mmm, i'm not really into mermaids. .-.
phantom thieves are kinda like robin hood: they steal from rich people who deserve it, but they're not really about giving to the poor since they tend to be jewel and art thieves rather than straight-up money thieves, and precious jewels and art are really hard to distribute without arousing suspicion. they also tend to be uncatchable, and they don't kill, and they're supremely flashy like a stage magician. c=
ummm, also they tend to be chased by a sympathetic inspector character they have a friendly rivalry with!

well, in naval combat, one can't expect to jump from a mast and land on your opponent's deck safely! just like sea pirates, sky pirates would have boarding actions -- but the exact kind of action really depends on the vehicles between them! look up "crimson skies" for an example of sky pirates (planes dogfight each other before going in for the "big score": the zeppelin), and sometimes it's a situation where convenient science fiction jetpacks or airships are used. c= hostage situations and parachute getaways are also pretty popular ways to be a sky pirate. idk there's lots of different ways you could go for it. don't worry about it too much.

i suppose that's true, but i don't have any programs than can animate 3D. =c i do have flash, so i think i'll stick with that maybe until i rake up enough money to buy a good computer that can run a good 3D animation program (which i'll also buy).

well, pirates (not necessarily modeled after 17th century caribbean types) who loot airships like zeppelins and blimps, or more science-fictiony vehicles, and sometimes planes! c=

i have, but i'm not great at the whole 3D modeling thing .-. i don't know where to start. drawing is so much more straightforward to me.

so, i've been watching brave little toaster movies, and i really enjoy how sentimental they are. i really like their atmosphere, i appreciate the nostalgic and sad, wandering feeling, and i want an RP that can at times feel as dark and at times as down-in-the-dumps, but never angsty or bloody.
and of course there should be a sense of humor there to stop it from getting too serious! c=

but the RP won't need to focus on personified objects. it can focus on whatever we want it to. C= humans, monkeys, dragons, planets, countries, anything~

i don't believe in posting limits but i DO believe in compromise and i'm generally a "mirror literate," so you won't have to worry too much. i'll RP anywhere except IMs. c= oh, AND i like to talk over skype but it's not necessary.
