It was hypothetical. For a more relatable thing:Lets say this man is very durable to most elements without fire. His opponent who doesn't know this IC but does OOC, uses fire first thing for no reason. He's not a pyromaniac, he's not a fire Mage, whatever. When it IS a fire Mage, however, then it's different because fire is their strong point so of course they'd use it.But when you have a very varied character with lots of different abilities and by coincidence you use a fire bomb on your opponent who is weak to fire without any indication, it's fishy.Unless the character has super perception. Or something.

Oh no. I get what you're saying. having been in the arena, for years its a bit more common than people think.

I was just pointing out the other side. haha. some people give their characters weaknesses that aren't weaknesses, or something really elaborate.

I hate Meta-Gaming in Arena.Oh hey, my character has this strange, very specific weakness and your character knows it...SOMEHOW! Without it ever being shown IC! Cool!

That can go both ways. with people having "strange, specific. weaknesses" that make it literally impossible for the.other person to take advantage of.

Same with weaknesses that are completely at the mercy of the.controlling player.
There isn't a whole lot of risk now.

between nearly everyone working in tandem, set home, the only risks to. losing items has been lava and the server deciding to despawn items randomly when you die. the risk is still there that you lose your place.

for me, I usually set home every so often anyway, so my only risk comes from losing it in a cave which if offset by me rarely ever diving alone, or lag kills.

It may be different for other people, but probably not by much. eMost are generally together and such.

In other words, my.risk is usually minimized already except for instances out.of my control.
Excuse errors. lol. using phone.
I've lost things due to lag. rip bow.

keep inventory would be fine. its not particularly God mode as you can still die. you just keep your stuff.

if anything though. /back should be. Command if its not one already. that'd be good.
They can be, if they know the backstory and nearly everything you need them to know. It can't be someone who doesn't have any experience in it. For instance, I can run something that got as big as Allaria by myself, but I also have mbl, and Reonen, and sometimes MDK, who know enough to pick up the slack if I'm away from the computer and can't answer.

Personally, I'm a crappy Co-Gm. xD. But Co-Gms can be a huge help with keeping everything running smoothly.
My pet peeves including riding with people, and them parking beside another car - when there are open spaces.

People who leave their shopping carts in the middle of the aisles and stuff. Like... WHY WOULD YOU EVEN, PEOPLE HAVE TO WALK HERE.
