Working on a new character for this.
Hey Hillian, long time no see. We used to play together before the reboot to the site. As for me, I'm actually fairly interested. I could pump out a character if needed.

Hello! Body flicker isn't intended for in battle as the rules clearly state. However I can't resist the "poof" shit they always pull in the anime to get away from dumb non-fight situations. In other words, it's decoration (srsly, anyone who thinks constant teleportating is a good idea in fights needs to die.) Dead Soul zombies still have all their abilities from before, and are still kind of hard to kill. (Just like anybody.)
And I will love to work with you story-wise.
Savato, I am involved in moderation (Due to being a long time friend of Syn.) And currently I can point out a few quick things.
- The first is that Body Flicker technique is denied. It's in the banned jutsu list. (Or to be more exact, you can have it, but never use it for battle.)
- Dead Soul technique is up in the air, due to being very similar to impure world resurrection. I leave final judgement on that to Syn, but I recommend that you at the very least limit the number of corpses you can use with this technique and to apply a timer to how long you can use it and how long it takes to prepare the corpse.
- More info on his backstory is required before full acceptance.
- Also, you will need to pick an alliance. We have had issues with 3rd party ninjas in the past and would prefer than characters have at least a side to be a part of. (If you have any objections, please contact me or Syn privately and tell us what you have planned if he is a 3rd party.)

Just a heads up, but I'm working on a character for this RP. It'll be fun to play with Tatsu and Lyfe again.
