Stargate: Off world base

I was thinking of doing a stargate RP centererd around an off world base build by stargate command as a line of defense agaisnt what ever enemy may threaten both earth and atlantis furthermore it is also an evac site. The precise idea i still have to write down but i do hope there is some intrest in here.
