The RP's timeline will start on 2001, day after the 9/11 attacks. I like it all but, the timeline..

Well, my first post will be a test of an FTL drive and the results of a colony within the planet's moon.
Can my nation be a tier 5 but it has enough tech to become a tier 4?

You know this RP is based on the War on Terror, which is real. You put down real countries (like, United Kingdoms, France, etc).
