"Oh I wasn't implying you couldn't, " Keiko said, putting a hand just above her chest. "Look, I consdier it my personal job to keep people not involved in their spats as far from them as possible, and protect those they to to drag unwilling in. I just want to make sure they don't come back in hopes of having a little revenge."

She marched up to him and looped her arm through his, winking her left eye.

"So, lead the way then?" she said. "Minoru, right?"
"That's the spirit!" Keiko grinned. She paused, tilting her head to the side. "Hey, did you want to head home, or my place? I figured if they're gonna come fater you once, they may do it again. Might be a good idea for me to stick around, at least for a day or two."

She smirked, putting her hands on her hips, thumbs hooking into the pcokets of her short-shorts. "Unless you'd rather not have me hang around; I understand I can be...off-putting."
"Oh, you don't have to," Keiko said. "I can handle myself just fine. You could, if you wanted, though it'd be dangerous."

She stopped him from walking with a hand on his shoulder. "Look, let me simply things, I bet you're confused," she said. "My name's Keiko;; and you can consider me a bit of an outsider. The guy that just attacked you is part of a gang in town that likes to cause trouble; one of their big fish too."

She shrugged. "You seemed like a civilian to me, not their normal targets, so I rescued you."
Keiko ran along side him, contagious grin having yet left her face. As he skidded to the left, she dived into the indicated space, pinning herself to a wall. All seemed to calm down around them, sans several people rushing to see what damage she did to the walls and windows. She chuckled, before turning back to the boy, nodding her head.

"No worries," she said. "He attacked a bystander, so I intervened."

She thought over his offer, carefully, than nodded her head. "More than likely it's better for me to leave before anyone sees that I don't come here. They'll need someone to explain those damages, and I don't wanna be around for that."
Isabelle debaed, she really did for a long time. But hunger was a strong instrument of motivation, and she hand't eaten anything since work. So, despite the name of the band drawing up her eyebrows, she shuffled into Bar None. She snuffed out her cigarette (you never knew what places were smoke free these days) and threw the bud away, taking the leather coat off, and sliding into one of the bar-stools..

"Hello?" she asked, trying to get the attention of the nearest bartender. She succeeded, and went forward. "Yes, you, thank you. Rum and coke, thanks."

Once her drink was in hand, the red-head turned around to get a good look a the place, and the constituents. The place looked homey, but somehow more modern than most mom-and-pop places. There was a buzz in the electrical lights that worried her slightly, but nothing too bad. She took a drink, wondering just how pathetic she probably looked right now.

I should have at least brought a friend, she thought with a growl. I look desperate...
"Pissing you off, maybe doing some justice," the girl said, balancing on the balls of her feet. "You be the judge, skate-boy."

She turned as she felt the boy yank her wrist, than quickly back as they were attacked. Keiko pushed Minoru back before flinging herself backwards, the fire just singing the edge of her hair. She rolled, and got back at her feet, glaring at the boy.

"You Son of a-" she growled, before clapping her hands. The sound wave smashed through more of the hallway before slamming back into the boy, echoing like a sonic boom. Than, grabbed the running boy's wrist, and ran.
She didn't think they'd be this open about it.

But Keiko's surprise was marginal. After having watched the kid for awhile, she knew that they'd come chasing after him as soon as they had the chance, but she didn't think the big guy would risk stepping right into the school. It was bold, to say the least; and mildly stupid, to be honest.

Deciding it best to interrupt the little union, Keiko, stepped into the hallway. She felt the boy slip past, before she turned to face his chaser.

"Subtly, they name is not you," she joked, before letting out a piercing scream. The sound wave was amplified, rushing through the hallway, breaking various windows, and finally smacking into the boy's chaser.

Classes started, so I'm dragging a little.
Well, a name was only skin deep. The red-head shrugged, deciding that the matter wasn't worth much of her time. She turned back around, ready to leave, and nearly bumped into a different face. She stepped just short of smacking into him, getting a glance up into his face; glasses, light curly hair, and a disposition that definitely wasn't in the mood for jokes.

"Sorry," she said, stepping back, and adjusting her jacket. "Got lost in thought, wasn't looking."

There was something off about him, whoever he was. Isabelle couldn't put her finger on why, but something about him looked familiar. It was only when she traced her memory back through the week that she realized exactly where she saw him; on the subway track, on her way to work.

He was playing that cello, she remembered. It had made her angry, whatever he had played, and she couldn't place why. As always, the anger had faded when he song stopped, but it was strong enough for her to remember.
