The agent is human with youthful features. Noteworthy details are the agent's unnaturally reflective amber-colored irides. This, along with a discoloration of the fingers and a set of prosthetic feet stand out the most upon their appearance. While their means of maintaining celerity through the prosthetics remain unknown, animatronic automation is the assumed method. Aside from that, they normally wear form-fitting clothes beneath a massive coat. One thing to also note is their forked tongue.

Through esoteric sacrificial Egyptian mysticism, Mahteru has permanently restricted their libido and mortido,for the sake of greatly increasing their mystical abilities. Mahteru feels far less fear and physical attraction when compared to the average person.
-Enlightened Gaze-
Through an unnaturally deep understanding of all Abrahamic texts, Mahteru can be considered a compendium of information the various holy texts(the Torah, Bible & Quran). This includes the bestiaries, alchemical tomes and artifacts. This allows Mahteru to accurately(for the most part) gaze the weight/amount of a being's sins at a glance.
-Keh'loh's Bondage-
As one of the Keh'loh bloodline, Mahteru is spiritually bound to the Stake of Al-Hallaj, allowing them to passively sense its location and telepathically command the length of its serpentine wire. It makes Mahteru slowly but surely get sick and go crazy though.
-Artifact Mastery-
Mahteru has only ever used one weapon/spell-casting tool in their life. Its dangerous-level of magical power has effectively attuned Mahteru to the understanding and use of other mystical artifacts for mysticisms and combat with the supernatural. They're basically a master at using artifacts to kick ass. This deep study made them useless with conventional weapons, as they normally have no need for it.
-Master Alchemist-
While Mahteru doesn't often have the materials to practice much of the Abrahamic alchemy, its study has given them a great knowledge of the alchemical arts. This also covers some methods of causing supernatural arson.
-Active Abilities--Ashen Baptism-
After either themselves, an object or another individual with their furred ashes, Mahteru can bless or curse the ashes stuck to a person for defensive or restrictive purposes. Ex.; Blessing it to protect them from magics or curses or possession. It also works in reverse for things like restricting a spreading curse or preventing spiritual entities from leaving a vessel etc. The S.I.A. holds many records on the mystical ability and places it relatively low on the danger scale for mysticisms.
-Health & Peace-
After dusting either themselves, and object or another individual with their rice ashes, Mahteru can offer a blessing prayer for the ash-covered target, imparting the great blessing of Health & Peace. This staves off physical ailments and slowly regenerates wounds for as long as the person remains dusted with the ashes. -Smoke & Mirrors-
By blowing glass ash across a given area with a prayer or curse, Mahteru can reveal or conceal the spiritual presence of entities within a given area and passively sense them. -Ashen Embers-
By igniting a cloud of flint ash with a short prayer, Mahteru can produce a floating wall or soaring burst of holy flames that imitate the godly fire of the burning bush that Moses spoke with in the bible. The flames are exceptionally hot to the supernatural and have the power to considerably weaken the undead, effectively leaving them in a psuedo-human state. The duration and size of the flames are determined by the amount of ashes used. -Serpent's Song-
Mahteru blows into the stake's tip. The air's path beneath the stake's scales can produce an uncanny trifecta of sounds that can stun, scare or attract beasts. -Vain Veneration-
By offering the Stake of Al-Hallaj worship, its serpentine end can come to life, growing in size and mystical power in proportion to how long Mahteru worships it with palpation and prayer. This act, weakens the power of any blessings Mahteru imparts or calls upon for an equal amount of time. If too much worship is offered, the stake will become a false idol and temporary vessel for lucifer that wreaks great havoc with the intention of spitefully slaying all mankind for the same amount of time. -Golden Cut/Divine Proportion-
The Divine Proportion is heralded by Mahteru as the ultimate undead-slaying slaying art. Using their understanding of the Stake of Al-Hallaj, Mahteru invokes the Vain Veneration while twirling the Stake of Al-Hallaj by its serpentine head in a flight pattern that matches the golden ratio. By doing this, the stake forms an imitation of godly energy that can be used to deflect magical attacks(like enchanted weapons and magical blasts and stuff) or slash Mahteru's opponents. The energy produced from this attack is extremely acidic to the undead and unholy. The twirling must be maintained to sustain the energy however. Due the restriction of Mahteru's mystical powers, it simply reduces the healing factor of undead entities instead. -Burning Branch-
As Mahteru's truest trump-card in supernatural-slaying, the Burning Branch is a technique that combines their Ashen Embers with their Divine Proportion. Mahteru rubs the Stake of Al-Hallaj down with their flint ashes before performing the Golden Cut. From there, the imitation god-energy ignites the embers as Mahteru flings the tip of the stake towards their target's heart while commanding the stake for nearly perfect accuracy. Most if not all entities struck with the attack face the high risk of violently erupting with the fake holy energy. Mahteru is incapable of performing the Burning Branch while S.I.A.'s mystical restraints are in-place. -Backstory-
The witch, Mahteru was initially discovered and 'saved' by the Baghdad Supernatural Interference Division(BSID). Mahteru stands as the last living member of the Keh'loh clan who were supposedly cursed with protecting the esoteric mysticism and alchemical techniques of the Artificial Islamic Prophet Al-Hallaj. Given their unfamiliar health state and the discovery of a dangerous ancient artifact in Mahteru's possession, they were forcefully transferred to the S.I.A. headquarters for monitoring and protection. Aside from the reports submitted by the BSID agents, Mahteru remains something of a mystery held in place by their powerful attraction to the S.I.A.'s research. Even with Mahteru's seemingly benevolent motivations, S.I.A. felt the need to restrict Mahteru's magical abilities in case of potential threat to the S.I.A. and mankind as a whole.

-The Stake Of Al-Hallaj-
The Stake of Al-Hallaj is a sizable scaled stake with seemingly indestructible scaled wire extending from its blunt end. The wire is tipped with the fanged shedding of an exceptionally long(8ft) snake's upper-body. It holds an undoubtedly large amount of power as a mystical Abrahamic conduit.
-A.M.R. Ring-
The A.M.R.(Anti-Magic Restraint) ring is an experimental magic restraint device used to monitor and restrain the level of Mahteru's potential magic-use. Through the voice commands of higher ranking S.I.D. agents and Phi-ranked agents registered as Mahteru's handlers, the restraints can be released. It restricts all but the most passive of Mahteru's mystical capabilities.
-Cigarettes-
Mahteru is addicted to nicotine, and keeps cartons of cigarettes.
-Cigarette Ashes-
Given how the common chemical ingredients in cigarettes can be used for a host of alchemical and mystical processes & spells. Mahteru has a small variety of the ashen mixtures; normal ash, ash with dry rice, ash with glass powder, ash mixed with cut cat fur and ash mixed with ground flint.
