Elias have a somewhat tanned complexion due to his time overseas in the military. While not to body builder standards, Elias is a frequent goer to the gym. Not one for dressing fancy, his version of dressing nice is blue jeans, a t-shirt and maybe if hes feeling lucky a beanie. The only other notable feature of him is the tattoo on his right hand
History: Elias's family immigrated to the United States when he was at a young age due to work. The most memorable thing he was taught as a child was self sacrifice and service to a greater good. His child was nothing but ordinary. A few fights here and there, graduated highschool. A few years later Elias enlisted in the Marine Corps. His main reasoning was what better to serve a greater good then to become another cog in the industry of war.
During bootcamp he was honestly pretty average nothing stood out except he got perfect score on the physical fitness test and the combat fitness test. After boot he went to the school of infantry and graduated there as a rifleman. Once at his new unit nothing really extraordinary happened, picked up rank, got pretty fight did a lot of field exercises. Then about nine months later he found out he was getting deployed overseas to help police an area that was deemed of importance. Simple mission boring nonetheless.
Once he was overseas his unit had fallen into a routine of going on patrol, searching for ied, looking for potential insurgents the works. Though his unit leadership made one fatal mistake. You see they took the same route every time on patrol and that is a big no no. Because once you get in that routine of going the same way every time the enemy notices it and they will take advantage of that. During one of the patrol they were attacked by a overwhelming forces of insurgents. His unit was caught unprepared and was slaughtered leaving Elias, the Corpsman and one other alive. During that moment Elias never felt such hatred and want for revenge against a person. During those moments Elias prayed for something to intervene.
Time seemed to stop as a being appeared before him. It offered him a pact that would allow him his revenge all it would take was for this power was a single word. With his new found power Elias was able to tear through the enemy forces, killing any who got in his way. After the fight was over, Elias felt as if a great weight had left him and as he surveyed the carnage in front of him he entered a state of shock realizing what had just happened. Before he passed out from the exertion he heard a few parting words saying that the will be in touch.
Elias awoke back at the base in the medical center. After answering a bunch of questions it was decided that he was too much of a risk to be there especially after watching his unit being slaughtered. Once back home in the states he was quietly discharged and thanked for his service. With nothing to do Elias decided to travel and see what could be seen. During this time Elias 'spoke' more with his the daemon he made a pact with. One day in his travels he came across a note addressed to him telling him to head to Boston. With nothing better to do and since he wasn't that far away he decided to head there and see why he was summoned.
Sin: Wrath. The aspects of Wrath that Elias is well acquainted with are hatred and revenge. Hatred to those who slight him and revenge for those who have caused him suffering. Virtue: Humility. Though out of all the aspects of humility; modesty, reverence, bravery. Elias is follows the aspect of bravery the most. Though he tries to be modest he is often found wanting. Personality: Elias is often a quiet person, preferring his actions to speak for him. He can be a friendly person to those that have earned his respect or he feels a certain amount of kinship to. From his time in the military he is a proud warrior, not afraid to speak his piece if he finds something he disagrees with. Elias relishes fighting, he's never one to back down from a good fight, especially if he knows blood will be shed. In combat he can easily lose himself, fighting with almost reckless passion.
Skills: Combat training- From firearms, knife fighting to unarmed combat and a medical training Inspiration- Due to the virtue he is close too. He is able to inspire others to be able to standfast and not falter in combat Strength- From his time in the gym, Elias is tends to be physically stronger than most people Gray Man- During his time wandering, he has learned how to be a unnoticeable. A quote that goes good with this is "Don't be the fly on the wall. Be the wall." Spells: Hunter- Elias's senses are heightened allowing him to notice people or things that are hidden. Awareness- awareness allows the user of the spell to react at inhuman speeds. Can cause damage to the user if overextended. Elias only uses this during combat. Cost: This being the more simpler of Khaines gift the cost is a lot less. Blood must be given either from the user or from another person. The longer this gift is used the more blood it costs.

Effect: If the user has a melee weapon present said weapon is wrapped in flames is given a otherworldly sharpness to it; if no melee weapon is present the hand that has the mark becomes shrouded in flames and hardens allowing it to dish our more damage.
Cost: As with the first gift, blood must be given from the user and the weapon must end a life if it does not more blood must be given
Summon Cost: A live sacrifice is the only way to summon him. Though if the sacrifice is pathetic he will not answer the summons.

Personality: During his time as a marshal, Elisha has seen some of the most deprived acts from simple kidnappings to massive breeding farms for slavery, thus Elisha has grown accustomed to being able to disconnect when hes working. Used to working either solo or with one other person he tends to be quiet and relying on hand signals or short sentences. When not working Elisha is quite a jovial person, he tends to make bad jokes or get on peoples nerve with his almost carefree attitude, almost childish at times. Though if somebody asks about what happened at the complex he gets very aggressive and confrontational.

Class: Marshal/Bounty Hunter (notes on his class) His home planet; Ceraph III is known for employing bounty hunters which they call marshal's there. While the planet was a borderline civilized world. They still had a vast amount of landscape unclaimed by the population. Thus they would employee these marshal's to help clear trade routes or slim down the populations of bandits or feral creatures.
Equipment: Ceraph pattern IV autogun- This rifle was designed to be able to operate in harsh climates. Firing the standard 8.25 caliber this rifle is a heavy hitter. Elisha has since added a 4x sight and a forward grip, at times he has been known to add a suppressor if the situation needs it. This rifle is able to be fired in semiauto, two round burst or full auto.
Ceraph pattern II autopistol- As with most weapons from Ceraph it is designed to operates in harsh climates with minimal care. This auto pistol is desgined to be able to fire one handle with decent accuracy even with its high rate of fire. The only modification Elisha has added is a extended magizine.
Ceraph pattern I handcannon- Another one of the weapons produced on Ceraph this pistol is very reminicesnt of ancient terran revovlers. Firing a massive round similar to a .600 nitro express this cannon is Elisha's answer to larger or more armored foes. It also servers has his de facto weapon for executions.
Elisha at times has been known to use a old stub rifle for when he needs to kill a enemy at long distance. This rifle was giving to him by his mentor for completing his two year training to become a marshall. Elisha has added his own modifications to it with a bipod, a long range scope and a sling.
Elisha most cherised weapon is his family seax. This ancient knife had been passed down for generations with each member making a mark on the blade. The current count being 7. This knife which is practically a shortsword is around 19 inches in length.

Notable Deeds: While Elisha is not the most famous of the marshalls. He does have a few signicatant deeds he has accomplished.
The Assassination of the Assassin- This was the first instance that Elisha was placed in a significant role. This event took place during a significant period of turmoil and controversy on Ceraph the Planetary Governor had made a few radical changes some of which were ingrained into the culture of the planet. One of these changes was making slavery illegal obviously this had upset quite a few of the local nobles who now had to start paying their servants. During a speech that the Planetary Governor was making Elisha was given the role of being a sniper along with a few others. It had come to surface that there would be a attempt on the Planetary Governors life during this rally. Elisha was setup on one of the taller buildings nearby, using his old stub rifle he was able to effectively kill the would be assassin.
The Hunt of the Leviathan- On Ceraph it was known that there were still a few leviathan sized creatures from a bygone age. During one of his routine patrols in the desert Elisha and his mentor had come across one such creature. This creature named the tatzelwyrum had been known to completely wipe out trade caravans and small villages living in the fringe. Elisha's mentor suggested that they attempt to end this beast since the creature would most likely kill them when they made camp that night. The plan that was made would most likely kill them but better to die a heroes death then live in shame. Elisha's mentor had found a decent vantage point and would fire on the wyrum drawing its attention whilst Elisha made use of their limited supply of grenades. Once the beast was heading towards his mentor Elisha was able to toss two stun grenades attempting to disorient the creature. Once the creature had fallen to its side Elisha threw their reaming supply of grenades, mortally wounding the creature. Once it was in its death throes. Elisha and his Mentor ended the creatures life with several well placed shots.
Cleansing of the Complex- A few years after the Planetary Governor had made slavery illegal a rumor surfaced about a underground slave facility. After many months of investigating and following dead ends this facility was found. Most of the Marshall's were recalled to take part in this cleansing. This was too be the largest undertaking that the marshals had been involved in even calling in help with the local Arbites. The entire purpose of this mission was to send a message that slavery was not allowed on Ceraph III. Elisha was among the first wave to enter the complex. Their orders were to kill every slaver there. Room after room Elisha and his team killed all who were there but they found no slaves except dead children in one of the incinerator rooms. After securing the top three floors of this massive underground complex. Elisha, his team and the Arbites made their way into the last floor. After clearing all hostiles Elisha entered the storage room. There they found the slaves the women were being used as breeders. The women being kept in a coma and given fertility drugs. This sight would forever scar Elisha. With many of the women being too malnourished or broken Elisha and the marshals were given the order of the giving the slaves the Emperors mercy. After the facility was destroyed Elisha had spent many nights in a drunken stupor trying to forget what had happened. Eventually his old mentor helped Elisha move on from this traumatic experience, so that he could continue his career as a Marshal.
