Current Trying to get back into the swing of things (for a 2nd time!)

Bio

Hi there I'm Rultaos, or simply Rult as some of my friends call me. I first got into RP'ing on two different sites back when I was in High School. The forums of the games Minecraft and Spiral Knights. Both had game-related RP's, as well as off-topic ones regarding fantasy and sci-fi. This was around 3-4 years ago. I wasn't really good at it back then, but I met a lot of great people and feel like I really improved since then.

For any of you who are curious, this was one of my biggest RP undertakings before I got into this site (My username also comes from this as a tribute to it!). It's not really a very well-written roleplay (or a very well-managed one for that matter). But it really meant a lot to me because of how far it went, how long it survived, and how it inspired my fellow players there. It always fills me with a sense of nostalgia whenever I glance at it in my bookmarks...

I got into RPGuild back when it was still using the old server (the one that got taken down after Mahz got behind on his pay and the providers ended their service without warning). I was pretty bummed when this happened because I was already actively participating in a number of roleplays, and I could only stay in contact with a select few guildmates on the Facebook group. Eventually, the long wait was over, and the site was given renewed life after a few bumps in the road that guildmaster Mahz faced in his attempts to resurrect this place. It was a good day for many including myself when this site slowly started getting more and more features.

2014 was my second year in college and was a very stressful time for me. Mostly concerning academics, with a few occasional problems regarding friends and fellow students alike. Because of this, I had to suddenly drop out of roleplaying for a while in order to have the time to get my real life back in order.

Now, I've returned to the site, and am hoping to get back into the groove of roleplaying and make more great friends and have even greater adventures through whatever huge universe your brilliant minds can think of! If you wanna invite me to play, or even just have a friendly chat about anything, send a message my way and I'll reply as soon as I can =)

For those of you who are wondering, my roleplay interests include: Sci-Fi, Military, sometimes Fantasy, a Fandom one if I'm familiar with the source material, heck I'd be willing to dabble in an Apocalypse setting as well. I'm also willing to try new things as well if it seems fascinating enough. So hit me up with an idea any time and I'd be happy to share my thoughts with you.

Well, I feel like I've used up enough for your time. Thanks for caring enough to read all this, and I hope you enjoy your roleplay adventures as much as I have in the past and the present ^_^

Is there still room in this RP? If so, I'd like to get a piece of the action =). But just so you guys know, I'm a newbie to the Persona universe, as I just recently got into it after watching episodes of an LP on Persona 4. So I'll try my best to fit in if you'll have me, but please correct me and help me out if ever I make any mistakes (and I probably will)
Looking forward to the finished product, Laue ^_^. Though don't feel the need to rush it.
Hillan, I really need you to post soon. Otherwise I will have to take manual control of the character to move things along =/. I also hope the others start posting again as well.
The man with the backpack turned around and responded to his question "I am Baron Duke Lordman Kingsly of Kajhetbarogurenbugh and I am here to expand my territory. Are you the owner of this fine establishment? I would like to ask your permission to plant my flag in the roof and claim this place for Kajhetbarogurenburgh." The man said. Officer simply shook his head. "No, I'm not. I'm simply an Officer making their rounds." He answered, straightening himself up.

"Unless someone claims otherwise, this building is public property however, do you have the proper legal documents to prove your ownership of this place over the previous ones. If you cannot produce them, then I will kindly ask you to desist your claims on the tower." Officer explained. Just as he finished his explanaton however, another survivor came up from behind him and walked past both of them. Curious, Officer turned to the man and listened to what the survivor was muttering to himself.

The newcomer appeared to be saying something about a venus flytrap, whatever bearing it had on the current matter however, Officer didn't know. "Excuse me, sir. What are you doing here?" Officer called out loudly to the newcomer. Upon looking closer, he appeared to clutching some sort of doll in his hands, though it didn't look like any of the shelf toys Officer had seen.
There it's up. Finally...
Sorry I took so long to post, I'll get to work on one now >_<
Varkasan looked around at all the activity in the tunnels. It was a vast contrast to the panic and despair during Azure's raid. It was nice, and while he did enjoy seeing the dwarves return to their normal lives (as well as the various items on sale n the Grand Bazaar), he had to remain focused, as he and Zander had a job to do today. Their guide stopped them in front of a gigantic cave entrance. Peering inside, Varkasan could see it was pitch black inside. Further to the right was large ornamental door that seemed to hold great importance.

"This is it. This is the place for the trial. While I understand you have questions to the Grand Inquisitor, but the timing is crucial. As he probably told you, it's going to be a nightmare of a month for you, but I'm going to provide you with details..." The guide began. He then started telling them all about the trial and what they were expected to face.

Varkasan had to take a few deep breaths after hearing what the guide told them. Sebastian was not exaggerating, they truly had a daunting task ahead of them. And there was a good chance one or both of them would die. Varkasan tried to shake off thoe thoughts though. He knew that worrying would do them no good. They had to keep up their strength and morale if they were to make it to the exit before the mushroom spores became the death of them.

Varkasan saluted their guide, and began strapping the rope and bag on his waist. The guide wished them luck once more, and allowed them to be on their way. While Varkasan was doing a check on his bread and bag, Zander spoke up. "Is this where we're going to do the Withc hunter trials? The older Paladin asked. Varkasan looked at him confusedly. "Of course. Were you not paying attention to him at all?" He replied. He was appalled that Zander behaved so casually towards one of the most dangerous and important tests known to Paladins.

"Varkasan, did he tell us how to make it out of here? or what we're looking for exactly? I'm sorry, I wasn't paying attention..." Zander contnued hesitantly. Varkasan sighed. Already he was starting to lose a little hope for them. "He didn't give us very specific directions, all he said was that we must venture inside, and find our way to the other side of that ornamental door. There is a key behind it that will allow us to unlock the door." He said as they began entering the cave. "However, it's not as easy as it seems. According to them, it will take us approximately one month in order to get from the cave entrance, all the way to the door. And we MUST reach it before the one month is over, otherwise the mushrooms inside of the cave will release poisonous spores that will end our lives the moment we breathe them in. And if that does not kill us, there are a multitude of beasts and undead in this cave we must get past as well..." He explained to his comrade. Varkasan hoped that now that Zander was aware of the gravity of their situation, he would take it more seriously.

Just then, he noticed the darkness was already covering them. "That certainly did not take long..." Varkasan said. He raised his hand and waved it over his clothing, covering them in an aura of light that gave them a little bit of vision in a circle around them. He then turned towards Zander. "Hold still." he said. He waved his hand over the other Paladin and enchanted his clothes and items the same way. "This is a weaker version of the spell I use for combat. It will give us some light, but it wont burn away at the cloth, rope, and bread. Nor will it harm any creatures that come into contact with it. Hopefully, this will be enough to light our path, at least partway." He explained as they continued deeper into the foreboding caverns.
Sorry about not getting my post up when I said so. I had it prepared a good chunk of it, but I ended up losing everything I wrote due to dumb shenanigans >_<. I didn't have the motivation to write for a bit. But I'm getting to work now again.
You can design a game? =O
I'll get to work on mine. No promises I'll get it up today though
