I'm fine with waiting. Gives me more time to put a CS together.
I'll be joining this.
By the time Ralph had gotten a decent-sized pile of berries at his feet, Val and her foxes had caught a few rabbits. That, along with the berries, should be enough to feed the group for a day, at least. He followed Val back to the cave, hoping the others made it back alright.

Upon making it to the cave, Ralph saw Tony, Connor, and Deravan, as well as a few others.
"Hey. Glad you guys made it back alright." He said. For a moment, he didn't recognize the guys they brought back, but then he got a closer look. "God damnit." He said. "Tony, what the hell are these guys doing here?" He didn't think Tony and Connor were stupid enough to trust a group of bandits, but apparently he was wrong. "These guys can't be trusted. Can't you tell that they're just waiting for us to let our guards down?"
Ralph couldn't believe that the only people they could get were a bunch of bandits that tried to kill them. For a moment, he'd completely forgot about the arrow in his shoulder.
The mystery Pokemon used a move that seemed to make Terra's nightmare even worse.
"We have to find a way to turn on the lights! If we don't do something soon, Terra will just slip into... *gulp* the big sleep... so to speak," Anthony said.
"I'm on it." Matt said, putting Josh's bucket on the ground while he looked around for a light source. Meanwhile, Daniel used a shadow move on the mystery Pokemon, which seemed to deal a good amount of damage. He seemed to remember something that his mother told him, about a Pokemon called Darkrai. It seemed likely that this was the Pokemon they were fighting.

Josh fired a Water Gun into the darkness, but once again didn't hit anything. "Hurry up, Matt." He said. Like Anthony said, Terra could die if they didn't finish this soon. If they continued blindly attacking into the darkness, there's no way they would beat Darkrai fast enough.

Pretty sure it's Kabling's turn.
Ralph was forced to follow Val on foot due to his injury. They stumbled upon a berry bush, but there was the possibility that they could be poisonous. Thankfully, Val was apparently able to smell poison. According to her, these were okay to eat.
"We'd better hurry." Ralph said. "The others would probably be back by now."
He started making a small pile of berries on the ground beside him, keeping an eye out for anything coming their way.
"Now, I'm not sure how we're gonna carry these back to the cave." He said. "The only thing I can really think of is that shadow-hands ability of yours, but that takes a lot of energy, doesn't it?"
After the thing used Hypnosis on Terra, she entered a deep sleep that appeared to damage her. Matt looked at her for a moment. "Hmm...it might be...no, that's not right. It wouldn't be in an old man's basement. What am I thinking?"
Matt seemed to have figured out what they were fighting, but then denied it. Almost immediately afterwards, he got hit by a Faint Attack. Despite the Pokemon appearing pretty weak, it did a decent amount of damage.
"So he has physical moves, then? Well, that shouldn't be a problem." Matt said, using Reflect to create a second barrier around them.
Josh fired a Water Gun at the spot where the attacks came from, but apparently he moved, because it didn't hit anything.
The TV was showing some weird computer-bird thing, who was talking in Japanese. Jade could only understand it because of the subtitles. She thought that it would help clear up any confusion she had, but it only confused her even more. There were a few people in the group that seemed to have a slight understanding of what was going on, but she had no clue. About 30 seconds after she'd started watching the TV, the power went out. "Shit." She said under her breath. One of the creatures outside must have hit a power line or something.

A metal bird introduced himself as Miles Hall, and asked everyone else what their names were. "I'm Jade." Jade said.
Once the rain had stopped, one of the guys - his name was Roger, or something like that - went outside. Through the window, Jade saw him create a wall of fire. She thought she was seeing things at first, but everyone else seemed to see it as well.

Erion mentioned that the hotel wasn't safe. With all the stuff going on outside, someone could easily send the entire thing crashing down.
"You've got a point." Jade said. "Where will we go, though?"
She looked around at the other people in the group, hoping they would know of some place that they could go to.
Josh and Matt went down the stairs, along with the rest of the team. Josh couldn't shake off the feeling that something was watching him. The others seemed uneasy as well. There was definitely something down here, waiting for an opportunity to strike.

They kept moving until Anthony noticed a blue eye in the darkness. Whatever it was tried to use Hypnosis on him, but missed. At that point, the team started launching attacks at the mystery Pokemon, but unfortunately most of them missed. Terra managed to hit it, though, and seemed to do a large amount of damage. Josh tried to use Confusion, and he could tell that it hit, but it didn't do anything.

"Must be a Dark-type." Matt said, putting up a Light Screen in front of the team. "It knows Hypnosis, so that must mean...hold on, let me think."
Matt seemed to be trying to figure out what exactly they were fighting. He seemed to be stumped, though.
