Black Death Hunter [Interest Check] (+18/Mature)

((Disclaimer: My history is a bit shit now so things won't be too accurate.))

Black Death has been the most devastating pandemic in history; it alone managed to kill of 30-60% of Europe's population. The Black Death was a death sentence, an unbiased one at that claimed lives of the young, old and those who began adult life. No cure existed and no explanation was given either. Those with the plague were locked in their houses until they died or if they were lucky a Plague Doctor could heal them. Of course plague doctors could catch the plague or go missing as they flee the country. Plague Doctors did not have medical training as one has been noted to of been a fruit salesmen beforehand.

With a bit of history out of the way it is time for the RP idea. This is a part of my Death March-Blood Stained Streets idea which is half based on history.

The streets of London in the year 1350. The plague had claimed countless lives and the people of London and Europe had begun to panic. People began to blame lepers, Jews, firars, pilgrims, foreginers, etc for the cause of the Black Death. In the sick part of London which is under guard by plague doctors and guards to keep the sick away from the safe zone of London. The rich and the poor here are forced together to keep society healthy as possible. This RP is about a plague victim who is on the run, they could kill millions more people if they are not stopped. It is up to a plague doctor or two to chase them down and return to their homes, if failing that killing them so they can be burnt.

The victim/plague doctor(s) will come cross other escapees as they try to get away/find the target in question. The city of London will be rather grey and littered with death so the target already having the disease could hide among the uncollected bodies. The sick part of the city will be rather empty as most will be trapped in houses, barns and other places, those that managed to get out will be seen time to time. The victim plans on leaving the country via the London docks but the plague doctor(s) plan on preventing the already devastating disease to spread further. Escape or controlled, how will you go about this RP?

Whatever happens there is no happy ending, death is awaiting those with the Black Death.

When someone in an RP is pissing you off for whatever reason but you are too nice to say anything about it. I hate being nice a lot of the time as it gets me no where. So I have to come here and bitch, yet it does not completely go away as a few hours later I am back doing this shit again. I feel like a bunch of old Linkin Park tracks from Hybrid Theory/Meteora, I am all pent up. I miss the old guild, I did not have these problems much but I guess I will just have to deal with it.

This is an unreal RP, does fantasy and sci-fi not mean anything to you. A lot of logic is gone, only the basic types of logic still exist like not being able to breathe in space, being shot can (Not will) kill you, being tired, etc. How can you be logical when a xeno of some type that doesn't exist it trying to either kill or take you to their ship.

Appearance outside Armour: Long black hair, brown eyes, has a body of a trained athlete and a large scar on his face starting from the lower part of his right eye which crosses the bridge of his nose to the upper left side of his eye. He is rather rugged and manly at first look. He is very pale due to rarely having his armour off except when he spends long periods of time with his wife or if his armour is being repaired. He has surprisingly thin eyebrows, and an average looking face though women seem to throw themselves at him. While he is not in armour his hair is not tied together to keep it in place but once in armour will have it done up. Due to his body type, many think of him as a protector and the kids would call him a strong giant.

Armour Features: His armour has words written in places such as one of his shoulder pads which have the word ガス (Sprit), the word 強さ (Strength) on the other shoulder pad. The chest area has a small imprint of the word 知恵 (Wisdom) going down his chest plate. The helmet itself has more than a word on it, it says 光と闇だけお互いを破壊ではなく、共存できる、バランスが鍵です (Light and darkness can only coexist, not destroy each other, balance is key) There is also a little piece of something his wife made for him which is now nothing but a rag. The rag has the Japanese flag on it though mostly dirty from dirt and blood from him or his enemies.

The armour is black and purple for the most part, the mask itself is mostly purple and gold. His wife gave it to him as it once belonged to her father who was also a samurai. Back then it was black and red though his wife thought about breathing new life into it. The armour is not in perfect condition, not anymore. The scratches are the only real damage as the armour is fixed every few years. The metal parts of his armour do not shine like it once did, his wife always made sure he looked good even if he was out there with his life on the line and taking lives of others who thought of themselves as strong or evil. Most of the armour is just leather while the important areas are metal.

Personality: Like most samurais he was loyal, if he was asked something by his master he would do without question. Focused most of the time though the thought of his wife was what kept him focused mostly. He has a mask which hides his true self when in battle, in battle it is about death for him or his opponent. He would go out of his way to help those he needed it such as the poor or those who were preyed on by criminals. He is true to his beliefs and traditions which are things people remember him for. He has compassion for others except his true enemies and he knows who is worthy and those who are not. A born survivor and is a loving person to his wife and other family members scattered around the country.

Ryuunosuke is wise, the master would dare to say wiser than him and he is also an idealist. He does not really like giving orders but if needed to he will do to get things done and, for the most part, is trustworthy. The dark side of him is his battle side though Ryuunosuke has to suppress most of it as his dark side is nothing more than a monster. He is rather spiritual and believes the afterlife keeps an eye on all the people they know. Though there is no proof he believes in ghosts, zombies and all that stuff many believe not to be true.

Bio: Ryuunosuke was born in a big family, he had three brothers and two sisters and Ryuunosuke was the oldest. The youngest brother died at the age of two for unknown reasons. The second eldest brother left at 14 to become a monk and the last brother went on to be a palace guard. The eldest sister was married at the age of 18 and has been a housewife ever since and the youngest sister was taught the way of the samurai by her elder brother Ryuunosuke. Their mother and father were both samurai’s meaning their children would become one as well if they wanted to. They did not feel their children needed to become samurai’s, surprisingly only two of them wanted to, they said they felt it in their blood.

Ryuunosuke was born on the 19th of August 1899 in a small Japanese village somewhere close to the mountains. They moved to one of the cities until Ryuunosuke and his youngest sister went off to train with their new master who saw talent in both of them. Though at this time women were not equals in many people’s eyes the master, her brother and family did see both males and females as equals. They were trained somewhere deep in the mountains and finding this place meant you were worthy of the masters training which both Ryuunosuke and his sister had managed to find after a solid month of looking for. Day to day they would do whatever their master said, the daily training was always different and sometimes it felt like there was no training though there was more to it then what they thought.

Days turned into weeks, weeks turned into months and months turned into years. A solid two years passed by and both were ready to leave their masters place in the mountains. Every year they would come back to visit the master when Ryuunosuke was 19 and his sister was 17 they returned to find their master was no longer with the living. His age had got to him so they buried him and made a small shrine for him before locking the place up so the master could rest in peace forever. From that point his sister went off on an adventure though came home once every year and Ryuunosuke went around exploring and spreading things about his master. Many tales of his master were inspiring making many tell the tale themselves to others or even made them want to take up the katana even if they could not be samurai’s themselves.

A few months of travelling Ryuunosuke found something that would change him, a young woman who was also a fellow samurai. She was only 17, they had met once when they were children but back then they did not know what the adults were up to. They both had an arranged marriage to each other and her name was Katsumi Reiko Yoshizaki. By spring, they were married and Katsumi spent a lot of time at home with her husband when he was around. Though married, he still went off but came home every few months to spend time with the love of his life. With Ryuunosuke taking care of making enough to look after the two of them, Katsumi dealt with everything else. A year later Katsumi was carrying their child who was going to be born in a happy and loving family. A month later Ryuunosuke got some news that one of his brothers had fled the country for being a traitor.

The news had evidence that proved he was framed by some lord in a nearby town and a note that said he would not be coming back as he would have a new life in Europe. With the evidence, he cleared his brother’s name and his family’s name as well. For the next few months, things seemed fine as his wife sent him letters to keep him updated. On the 5th of July, Ryuunosuke returned to his town where his wife resided. The town was not what it once was as some building were burnt down or half burnt, there were many coffins and from what the locals had told him, bandits came to raid the town of all its valuables. His home was burnt down and the locals had told him his wife was killed and so was his soon to be child. Upon her grave he would just stand there and think as revenge was not on his mind, his wife and master would not want him to get them back.

For the first few months, he visited his wife’s grave every day and spends most of the day with her. He would talk to his deceased wife, sit and reflect on himself and life and so on. The night before he left he had a dream of a big open space which was peaceful and in this place was his deceased wife, his master and his young brother who died at 2 years old. It was just a dream of what they would want him to do, they would want him to continue what he was doing and protect the innocent against bandits and others who threatened their lives. He did not argue, he could never so no to his lovely wife and was loyal to her, his master and his barely known brother. Before he set off he sent letters off to each of his surviving family members both blood and in-laws about what he was doing and what had happened to his wife and unborn child.

At 21 he was out and about doing things on his own until his sister had come back and found him. She was now doing things similar to her brother which gave her the idea to start a clan off. Throughout his and her travels they had met people who were like brothers and sisters, if not good friends who would put their lives in their hands. It was only two months later where they had started a small clan under the name of Ryuunosuke family which was Miyamoto. Ryuunosuke did a lot on his own but help was always on hand, like many clans enemies were made by other clans and whatever else hated the idea of them being around. The building the clan members stayed at had several shrines out back, one of his master and one of his wife.

Though he does what is right he had kind of let himself go, he still has an athletic build but he seems to wear mostly rugs when not wearing his armour. In many ways he still can’t get over his wife’s death and the other clan members think he never will. His personal feelings have never got in the way, in battle, he is the same as always. None dare confronts him about the death of his wife, not even his sister and the family will not mention it. A year later things seemed normal enough and the clan had grown bigger, Ryuunosuke had found another woman he loved. Even though it was not his first wife he knew she would want him to move on and would not want him to forget her as well. Unlike his first wife his second was not a samurai, she was a geisha, a performing geisha meaning she as off a lot.

Ryuunosuke made sure to go with her and come back with her so no one would ever hurt her. Within half a year Ryuunosuke gained a rival who wanted nothing more than his blood on his blade. Though their skills match Ryuunosuke would always outdo him because he had a noble cause unlike the other. That rivalry came to an end as his rival made a bad move of taking his second wife as a hostage. Beheaded without a second thought, all that mattered was his wife was happy and safe though now several more rivals appeared. One wanted revenge for his fallen brother even though he knew why he was killed. A few months later he tried for another child and unlike last time made sure she had someone watching at all times. During the months of pregnancy, Ryuunosuke went off to deal with some of his rivals and help those in need.

Because of his helpful nature, many made shrines and statues for him to remember him and so that future generations know of him. He has four statues and three shrines in several places such as Tokyo, Osaka and Nagasaki are some of the places. A lot of the other places around the country have tales of him of what he did though some were made up to entertain children. Though the fake stories were not true it did not make them think anything less of him and the true ones made many stronger and strong willed. The Naginata was a weapon that his first wife’s family owned and was handed down to him and the Kanabo is the newest weapon though has a lot of practice with one. This weapon was given by his second wife’s father, he wanted Ryuunosuke to keep his new wife safe and happy.

The Katana was once one of many the master had, he handed one to Ryuunosuke and one to Ryuunosuke’s sister. The Katana is one of the best and is nearly impossible to find anything better if such thing exists. The master knew how to make Katana’s, each one was special and he made his students understand that as well. Each weapon has a story behind it, well all except his Yumi which he brought himself from jobs he did. He is a dead shot and knows how to put enough force when using the Kanabo to shatter bones and breaking wooden shields. He knew what he was going to do when he was old enough he was going to teach others the way of the samurai. He wanted to teach his offspring mostly but others would be allowed to learn as well.

With the thought of his first wife, his master, his family and his new wife he was hard to beat. Like a few samurai’s he has walked away from fights to sit and recover, it is full strength or no strength. He has also been close to death due to some major wounds but has managed to pull though because of his strong will. He is the favourite among kids in the town he lives in and a few others. He has a few codes he lives by and won’t kill those unarmed as he has been in this situation a few times before though each of them were foolish not to walk away. He lives by the code and he will die by the code. He does not travel as much as he used to but he can be found at his home near the clan building with his wife. He now only does jobs that he feels is right though he leaves town every three months instead of two.

Years later he, his daughter and one student go to defeat Kyoroko, the battle was near won but the demon used a spell to send them into the future. What had come of them is unknown. ((Update when I can.))

Kyoroko, the demon that has plagued mankind for almost 3000 years. This demon has claimed many lives of mortals who went out to destroy the creature of evil. Until now Kyoroko remained unchallenged, but that was about to change as three warriors entered the Chamber of the Damned. The Chamber of the Damned is where Kyoroko shrine is located and so turns up time to time to guide his worshippers. Ryuunosuke Takeshi Miyamoto a legendary samurai from a hidden town, his daughter (Samurai) and a student (undecided). Kyoroko and the three warriors both experienced and unexperienced have a battle to the death, one that seemed Kyoroko could lose.

In a desperate attempt to keep his realm of evil going where man is a slave and evil rains, he sent the warriors to a time in the future. The future where Kyoroko rules with an iron fist and is now even more powerful than before. The future is a different place, everything they knew was gone and the way of the warrior was almost gone from the world. Only them and a several others around the world knew of the way of the warrior. One of the two inexperienced is taken to add to the confusion. Several portals known as time fragments exist and need to be fixed in order to be able to return back to their time. Kyoroko’s forces and vanguards are in the way and control everything.

Will the warriors get one of the team back or will they perish at the hands of Kyoroko and his forces? Can they get back home to stop Kyoroko or will they stay trapped in the future? Because we are in the future it will be like a samurai movie meets a western sci-fi/action film. So blades and guns are used, it is more effective to have both then one of them. Someone get me a bullet counter.

Dirty Dogz (Mercenary Group)

Kind of like the Expendables but the group is of four-five members instead of 12+ or whatever those films use. Dirty Dogz has two-three people on the field, one as the IT/hacker expert and the last is more of a business man who delivers the jobs he feels are worth the time or effort. Though I love playing many characters for this RP I want to do some back story stuff, explore the new and old characters to make it a deeper RP.

"Dirty Dogz will do most jobs if it pays well"- Ex Dirty Dogz Member

This story is about how something came back to bite them in the ass, the last mission had the team kill of a major terrorist leader. What no one knew was they had a bother and they are looking to even the score. The team are sent to do a mission but it turns out to be a trap, one of the three members of the field team are killed. The other two barely escape, three months later these two field member and his remaining off field members are looking for one new team player. This is where you come in, experienced people and those who have potential are also welcome. Why it is even more personal now is because the people who survived lost there family to the terrorist who tried to kill them.

The new members story will be entwined with the main characters story, things will get personal as being a mercenary is a hard life. The team need you (Class) does not matter, history does not matter as all things will be absolved (Clean Slate). The team will travel to several countries trying to trace this person so they can put them down for good, the team have a helicopter, plane, a tank and a few modded jeeps. Other vehicles are of personal use out side of team work. There will be explosions (Not Micheal Bat style), gun fights, chases, fights, struggles, torture, Romance and stand offs. So who is ready to join the Dirty Dogz?

Let's discuss it more so we can fine tune it more if you wish. I encourage my partner to add something even a little something. I want a paragraph (4-5 lines) to be the written minimum.

RP's seem to be getting harder, I made a thread not to long ago and all I get is people questioning me all the time. Usually like how did he do that or how can she do that. I am sure one can break through a window when they need to or if they have the know how to hot wire a car. Sometimes I am a little vague due to how my brain works (I don't even know how it works) but I try more often then not to make it clear. A building entrance most likely has a glass door or a glass door and metal/wooden frame. Breaking it is like breaking a glass window, it is no wall of brick and cement as that makes no sense if that was the entrance of a building. It feels like logic is thrown out of the window or people don't read it properly. If I said front entrance of a building you would think of a door? Am I right which is more likely glass with wood/metal frame if a frame is there.

Sorry I just had to say it, I want to enjoy myself not play 50 questions with a side of RP sauce.

One that is All (Royzooka's Characters of the Damned)

((The following is of pure fiction, logic and illogical things will pop up. Inaccuracies will also be present, everything is what I have thought up at some point or presently))

Intro:

Welcome to the CS Centre, here is where one person lives different lives. An outer body experience with memories, personalities, appearances, etc of other people or beings. In this centre Ellen Rigby (Elanor) is the prime candidate, she is the one who lives the lives of various other people, both man, woman and transgender. They can feel any object they touch, they can smell anything that has a smell, they can vividly see things as if they were actually their themselves, emotions, pain and pleasure is also experienced. She will live the lives of criminals, those who uphold the law, heroes, villains, fantasy/myth, the plain, the crazy, the weird and all those here and there. The process is not pleasant but when it becomes a routine everything becomes painless and normal.

The Process:

The process of living another life from one's body is not a simple one. The subject must be relaxed with the aid of drugs, they must enter a state of tranquility so they can leave the physical world they know and enter the next. One lays on a steel table that is padded to make it comfortable for them to draft off on, here a heart monitor (Strapped on) and pulse reader (Is needle based) are added to the subject's body to keep a record of them, one can experience anger, sadness, blind rage and other emotions. This will be reflected in their physical body by heart rate and various other factors though the body is safe from any harm they may come across as another person. A breathing mask is added to keep the host breathing, a food tube is added if the person stays as the said character which can end up being hours, days, months or even years.

The brain is monitored as well via several attachments to the skull that monitor the thoughts the body will have, like a TV which shows what is happening in the life they are in. The pain part is a needle goes into the center of the subject's eye, not all the way through, it stops after passing the cornea. The science here has made such a thing safe and with no real danger of lossing of eyesight. The one eye that does not have a needle in it must be covered up with a special patch so the main eye can focus better. The mind is said to sharpen under certain conditions, a special liquid is needed to support the body when the host leaves it for a long period of time. One does not go brain dead as brain activity is always happening, the liquid makes it easy for the user to return to reality. The human mind is a complex puzzle, the liquid is more like a trail of breadcrumbs to find ones way back.

She enjoys the odd drink but other than that does not touch the stuff and she is OK with drugs though she does not use them herself.
