Hi there I'm Rultaos, or simply Rult as some of my friends call me. I first got into RP'ing on two different sites back when I was in High School. The forums of the games Minecraft and Spiral Knights. Both had game-related RP's, as well as off-topic ones regarding fantasy and sci-fi. This was around 3-4 years ago. I wasn't really good at it back then, but I met a lot of great people and feel like I really improved since then.
For any of you who are curious, this was one of my biggest RP undertakings before I got into this site (My username also comes from this as a tribute to it!). It's not really a very well-written roleplay (or a very well-managed one for that matter). But it really meant a lot to me because of how far it went, how long it survived, and how it inspired my fellow players there. It always fills me with a sense of nostalgia whenever I glance at it in my bookmarks...
I got into RPGuild back when it was still using the old server (the one that got taken down after Mahz got behind on his pay and the providers ended their service without warning). I was pretty bummed when this happened because I was already actively participating in a number of roleplays, and I could only stay in contact with a select few guildmates on the Facebook group. Eventually, the long wait was over, and the site was given renewed life after a few bumps in the road that guildmaster Mahz faced in his attempts to resurrect this place. It was a good day for many including myself when this site slowly started getting more and more features.
2014 was my second year in college and was a very stressful time for me. Mostly concerning academics, with a few occasional problems regarding friends and fellow students alike. Because of this, I had to suddenly drop out of roleplaying for a while in order to have the time to get my real life back in order.
Now, I've returned to the site, and am hoping to get back into the groove of roleplaying and make more great friends and have even greater adventures through whatever huge universe your brilliant minds can think of! If you wanna invite me to play, or even just have a friendly chat about anything, send a message my way and I'll reply as soon as I can =)
For those of you who are wondering, my roleplay interests include: Sci-Fi, Military, sometimes Fantasy, a Fandom one if I'm familiar with the source material, heck I'd be willing to dabble in an Apocalypse setting as well. I'm also willing to try new things as well if it seems fascinating enough. So hit me up with an idea any time and I'd be happy to share my thoughts with you.

Is there still room in here for another character? =). Also, would it be alright if I made a Clone Commando character? It's just that he would be working in a squad of 4. I can either simply dictate what the squad does, or I can try writing up some CS'es for each member (as I'd like each member of the squad to be distinct as well). I'll wait for an answer before I get to work on the CS.

Is the role of the sheriff already taken by someone? (the description on the roster seemed a little vague to me...) If it's not, I would like to take that role =). As long as you guys are still open to applicants of course.
Can't wait to get this started =). I hope we get a jedi or sith in here. Or perhaps another interesting character, like maybe a Separatist commander.
Put this in Off-Topic. NOT the Roleplaying section... Also, if you already have parameters set (That you "Need" a certain character, a prop, and a line) then shouldn't you already have a story idea? Unless of course it's some odd requirement for competition criteria, in which case I'd understand. Still though, this is not the right area to ask for ideas.
Tracking through walls would be OP, so just the basic one I suppose. Besides, it would be better if Spotter tries to predict the enemy on his own. It would allow some degree of info on the target, while still allowing the possibility of mistakes on his judgment.
Also, what about his equips are OP? The DC-17's attachments? The Armor? Just let me know and I'll see if I can tweak it. If it is the DC-17, then I think the ammo limitations will balance out its abilities, a soldier can only carry so much ammunition, and there's a very small chance he'll find ammo on the battlefield.

Name: RC-4129 "Spotter"
Race: Human Clone (Mandalorian)
Class: Clone Commando
History: Born and raised on Kamino in the Clone training facilities, Spotter underwent rigorous training as a future Clone Commando of the GAR Special Operations Brigade. He has been training with his squad (Comm, Cockpit, and Mech) ever since his childhood, and as such has developed a strong bond of trust and reliance on one another. While not as efficient in combat or other fields, as some members of his squad, he has shown superior intelligence and psychoanalytical skills. Because of this, he was assigned to be the squad's leader. During training, he was able to out-maneuver nearly every tactic thrown against his squad. His abilities to create and execute battleplans were noted, and as such, his squad (Kappa Squad) was often deployed into high-risk, covert missions.
Kappa Squad has participated behind-the-scenes in multiple battles (From the liberation of Ryloth, to the battles of Umbara). Their contributions, though small, helped in the outcomes of many fights. Though many citizens (and perhaps even jedi) wouldn't recognize them nor their deeds, their records of victories (and even defeats) are a testament to the skill and loyalty of Kappa squad and their leader.

If you're referring to my squad, we're Commandos, not A.R.C.s XD. Plus, I feel like it would be easier for me if my entire squad was made up of NPC's, it would require a less amount of coordination that needed to wait for a post from someone else. Though, you're free to play as your own A.R.C. Trooper that works in conjunction with my squad on operations =).
Thanks for answering my questions =). Though playing as the squad lead wouldn't really be different from playing the entire squad from a 3rd person perspective, except of course only the leader's thoughts would be written about. If I have your permission to use the Commando Squad, then I'll stick to playing as that. You have my interest.
