Well, it's going to be a long time for Brazil to become as powerful as the US but with European powers helping me.. I can ensuch that Brazil will be peaceful (unless we are attacked, then we are going to war or punish them in a treaty), :p

The war has finally come to the New World once more and this time, it's going to get bloody. I pray that God is with everyone that is in the war and hope that he has mercy on them all. I hope that this war ends quickly and that peace talks can be held in our home. I wish that war can be stop on the day, that Jesus Christ was born on, between the United States of America, her allies, and Confederate States of America, her allies.
As for Russia, I believe that they aren't going to 'enslave' Mexico or Brazil. They aren't dumb enough to attack Mexico and not be punished for it by the European powers.

Spain isn't doing anything. They didn't in the OTL, and I don't want to make my life harder, nor do I want to compromise any decisions a future player might make.
Oh, alright. I understand that you don't want things to be too hard on you and a player that wants to play Spain might be piss off because it went to war with France.

Yeah, I think the Dutch (Netherlands) would be neutral (due to Prussia) or side with Britain (because of the Anglo-Dutch Treaty of 1824).
Wait Outcast, can NPC nations still join the war? Like Spain joins the war on the side of, the CSA or the USA.
