Forgotten History

Her gaze was conflicted as she glanced from the door to him. She allowed herself to be pulled along but wasn't sure what to do. She doubted that they believed her and Marcus to still be asleep but she also wanted to have some fun alone time with him. "Well, we are a couple... So I guess they'll get the drift." she concluded as she was pulled into the bathroom.

"I do it for the ladies." he says with a mischievous grin as he holds up his arms and flexes. Holding the pose for only a brief moment he went back to standing relaxed. "Doesn't help that the walls here are kinda thin. Glad I didn't get the room beside them..." he remarked then sighed. "Alright, let's go get some breakfast and give them a little time to catch up." he suggested in a more serious tone.

Smiling Rin stood up and followed him. Coming up behind him she looped her arms around his stomach and started kissing his nneck. "I promise to make it up to you..." she whispered and allowed her hands to drift downwards. Just then she heard someone bang on the door. "ugh" she groaned.

Richard grinned as Tess went off on him. He found her reaction funny and dramatic. "Calm down, you look fine." he told her while fidgeting with his cigar. After following her down the hall he leaned against the wall outside Rin and Marcus room. "blue looks good on you." he mentioned casually.

"we can't stay in bed the whole time! I wanna do stuff." she said half heartily pulling away. She couldn't help but chuckle at his childish behavior. "And as for them we invited them to come along." She added. Rolling over and proppinggget chin on his chest she started poking his face.

"Are you ready yet? It's the beach, you better not be waiting time getting all prettied up. The water will just wash it all away." he shouted back at her. As a few other guests walked by he noticed their disgusted looks about his yellin. "Yeah Yeah move it along folks." he grumbled.

Laughing softly she allowed herself to be pulled back. "Ya know it's warm out there right? If it were cold you couldn't pry me outta bed." she said and grinned. While she wanted to get up and enjoy the beautiful day she also wanted to stay in bed with him. "Come on, don't you wanna go swimming??" she asked with a devilish grin.

After splashing his face with cool water Richard felt awake enough to carry on. Slipping on his swim shorts and sunglasses he stepped out of his room. A shirt and shoesddidn't seem necessary. Walk down the hall to Tess's room he knocked on the door then popped an unlit cigar in his mouth. "Yo Tess!" he said louder than necessary.

Magical time skip


Some time had passed and the four [Marcus, Rin, Tess, and Richard.] had some free time and leave days to spend. So the four decided to use them all at once to go on a group vacation to a tropical island on [can't think of a name of a planet but it doesn't exactly matter]. Their plans were to take it easy and check out the local tourist scenery. They arrived yesterday afternoon and now it's morning of the next day.

Rin's eyes fluttered open as a warm breeze pushed in through the open window. The smell of salt and sand filled the room. She loved the scent, it reminded her of home. The soft morning sun lit the bedroom and the sound of waves on the nearby beach could be heard. Rolling over she stretched and decided it would be a good time to wake up.

Richard grunted and grumbled as the light forcefully woke him. "Damn it, this is a vacationn, I should get to sleep in!" he growled into his pillow. After a moment he huffed then pulled himself up out of bed and headed for the bathroom.

Chuckling and shaking his head he followed after here, hanging back slightly to enjoy the view. "Now that would be a shame." he remarked. After walking for a moment he spoke up again. "I hope these aren't high stakes games. I don't have that kind of cash." he said with some obvious concern though trying to down play it.

His curiosity was definitely peaked. The more he talked to her the more he found her intriguing. "Booze, cigars, and cards sound fun. Throw in a beautiful woman and that's what I call a good time." he said with a wink.

Removing his arm he carefully inspected the area to be sure no mark was left. Once confident he hadn't left a mark he turned to face her, crossing his arms. "Well I wasn't exactly the one to pickit, tthat's a problem you'll have to take up with my parents." he remarked. While thinking of how to answer her question he absent mindedly scratch at his scruff. "I don't know, something fun. I guess whatever youddo to stay entertained and sane." he explained.

Taking a few steps closer he leaned an arm against the ship and rested the other along his hip, thumb hooked on his pocket. "I'm sure I could do something to make it worth your while." he said smoothly as he looked down at her. He tried to keep his exterior calm as his heart began to race.

As her finger jabbed into his side he tried not to react, though it was difficult. He crossed his arms and watched as she moved about. It felt like she was hiding something, or simply withholding some information. Either way he wasn't surewwhat it was but he felt it had to do with a good time. "Well I guess I'll have to look harder... Or maybe I can ask you to be my tour guild again." he said slyly.
