She watched what he was doing with a cringe for a moment before going around putting away the things she'd bought. She decided not to respond to his sarcasm.
Keenan just laughed at him. "No, I promise I'm not drinking. The last time I did..." she shuddered, made for her seat again.

One of the twins automatically grabbed a glass and put it in front Ethelsen before returning to whatever it was he was doing.
"I'm not going to chew you out. I've finally come to terms with the fact that you're reckless and scare the hell out of me, and that there's nothing I can do about it. So relax!" She laughed. Though she was worried. But she decided not to say it, because she knew he'd just blow off her concern with 'I'm fine!'. She thought that last phrase in an exaggeratedly masculine voice in her head.
Neither of the flamehead twins looked up from their work, and nor did they even seem to notice the three newcomers.

Keenan, however, jumped at the sudden noise, before breaking into a broad grin. "Barrett! James!" She exclaimed, before tackling them both simultaneously.
"Well, even if I were, when I woke up I'd still be able to tell you got into a fight of some kind. You'd never be able to hide that." She said, pointedly looking at his burn.
"Stop yelling at Orion, Victor, he didn't do anything to you." Marie said, catching up with him.
Hahaha
Keenan yawned. The short woman was sitting on a barstool in front of the bar, and she was swinging her legs absently. She was watching the two lookalike bartenders wordlessly going about their own business, on a routine of cleaning and reorganizing that was really both fascinating and disturbing. They didn't speak a word to each other, not even so much as a glance, and yet they went about in such a tidy and neat harmony, you'd think that they were performing some kind of dance.

Seth was the slightly older of the two twins, but only by seven minutes. He and his brother Zahkrii both boredly went about their duties as bartenders, because that's what the ominous landlord Handie decided to have them do. So they did.
[lol you changed it?]

Marie blinked when she saw Victor, once again in a rage, bruised, and with an arm that looked like someone tried to deep-fry it as she made her way back to the tower with groceries. "Victor?" She asked. Looking like that, something bad happened. It had to have.
