troubles will soon fade. Hold yourself together and return radio to rightful owner" Robert commanded, speaking into his walkie-talkie. He had just exited the cell building and was standing before one of the three trucks, his men surrounding him.....listening. He didn't understand what exactly was happening, but had a pretty good idea. The walkie then buzzed before Jeff - one of Robert's men - returned to it. "Yes sir?" the soldier answered. He was still stationed in Haywood this entire time, following Daniel's orders as though he was a part of his union.

"Report! What is the cause of all this? How did Jenkins take charge of your radio?" Robert questioned his soldier. He then proceeded by hand gesturing the soldiers surrounding him to enter their vehicles. Everyone did as they were told, then Robert himself entered the passenger seat of one of the trucks. The men who shared the truck with Robert were as silent as the environment they were in. There was a still silence in the air as though something had already happened. There was no breeze, there was no chirping animals, even the dead were asleep at this moment, or so it would seem. Then it was all interrupted by the buzz of Robert's radio. "Daniel spilled everything sir. He told them about the raider being held captive. He told them about your plan to kill the woman and about Tyler being alive. He told them everything sir" Jeff informed his boss.

At this news, Robert became irritated and slammed his fist against the top of the glove compartment in the truck. He then slammed the vehicles roof, his hand becoming red from the contact. The radio buzzed again. "I don't know who told him this stuff, but he-" Jeff was cut off by Robert turning the volume to his radio completely mute. He sat there staring at his feet for a couple seconds before turning to his driver - also one of his soldiers.

"Are we well armed?" he asked the driver. The response was 'yes' which caused Robert nod in pleasure. "As you men can see, the time has finally come for us to reclaim our home. It seems our 'leader' quakes at my name and his army of brothers" he joked - his men chuckling at this, though deep down they feared what was about to come. But Robert had the rare ability to entice one to do things that may seem impossible. "Apologies for making you all enter your vehicles, but I ask for you to exit them right now..." he said into the radio allowing all his men in the three cars to hear. They all again exited their vehicles and stared at Robert as he stood before them all.

Robert turned towards the road that lead to Haywood, turning his back to his men. Robert could see Haywood in his eyes, though it was statistically miles away. Since the man basically created the community with his fellow men, all he had to do was imagine it to see it. And suddenly, Robert started to laugh.

"Hahahahahaha......" he chuckled, turning around and once again facing his men. ".....Haywood......at last lies within our grasp!" he started, his men nodding their heads in agreement, with smiles and anticipation. "One last legion, led by the fool Daniel!" he joked while his men laughed it up. He was forcing confidence into his men like he was taught to do so as a general. "Is all that stands between us........and a victory...that shall become legend!!" he called out, his men cheering as they raised their rifles into the still blue sky. "A lifetime ago, when I yet stood beneath the roof of the heart of Afghanistan.........my abductor, Ahmad-Sah, demanded answer of those prisoners who sought survival upon the sands of purgatory. WHAT LIES BENEATH YOUR FEET?!" Robert yelled out to his men. All who now stood silent holding their weapons on their sides. Then one of the men stepped forth. "Sacred ground, watered with the tears of blood!" the soldier cried out. Robert stared at the man and nodded. "And this day.....it shall be Daniel who sheds them!!" Robert howled as his men went insane with confidence and anxiousness. But once it got quiet, Robert continued. "Shall we begin" he said calmly as his men cheered. "Shall we begin!" he yelled out this time. "SHALL WE BEGIN!!!!"

The thunderous yells were most likely attracting walkers, but it would be too late for them to arrive because Robert and his men had already mounted the trucks. They raced down the road towards Haywood, all of their mindsets prepared to take down Daniel and his men. The tenants would go unharmed for Robert didn't know which of them were on his side and which were not. Their priority was to kill every soldier that shot at them, they were not going to show mercy.

If Daniel wanted bloodshed, then Robert would supply his demand. The war for Haywood had initiated.
