Maybe 'Red Salon' is code for 'invade China', and the guy saying it was trying to relay the information to the other through code, as they had agreed, but the second guy forgot they were still doing that, so the first was trying desperately to pass on the information to an oblivious second.Red Salon is really a room in the Alexander Palace (Sándor Palace), that's where Bush went to talk to the President in 06.
