Thomas Erhart - Squad 19

Running towards the stables and capturing a horse that looked as if it could run long distances with ease, which meant every horse in the stables, but he was picky nevertheless. He mounted the beast and awaited his squadmembers outside of the stables, wishing to run over the map and plans before bursting off recklessly and aimlessly as some others seemed to be doing already.
Alex Clark - The Outpost

He had never been so glad he still had that old pitchfork lying around now the crawlers were getting inside. His gun had been taken by the scouts that had left with Enrique, and there had been no time to start looking for a new one. Those crawlers needed killing. In a coordinated effort the remaining scouts combined forces once the worst of the fire was dealt with to beat back the walkers and close the gates before more could get in. Alex was in the frontline with the pitchfork, stabbing one in the chest, then using the pitchfork as a tool with which to control the walker, and sent him into the firing line of the other scouts.

"Blast the bloody asshole!" He yelled, and soon felt the pressure on the pitchfork drop as a second crawler lunged for him. Swirling the thing around he managed to knock down the walker and then jab his knife into the base of the skull before it could get up. The pitchfork's teeth were really bad at actually killing crawlers because they couldn't penetrate the skull deep enough. Only a stab to the face has any chances of taking down a walker for good with it, and even then you'd need some luck. Absentmindedly he wished for a real spear. As the gates were closed by Sylar Alex focussed on finishing off the remaining crawlers, using his pitchfork to immobilize and pin down crawlers for the others to put down.

It felt as if it took an eternity, but probably just a minute later it was mostly silent again inside the Outpost, except for Sylar's enraged screaming. He wanted to help, to do something, to say something, but it seemed evident that Sylar needed a moment now, and that everyone staring at him didn't help at all. With a sickening noise he pulled the pitchfork out of the crawler and rattled it against the wall as he put it down, drawing the attention of some of the people.

"We still got a job to do." He said, drawing his knife, stabbing it in the head of a downed crawler to be sure, and dragged it to the now empty parking lot. Some scouts started helping him clear the mess to prevent any more such unlucky casualties. The work was done in an eery silence, as most people were too shocked after the events of the night to spend any words on it. With hollow gazes marked with exhaustion they rounded up all the corpses and piled them up in the parking lot to clean them up the net day. Tomorrow would be a really tiresome day, Alex realized as he leaned against the wall he was patrolling on, and failed to surpress a yawn.

He had wanted to report Rudy's 'loss' to Enrique, but he couldn't get a hold of the man, and knowing of his temper, decided to wait it out untill tomorrow. He spent the evening alone at his cabin, and only heard through the walls of his small home that the councilmeeting of that night had been quite the fiasco again. It mattered strangely little for him. He still found it really weird to sleep in this cabin. He had received it after the previous owner had been killed during their raid on Haywood, and it still made him uncomfortable to sleep here.

But he did. Briefly. The smell of smoke and the screams of men tore him out of a dreamless sleep, and a few confused moments in his dark cabin later he found his way outside. Two cabins were ablaze. He began helping the men in extinguishing the fire at first, without any succes. The first cabin's roof had already collapsed and there had been a rapid conclusion that it was unsalvageble. Saving the inhabitants of the second cabin was all they had to do now. As they hacked at the door in order to get it open, for it jammed due to the heat of the fire or something blocking it from the inside, a large splinter got stuck in his forearm as they worked. He yelped and retrieved his hand in surprise, and before he knew it another man had taken over his place while he patched up his arm with some alcohol and some bandage. He could hear screams of pain or fear, and hoped that it was from a bystander and not from whoever was inside. By the time he returned Enrique, still heavily coughing was outside of the house, whose roof had also collapsed. It had been Enrique's house he realized, and immediately spotted that Amanda was not there. Only now did he realize that the screaming had stopped. Slamming his fist against a cabin wall next to him he realized that out of two burning cabins they had managed to save only one man. Next to Enrique lived Myriah, the woman he had visted only a few hours before to tell her about Rudy's decision. Now dead. He cursed and watched the house burn when one of the scouts bumped into him as he walked away. He saw several others walk away from the fire too, but he himself felt drawn to the raging inferno that was burning down two cabins, now safely stopped from spreading by the people of the Outpost.

Untill he heard the cars leaving.
Marc, accepted. I like it that he does origami. I'm a bit wary about the paper clones (solid clone jutsu for genin in general), but so long there's no abuse, I see no problem.
Alex Clark- The Outpost - Myriah

She looked surprised to see him, and he understood that. He didn't really know Myriah that well, and the fact that he visited her was simply on Rudy's request. he followed her inside, taking a brief look inside. He saw a chess game lying around, aswell as two books, and he almost felt a bit of jealousy as he looked at Myriah again. She looked a bit... he couldn't quite put a name on it, and decided to blame it on the entire situation with the dead rising again. Then she started talking, and he already felt more and more guilty, even though there was nothing he could have done. He looked around for a moent, pondering for a way to put it, but then he decided to just speak.

"Everyone is our party is okay, but not everyone did return." He said plainly. "When the storm his us Rudy was separated from the group in the middle of a crawler herd, and we were forced to flee to the Pub. We returned an hour and a bit later, and miraculously found him again in good shape. He had encountered two other survivors, of which he knew at least one from earlier." Alex continued, initially shrugging. "He decided to stick with them. He told me that I had to come tell you it was his own free decision to stay with them, and that he was okay. He explicitly asked me to do that, so..."
Kensuke Nimatsu - Team 7 Jounin

Guiding both his competing genin towards the grand arena of Amegakure, silently cursing the rain that was running down his neck. He disliked this valley for a reason. And it was a good one. Rather grimly he reminded himself that he had been here before, which was a great help when leading the genin to the complex of fighting rings. Entering through the competitor's gates he showed both genin the hallways to their arenas, and then gave them a good look. It was in a way pretty emotional to see both his genin here, ready to prove their worth. Despite their short time together and the less than smooth course of their first few missions, he had grown, perhaps even a sort of attached to them. Like a man would curse but secretly like his stubborn horse, so did Kensuke think of his genin. Then again, they had survived two months of intensive training with him, proof of their physical condition, and despite their initial lack of teamwork and tactical aptitude, there had been improvement. Perhaps it still was a bit too early for them to take part in such a dangerous test, but he had granted them the possibility anyways. They might not be the best around, but to see them as the worst would be a grave underestimation.

"Allright. Before you two go off and get yourself inevitably maimed or killed, I'm going to say that when you first joined my squad I wondered how you even got out of the academy alive. Now, after spending two months with you guys, doing missions and training you to the best of my abilities, I still wonder how you got out of the academy alive. The only difference is that I believe there is hope for you two. Despite your young age and short time to prepare, you are both skilled and smart brats, and you shouldn't forget that out there in the field." He said with a complacent smile. He cleared his throat and tried hiding his mile somewhere safe, as he didn't want to show them he was actually a bit proud to be here. No way they should know that. He placed a hand on both of their shoulders and leaned down so he was at an even level with them, giving them a last piece of advice.

"Shisen. Don't let yourself be intimidated. Keep a clear head at all times and work together with Arashi as if he was a part of your body." He said, putting his hand on her shoulder while the dog sniffed his shoe and snorted at him in a very indignant way.

"Ezuri, follow your instinct, but keep a good amount of common sense to temper that with at all times. Don't be overconfident and reckless, but certainly don't make yourself small either." He told the young Hyuuga, looking him into the eyes.

Standing up he pushed both genin towards their respective arenas. "Now go and get yourselves killed or something."
I've done a draw-over on your last drawing to show my points. Beware, it was done with an online painting tool and a computer mouse.

Your pose is a bit awkward due to the weird angle of her left arm and hand (a fault Sherlock pointed me at in my last drawing). When trying to draw someone in a certain pose, always try to find references for it or getting someone (even yourself- to quickly pose for you. You easily have acces to someone doing said pose naturally, and basing yourself off of that adds a genuine feeling to it.

Furthermore I would recommend delving further into the topic of anatomy. As you can see I left my sketches of the drawover (in red) still there so you have an idea of how I specifically use shortcuts to learn anatomy. Anatomy is the one thing that makes or breaks most if not every drawing of an organism that's intended to be at least semi-realistical, and still the bane of even artits like Sherlock. The only cure is lots of practice and references. A short summary of faults I immediately noticed: Her breasts were too low and had a really sphere-like shape, as if someone cut a ball in half and taped them to her ribcage. While in a front on drawing of a relaxed pose this is not too noticable, once movement is involved the breasts move along. (the same with breasts of men. I just watched myself in the mirror today, it's almost spooky how they can move if you pay attention to it.) Secondly, her arms, legs and middle were all too long. I can give you the advice when drawing without clear or with little references to use parts of the body you already drew to measure the parts you still have to draw. A good measuring unit for example is the head.

Also, one of my own:

Alex Clark - Outpost

It was yet another awkward homecoming. Apparently Michael had been here before during the infamous mutinty that had occured not long before he himself had joined the Outpost. Nobody seemed to notice that Rudy was missing thanks to the scene around Michael, and he was grateful for that. He didn't feel the need to explain why he was gone in front of so many people. Instead, as soon as they got out of the car, he followed up on Jamie's advice and found Myriah. He made his way to her cabin and gave a soft knock to the door. He was planning to tell her first, and then give the council an official report of their scavenging mission. Since Rudy had been a quasi-leader of the Scouts together with Enrique, and the fact that Alex didn't really trust Enrique despite the soldier-like attitude and training the man could bring, he'd rather report it to them in person.
Thomas Erhart - Squad 19

Turning around after hearing his name he saw the Oriental girl look for him and this JP-guy. "I'm here, Noelle!" He said, waving at her to avoid her from sowing more confusion by poking random trainees. There were only a few minutes left and it was about time JP showed up. "So, ready for three days of adventure?" He asked, remembering the days when he did this training mission for the first time. It had been quite the adventure, yes, but everything had worked out just fine. Involuntarily he smiled as he remembered Keith, one of his best palls back then. That guy... He wondered where he'd ended up. The MP? No, even Keith was realistic enough to know he wouldn't make that. The garrisson? Most likely. In fact, the chance that he'd joined the Survey Corps was smaller than the chance of Thomas failing at this mission.
Alex Clark - The Pub - Scouts

His crooked smile faded as he heard from a newcomer with an easily distuishable German accent that the man they had hit had turned. So after all, they had killed him. He imagined the man, panicked by the sudden storm and the herd of crawlers, running away as hard as he could, only to be hit by the only driving car in miles. They were responsible for that man's death, and he had a dark desire to see the remains so he could see what they had done. To feed the guilt that was nibbling on his sanity. He cleared his mind as the situation demanded his presence, for which he was grateful as ever. Always distracting himself with things to be done, that was his most important survival strategy. Considering how Hazel seemed to like the guy, and how he had been able to deal with the crawler as he resurrected, he seemed like a good guy. It almost felt as if taking him on would be like replacing Rudy, but he dismissed the thought from his mind. Rudy made his choice, and Michael was making his.

"I say we take him with us. It's not like we're overcrowded anymore and with everything that's been going on, we could use some decent new people." He said to the others loud enough so everyone could hear.
