Sure, we can adopt that system. I think it would help people read through posts easier and make things seem less cluttered, especially when groups start to interact.
This looks pretty cool, I think I'll join in if I can. Also, hello Tired/Jswift!
"Is this the will of that lunar god...?" The girl from Twaiwan China contemplated why they were arriving here at the same time. In the end it wasn't to far fetched, in the end they all enjoyed this little cafe. All of them arriving at once was a push, but at the same time school was over, so it seemed that they had compatible tastes. It seemed that their little group had good compatibility, and Hua was enjoying her time with them while she was in Rome. Still, this was a bit disconcerting. Shoving that aside, she walked in and promptly took a seat after greeting everyone there and apologizing for her interruption. It looked like everyone was present and accounted for, and they were just ordering coffee and snacks. As a regular here, Maria would probably know what she wanted and bring it to her in a few minutes. A situation involving an Error could potentially happen at any moment, so they had to be prepared. Having arrived just in time to hear the last few words of Corvi, she decided to interject her own opinion. "I think it's cute when a boy is like that, as long as the attraction is mutual. Aha, it's just like the characters from one of my favorite Chinese cartoons~" With her teas arrival, she took a sip and continued with her response. "But there has to be a point when he does get on with it. Things have gotten mundane and slightly awkward if their relationship has been like this so long. Just do something, I don't care what, you know?"
Name: Hua Tsing Age: 14(Almost 15) Nationality: Republic of China Personality: Hua Tsing is both a lady and a boisterous girl cursed with the black mark of Chuunibyou. While in public, she is a proper lady, but in private she is a self styled Wuxia heroine who is obviously(and if not, should be) the center of attention. The capability to make flashy entrances, say haughty words, and defy standards is something she strives for. "Through inner strength and perseverance I will prevail!", "With the will to fight, no mountain will be to high to climb!", and "Destiny is in the hands of whoever has the will to shape it!" are regular lines for her. It can be said that the stronger her opponent is, the more iron her will to win is. She is an expert at trying to look cool, and making entrances is supposedly a specialty. Tsing is also a bit to nationalistic, though in a mostly harmless way. In public life(and when needed) she is a cool, calm, and collected young lady who lives in formality and is relatively normal otherwise. Despite her boisterous personality as a magical girl, she is fully capable of acting like a proper lady when in public with no problem. It can be said that both aspects of her personality are real, and she has achieved a true, inner balance. Biography: Despite being a magical girl, Tsing has had a rather uneventful life. Born to a more than well off family in Taiwan, she has had an actually good life. Born with a spirit to strive toward being better, she also had a deep love of old Chinese romances, along with Chinese culture. Further, she is someone who enjoys the newer wuxia stories and their original prototypes- something that led her to training in martial arts as a hobby. During a train ride, she had a near death experience when there was an emergency stop. She suffered extensive damage to her head when falling down and likely would've died if her condition wasn't stabilized by a magical girl and she was left at a hospital. After that, she formed a magical girl group with a few others and explored her abilities with them. She is currently in Italy for the long term because of certain educational opportunities and a desire to see Italian culture. Experience Level: Magical Girl (First Act) Skills: Wushu- An East Asian umbrella term for most full contact chinese martial art sports. Tsing loves Wushu because she loves Wuxia, and her skill has only increased after becoming a magical girl. She is a very athletic girl who constantly strives to be the best. Charisma- Befitting for a person in her magical girl group, she is naturally charismatic- Without a doubt, a true young lady who lives in formality. Cooking- She is an above average cook when it comes to chinese dishes, but if she's put near anything else, it will only end in tears and empty stomachs. Magical Power: (First Act) Bodhisattva Palm: Fist of the Enlightened Being- A technique that combines magical energy and life energy into a martial arts style based on breathing. It allows her to make the body itself a weapon, and her skill in martial arts is intertwined with Hua Tsings magical abilities. In simplified terms, this ability allows her to manipulate this energy in and around her body for various uses. When used in hand to hand combat, its possible to actually punch something without even physically touching it, or to punch through objects. When used against objects or living beings, its possible to destroy them inside out with her strikes. In an essense, one isn't only being attacked by her fists or body, but also this energy.
Excellent, I look forward to seeing it.
http://www.roleplayerguild.com/topics/76390-strings-of-fate-a-magical-girl-roleplay/ooc OOC is up! And, you can still join Pyro! However, I think after you join I'll close the RP. I'll discuss it with Nyd
Strings of Fate: A Magical Girl Roleplay
Chatzy Co GM: LaXnyd
Alright, everyone. The OOC will be going up in the next few minutes.
Power copying is one of the abilities you can't have due to certain reasons, alongside "magic immunity". And yes, we do have enough veterans currently. There's one per current group, and I think I'm going to close off veterans. Four is the exact number I was going for. And, sorry to see you go.
Crazy, you're good to go- you know which group you're in via PMs. Sure are Parker! We'll have to make a few arrangements if you don't join the RP before it starts, but that's not a big deal. Also, as most of the groups are done or are nearing completion, we'll be putting up the OOC and starting the RP today.
