Man, Cora's fighting style will be hard to make up.
Especially since it doesn't exist.
She was always meant to be more of a stealthy character who destroys people from behind defensive lines and not really fight head on.
I'm interested. Been wanting to join a Mass Effect RP for a while.

And we will have this into infinity.

Holy crap, someone Sonya knows?! What a twist!!

I doubt that she knows her. The mysterious figure sure knows about Sonya and the Vongola though.

That video just scarred me for life

I've already seen it. I still question why I watched it all the way through.
"Yeah, I can imagine. I don't normally get upset, but someone needed to stand up to him." Jak said to Fionn as he wiped the blood off of Daisuke. "And, I'm surprised. The kid went through a wall and he's just sleeping it all off. I'd probably have to be rushed to the hospital." Jak smiled at her joke as she bit off another chunk of her popsicle. She wondered what Daisuke had been through that this sort of thing wasn't as painful or that damaging. He was tougher than he looked, that was for sure, and his older self seemed even tougher than he was right now.

It was crazy to think that this lunatic's father was Vector -Hajime, whatever. Jak couldn't care less, she just wanted to give him a sound thrashing, both for the festival and how he treated Daisuke. Dads weren't supposed to act like that. They were supposed to be caring and have your back no matter what. Not... whatever sort of monster Vector was. Jak would make sure he got what he had coming to him later, right now she needed to train to not hit herself in the face with the gun.
Meanwhile, in a dark hotel room not that far away from the Vongola, someone was picking through social media, police cameras, and anything else they could get their hands on. The lights were off and the curtains were drawn, one could never be too careful when hunting a powerful mafia family after all. The fingers of the dark shape typed furiously, scanning for something, anything to help them find what they wanted. The noise was insane, the clicking of the keyboard and mouse continued for a minute, then stopped, clicked once more, and the shape stopped tapping at the keyboard.

"It's really amazing the type of things people will post on their Facebook, isn't it?" a voice, female, mumbled to herself. As she sat back in her chair, she drummed her fingers on the table.

The image displayed a red haired woman standing almost out of frame, talking on a cellphone. Further digging brought up an image of a boy crashing through town in his underwear and his hair was on fire? No, scratch that, he had a flame floating just in front of his forehead. It didn't take much more to figure out that he was Naoto Alato, and that he lived alone with his mother. There were bits about a father, but mostly silent.

"So, what are you up to Sonya...?" the figure muttered.

First off I love Cora's hypocrisy, it makes her feel much more like a real person to me. I don't think Isolation is much of a problem, as well trained as Stitches thinks she is at this, there is a good reason she keeps getting bullied so you'll pretty much always get some response out of her, she thinks ahead but she doesn't act on it well, especially when she believes to have the upper hand. The hypocrisy runs both ways, at least that's what I'll be aiming for, which should be nice character development for the both of them.

my secret plan to appear competent is working
Nah, I just kinda roll with it. In a lot of ways Cora acts indepently of myself, so my saying that she is hypocritical was actually me realizing that her previous actions weren't the same as her statement. And her idea of 'pretentious' is a little different than she acts, but she's still hypocritical because she's acting superior. Much like a dog, she's trying to establish herself as the Alpha of the pack. When no one went her way, she backed off, waiting for them to show more of themselves. She'll also be pretty loyal to those whom she likes, but that will take time. Maybe a life or death situation or two.
Magara could win her over by just letting Cora feed Carl treats occasionally
I'll post in a bit.

I'm gonna give you guys stuff to talk about.

Cora finished off her bagel and stared angrily at the television as though it could summon her food. When it didn't, Cora stood up to grab some more food from the fridge. After her little stunt backfired and instead didn't put her in charge, she didn't think that her usual tactics would work. She was better than them, but apparently these morons were more complex than her usual crowd, so she'd have to think on it more. So instead of creating more of a scene, despite the fact that she really wanted to, she tamely pulled out a box of cereal -she didn't know what the brand was, she didn't look- as well as the whole gallon of milk they had stored in the fridge to go eat them in the living room. She would have taken a few of the fruits as well, but she didn't want to right now. She'd save that for later.

She arrived back at her couch and dug her whole hand into the box, stuffing the whole handful into her mouth and washing down the strangely fruity cereal with a swig out of the gallon of milk. When she finished the box, she sat back and debated whether or not she could take a shower at this point in time or not. She hadn't showered in a while, but there were going to be some kind of activity later so she probably would have to attend that. I'm so freaking tired, how do people do this? she thought as she tried to stop herself from completely falling asleep on the couch. Her habit of stuffing herself then passing out was something she needed to break, it had been fine while she'd been on the streets, but now it would just leave her vulnerable. A quick nap couldn't hurt anyone though... with that, Cora fell asleep on the couch, covered in cereal and snoring like a schnauzer with the sniffles.
True, most of the time when I play as a character I don't really think about their actions. Sometimes it just happens. But yeah, her past is a little influential on her behavior. It also doesn't help that she's been awake for a while now and hasn't had much sleep over the last few days.

Trust me, she will have character development. At times it's just easier to play someone who has a lot to change about themselves as opposed to someone who has very little to change. Not to mention I felt like we needed an outlier that stands apart at first, but eventually opens up.

Also: My sig's on automatic. I use a website that just houses all the images and shifts them around at random.
