Hi there, I'm new here but not new to roleplaying. I am a 27 year old female, and have been roleplaying since I was thirteen and have been on numerous forums but thought I would try here for a change. I have this idea that I have tried a few times but haven't found a player as of yet to fully invest in the plot and idea.
Basically I'm looking for someone to play a marine fighting in a war torn country. I want this to be dirty, nitty gritty full of fowl language, possible gore, dark themes, fighting and in between the possibility of a little bit of romance if it happens. Or if it feels right with the story.
I have two ways this idea goes: either the marine is caught by a rebel team that are also fighting for their freedom but not in the best way either and is subject to being their prisoner, where he meets a girl that happens to be a relative to the person in charge of the rebel forces. The rebels have killed the enemy as well as marines, just like the marines have killed the enemy and civilians have been caught accidentally in the crossfire.
Either that, or the girl is injured having gotten caught in the cross fire and taken back to their base before finding out who she is a relative of.
I don't mind which way it goes and it is a basic idea. I plan to plot and develop this storyline with. I have ideas for characters and love playing multiple characters and currently looking for someone to play the marine. I consider myself a frequent poster, high casual to advanced writer and hope to hear from someone soon in regards to this. Write here or PM me :)
