Good grief child, have a little patience. There, I'll fix it later, I'm on my phone and I have to get ready for school and I'm lazy.

I listened to their conversation as I continued to watch the surroundings. The state of this place didn't surprise me as much as it surprised them. If anything, it just showed how ignorant their people could be, but that was an opinion I'd keep to myself. Not that I knew or understood much of the world outside of my Clan, but to not expect to see poverty seemed to me rather a ridiculous assumption. The elf-man suggested the pub. I wondered if he was just interested in a drink. Though it was true that people talk in bars, usually they talk and don't know what they say. But we shall see.
"We're headed for the Gold Peak, in Southern Daier." Daier was a small country, but it was half a world away, and the three of them would have to cross many other lands to get there. It would become quite the expedition.
"As for when, I'm not sticking around. I plan to leave tonight. There's a small village not far from the city we can spend the night in if necessary. I find I have trouble sleeping these days." Which was understandable, considering his vision problem. Though he could still tell night from day, not being able to see it still messed with his mind a bit.

"I think that they certainly think so. I'll have to ask T'vor about how I should care for these little things. He's the dragon expert." Sephiroth replied. He had to admit though, they were pretty cute. Considering their eggs had similar coloring, he suspected that they were probably from the same clutch, regardless of the difference in appearance and clearly different personalities.
"It's good to see you, Miss Anuriel. Have I ever told you how much like a mother you are to me?" He asked, then shook his head. "Look at me, waxing sentimental. Must be I'm still jogged from our difficult trip."

"Be careful, purple-head. There's a reason not many people have seen me without the darned thing." T'vor replied ominously.
"Now, about your question. Under any other circumstances, I'd say no, because you're my best pilot. But I don't need pilots right now. So sure. You can join my squad. I'll boot you if I catch you fooling around though."

Sephiroth looked up as he was addressed by a familiar voice. He grinned at the cook.
"I was just reminding him of that a few days ago. Speaking of pilfering, I'll have to stop by later, I miss your food." He showed her the little eggs he was holding. "One of T'vor's men gave me these. He thought they were stones, but it looks like he was wrong. I'm a little concerned though, because importing creatures from Genesis could bring imbalance to this planet. I'm not sure what I should do with them." He told the woman. He set them down on the ground beside him.

T'vor grumbled as he was rudely awoken by sounds outside his tent. But he recognized the singer right away.
"What do you want, boy?" He demanded of Damian as he rose from his bed. He picked up his helm from the ground beside his bed and set it atop his dresser. He then re-tied his hair back.
I can't do the colors any more, it drives me nuts xD
"It's not a person, it's a group that call themselves the Grimoire. Perhaps you've read about them. Supposedly they're the deep thinkers about all things magical. They aren't the ones that are going to tell us where the Crown is, though. I already know where it is. Or at least, where it should be, if it even exists, which I believe it does. The Grimoire are going to tell us how to use it. Assuming we make it out alive, and assuming we can find them, that is." Sparhawk replied to the man's question.
"Granted, that's quite a bit of assuming, but I'm going whether or not you come with me, so it's up to you if you want to risk it. I guess it just depends how much an arm is worth to you, or a tongue, in Mira's case."

Sephiroth found Sasha's new personality to be rather aggravating, but he knew that was only because Chaos had affected him in the same way. He watched her leave, biting back his tongue lest he say something stupid to her back out of irritation. He hadn't noticed the change in the stones' appearances because he'd tucked them away into his pocket for the duration of the spellcasting, but now he returned to where he'd originally been musing before all this occurred and he drew them out again to continue fiddling with them. That was when he noticed the odd change. Curious, he continued to sit and watch them to see if they did anything else.

Meanwhile, ol' T'vor was still napping, and was likely to sleep for the next few hours.
