Current Well, I am back for the city life. Which means that I have to get caught up with my roleplays and respond to private messages.

I'm also done with my history! Could check my NS again?
Is it fine if my history is a bit long? Because, that's what is going to happen (most likely).
I understand that I need to be creative, but I'm stuck on how to beat the Blood Pack. Do I just do a epic battle on my base or something else?

SCREW THE WAR EVEN MY WAR ORDERS WILL GO TO UPGRADING MY INFRASTRUCTURE!

I think you can't just use your war orders to upgrade infrastructure.

Honestly, this only helps Aegon's idea. Part of the lore could be that dragons turned out to be the reason why ships would go missing when they sailed to the Americas.

Well, I just answer his question :p

Urban Fantasy is generally not Middle Ages, so there's one example. There are others too! A quick google search immediately brings this quote from goodreads "The The Lies of Locke Lamora is set in Venice-like city of the Renaissance age, with burgeoning maritime commerce, organized crime, city-state rivalry, Gentlemen and Ladies who enjoy fine art, rapier sparring, court etiquette and court intrigue."But if you don't want to do it, Rare, that's fine bro.

Yeah I know, it's generally not Middle Ages, but most use that setting. I mean there is modern ones, and.... Nope, just modern day ones and that's all.

"Hey guys, can I highjack this idea?"

"none would know!"

To be fair, fantasy doesn't make sense anywhere. That's why it's fantasy. But I agree that I'd prefer an RP like this to be more historical and realistic, than fantasy.

^^^ I'm starting to like you.

Why does it make more sense to do it in the Middle Ages instead of the Age of Exploration? Just because of what most High Fantasy Literature dictates? It's an idea I've had for a long time that essentially sprung from "What if Columbus encountered dragons in the New World?"

Well, I'll answer you question! Since dragons burn people (which kills them), he would be burnt to death and nobody would report about the New World, leaving that the myth of the flat planet to be turth.

I'm not sure I understand your logic. Why are fantasy elements restricted to the Early Middle Ages?

Well, because the people (who make fantasy elements) set it to the Early Middle Ages. Don't blame me, but blame the makers of the fantasy element, for having it set at the Early Middle Ages.

I suggested this previously to Rare but he wasn't too keen on it.

But, fuck it. I might do it, just let me think about it ;)

Read what I edited. I was taking out the lack of humans part. New World civs are still player created with fantasy elements (preferably).

But, why? It doesn't make any sense to have fantasy elements during the 1400s, but if it was during the Middle Ages, then I would understand.
