Personality: Zyxon is a manipulator and prankster one moment, and a great friend the next. It all depends on how he thinks he can use you in a situation. Hes not exactly trying to use everyone its just a habit he picked up in the last few years. He doesn't care about rules, but he also doesn't like getting caught so he obeys when it's convenient for his plans but absolutely hates missing big events. When he doesn't know a secret that everyone else seems to know he gets frustrated and goes to extremes to find out. When things are calm he ussally is calm and sticks to small pranks.

Bio:when Zyxon was a teen he went the library in new York often, but he didn't really enjoy reading. His parents constant arguing made him decide that the library down the street was better than being there. One day he was in very back of the library where no one goes. He found a book that had a mysterious design on it and fascinated by the outside decided to look inside the book. Upon opening it a fear spirit latched on to him. Which also gave him the power to use the grimoire.

Power one: Spirit magic- use the energy of the spirit to cast spells written in his grimoire. But can't cast high power spells unless he can fully control the spirit.

Power two:fear manipulation-by controlling the spirit he can project fear into people by just looking at them, or if he masters his channeling he can create a aura of fear.

Likes: being involved, fighting, toying with people, rumors

Dislikes: boredom, boring people, people knowing his secrets

Family: mother and father but he doesn't talk about them much

Friends: currently none

Sentimental attachment: his grimoire since he's put so much time into making spells, and The fear spirit called grim, who he is literally always with

Other: Spirits tend to avoid him since they can see grim.Grim haunts Zyxons dreams to feed off of him, cant be mentally manipulated because he shares his brain with Grim

Nation:Naxius empire

Species:Rizoan- a magic species of human that rule the empire,humans, arkians- humanoid beast, some of which do not have the capability of speaking human language.

Description of Government:the government is currently described as a monarchy. The royal family is shares its duties through out the family. Different members have different sectors but everyone reports to the king regularly.

Description of military: the military forces of Naxius are separated into espionage, enforcers, scouts, special forces, star fleet, and infantry. All branches take basic training then are sent to train in there respective field.
Espionage- trains in stealth and disguising oneself into other planets societies.
Enforcers- deal with civil disputes involving the laws.
Scouts- assist scientist and diplomats as protection units. Also explore new territories and do space reconnaissance.
Special forces- deal with sensitive or high priority issue and Protect the monarchy.
Star fleet- train for space travel/warfare
Infantry-train in a extensive amount of areas ranging from mortars and snipers to engineering and space travel.
Beast units-arkian soldiers.

All units have basic gear. And only special units carry the more advanced gear that is currently available.

Technology overview:

The technology of the Naxius Empire has improved drastically over the past couple centuries. Using magic and dark matter tech we have created mobile space portals that ships with a dark matter chip an utilize if they have been permitted by the space ports. On most planet everything is powered by magic power generators. But on the lesser planets some things still run on more basic power sources such as electricity or solar power. And androids have been recently implemented into our espionage program since not everyone in the universe looks human.terraforming technology was also in the prototype phase

Military standard equipment- pulse weaponry, laser weaponry, plasma weaponry, chemical weapons
Rizoan gear- grimoire, staffs, and rings (all of these only work if it is connected to the first users magic signature.)
Grimoires- more diverse magic based on what spell you create(must be written in arcane language) but you can't cast spells you haven't written down and you can't cast spells that are too powerful
Staffs-more powerful spells but more limited choices of spells
Military advanced/rare equipment- nukes, magic emps, megabeast-full on monsters that arkians have control over.

This does not include weaponry that is currently being created such as magic guns.
Ship types- space port, dawn giant, reaver, frigate, cruiser, dreadnoughts,fighters

Cultural overview:

The culture of Naxius Empire is widely about freedom which has always made ruling the easier since they do not ask to have the monarchy involved often.t Hough the monarchy has people on every planet who report back to them. The Rizoans have celebrated their magic for millennias through the arcane festival. Humans and Rizoans have shared many holidays such as the festival of peace for every year their not at war. And the days of finish a week where everyone gives gifts and have feast for the fallen of finiad. Arkians have always separated themselves from the human races and rarely became involved in there holidays.

History:

The history of the Naxius Empire starts on finiad where all the races come from but it is the sore point of there history as the planet was destroyed by a civil war amongst Arkians, Rizoan, and humans.when it became clear that the world was doomed, the inhabitants of Finiad came together to move the inhabitants to a nearby inhabitable planet now called Naxius. They have no need to grow any further at this time but seek to explore farther out and discover other life, and new technologies. But they have always been cautious not to be too trusting of other civilizations.
