Good to hear. It might be an idea to have the name, rank, age, etc. on the same lines as the answers to that field. Makes it easier to read.What sort of source do you have for the image? We're curious.

As we ain't GM, we can't exactly approve, but we rather like it...looks like you picked the wrong CS framework... You should've had "rank" where you have "title".We looked about a bit, and from what we can tell, a typical rank for a Royal Navy Navigational Officer is "warrant officer" which we think has been converted into "lieutenant" and "sub-lieutenant". We'd guess that his rank would (unless there's a large NPC military crew) probably be the latter, Sub-Lieutenant.Unit is Tempest Crew.

Personality:

Marco is social with his family and co-workers, telling jokes, coming over for drinks, etc. Either know he had a rough childhood, he likes to talk about his past, his father, first pet, but not his mother. He has a nice personality to friends and family members, but to people who in the station for reasons due with crime, his personality changes quickly.
He is loyal and kind to everyone that knows him, but he can hold a grudge with someone for a bit.

He cares and wants to protect his family, not let what happen to his mother happen to his family. If something did happen, he would hurt the person down until they're found and Marco will have a long talk with them. He tells his father's stories, that he told Marco when he was a kid, to his son and friends before the robbery, he feels like he didn't spend time with his father before he died.

History:

Marco was born on 1975 in Italy but moved to America around three months old. His father was an officer during the 60s and 70s in New York City while the mother was a nurse at one of New York City's finest hospitals. As a kid, he had been a smart kid who passed his easily and skipped the fourth grade, his mother and father were proud of Marco. One day when his home was getting robbed, his father tried to stop him, but he got shot in the arm and his mother was also shot in the head. The robber couldn't kill Marco and left him with his dead mother, he wanted the robber caught. The father lived, but wasn't the same anymore, he is force at work until his death. Marco wanted to get out of New York to Los Angeles, but he wasn't 18 and wasn't done with high school. When he was done, he moved from New York City to Los Angeles so he can go to UCLA to get a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice.

UCLA is where that Marco met Alyssa she was also from Italy, but go her real name changed. They were getting a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and fell in love with each other and got married before getting their Bachelor's Degree. At the age of 25, Alyssa gave birth to Alex after getting their Bachelor's Degrees and Marco went to work at JPD and moved his family to Justice. He was a good officer, who was not within the mafia's pockets, and moved up the ranks and ran for Commissioner. In his speech, he said that he will reduce crime ranks to the lowest in Justice history and when ask about the families, he had nothing to say about that.
