I think she's seen Stitches and piano acting like she knows more about everything. And so that's why she attacked Stitches first.
Cora is definitely snooty because she thinks that's how she'll fit in, by acting like she's tougher than everyone else. She's a hypocrite in that way, I guess. Never really thought about it before.

She also tells partial truths. She hasn't killed anyone, but she has been briefly been a part of a gang. She never went through the initiation, though.
She also does hate sports, but not for the reasons that you would think, and has already demonstrated her one belief about snooty people. She threw in the favorite color lie to throw others off balance. You can't confirm opinions through files, which is more or less what I was referring to when I said that her last one could be confirmed.

@Eyeris: I never have good bagels, so I eat them plain because they taste good and are quicker that way. Cora's also kind of they type of person to just eat anything straight because hey, it's food and it's free. Eat it before it goes away.

Cora actually showed up at the icebreakers as well, but when asked she said:

"I was in a gang."
"I killed a person with my thumb."
"I like the color blue." (Lie.)
"I hate sports."
"I dislike people who think they're superior in any way."
"I have good control over my powers unless I get emotional." (This is the only one that is truth and can be confirmed as such)

"I'm being a dick because people here are coveting food. Eat and be done with it. Besides," Cora spread her hands wide, after taking the bagel out of her mouth, "I don't have them anymore. Blur took 'em. So simmer down before I knock you unconscious. It's a messy way to start the morning." Cor adjusted in her seat and chewed on the bagel. She'd probably have to go back to the kitchen and grab more food, since she'd skipped out on dinner last night. She fixed the kitchen's layout in her mind so she could jump over to it in case she needed to. Nathan was getting angry, so Cora attempted to placate him once more, "listen, it's not a personal thing. I hate it when people waste food or refuse to do anything for themselves. Besides, I thought Stitches was top dog. She ain't nothing but a whining bitch." she said the last part loud enough for Stitches to hear.

Cora then looked away from Nathan, as if ignoring him already. He wasn't important enough to deal with anyway. Cora didn't even know why they were trying to team her up with these kids anyway. Didn't they know her past? If they did, then they were clearly ignorant as well as idiotic. She heard Magara enter the kitchen, and debated whether or not she wanted to harass her while secretly slipping the dog some extra food. She had a soft spot for animals. Cora adjusted the sunglasses on her face as she took another bite of her well-won bagel. Nah, she'd probably do that when she wasn't being stared down by a psycho rage man.

Cora walked into the kitchen and took the bagels from Bruce. "Psch. Lazy, Stitches," Cora said, stuffing the first one into her mouth and walking away to eat the rest. She swallowed her bite before continuing, "it's gonna get you killed. Only thing people are god for are stabbing you in the back. You want a bagel, you can go ask me. Nicely. If I'm in the mood, I might give you one." She walked into the living room and sat down on the biggest couch she could find and put up her feet on the coffee table. She chewed her bagel, debating whether or not Stitches even really cared about the food. If she did, she'd confront her. If Stitches wasn't, then Cora just showed who was top dog to her and the others.
