Ryan smiled, hearing that she was comfortable. As soon as she asked about everyone else, his smile faded. "Well... A lot of us were injured... Greatly... If I couldn't change my shape at will I would still have broken bones..." He looked towards the door from where he was, "The captain's wings... replaced with artificial wings..." He looked to her, "We're all injured, even just a little bit... What happened while you were in that portal though? Do you remember anything from before you came back?"

After finishing their meals, at each their own pace, Alison and U went to their rooms. It seemed odd that males and females were sharing rooms, but neither one of them questioned it openly. Alison entered the room only to find Dante also in the room. Apparently she had been placed in the same room as him... and Kevin? Seemed oddly lucky that the three friends had gotten to be in the same room, but it wasn't something she was against, so she simply went to her bed and got to sleep as soon as she could, making sure to avoid any unnecessary unclothing so that no one could see anything they shouldn't. U however, wasn't so lucky to be in a room with her friends. Once she got her room and roommates, she simply lay herself down in a bed, and silently went to sleep, hoping not to be forced to talk to anyone she didn't know.

U had woken up to the sound of Adam shouting at them, but something else entirely caught her full attention. She heard Alexandria shouting Henry's name and quickly went running to see what was going on. The second she got there, she heard Alex requesting a knife. "B-but... Alex... you'll get in trouble..." She crossed her arms, guarding herself from other's sights, at least, that was the purpose. She glanced at the others, knowing they wouldn't know what she meant, but she figured that Alex would know that Levitt would be against her stabbing or cutting anyone on the first day. Eventually, Adam stopped the fight, and U and gasped slightly as Alex had been partially injured in the scenario. After a moment she went downstairs, figuring Alex might be mad that she didn't help at all. It was just... so many people around to see...

Alison woke up when Adam shouted for them to get ready. Great, another day that we can keep anyone else from dying. As she was getting ready, she heard an all too familiar voice piercing the area. Alexandria had gotten angry at Henry for yet another prank, but it was none of her concern, despite the loud noises coming from their room- "Oh my god..." She had just heard Alexandria asking for a knife. She finished getting ready and ran over to see what was going on, only to find that it was ending already. Guess I'll just go wait downstairs...

After all the preparations had been made, Alison joined Ryan's squad, and U joined Ray's squad, following each of their respective leaders into the forest.

Ryan dropped down from the tree as well, glancing around at the groups. He instantly began calling his horse, getting it to come to him and then getting on it. As soon as everyone else was also on their horses, he took off. I didn't even get to do anything... He sighed slightly to himself as he rode, making sure to stick with the other veterans. They were the only ones he knew for sure he could trust to not accidentally knock his horse over. After they made it back inside the walls, he made sure to take a bite to eat in with him to wait for his group. The food may or may not have been taken without permission, but whatever, he ate as he sat there with other veterans. "At least no one died, I guess... even if they took forever to kill all those titans..." Shortly after Alannah placed pictures out for who was getting what three recruits. "These guys took down the biggest, right?" He spoke with his mouth mostly full, "Great, I don't have to bother paying attention to them in a real fight."

Alison got on her horse, sticking with Dante, and hopefully Kevin as well, considering those were the two she knew. She glanced to Dante as he said something about work and smiled slightly, "At least that's a couple less titans than we have to kill ever again. Meaning that's some work we never have to do again." After returning to the interior of the walls, she sat at a table, chatting a little with some of the other new members of the Survey Corps. Dante asked her if she was hurt and she turned her head to him, "No, I'm fine, what about you? You were the one closest to its face..." As the servants entered with their food, she thanked the one placing her food and then began eating slowly so she would be able to respond without pause.

U sheathed her blades, crossing her arms as the veterans dropped from the trees. She walked closer to Alexandria, listening to the veterans, she nodded slightly to herself, wishing she had done more to help. As they got on the horses, she glanced to Alexandria, listening to her say that she had done good. "Thanks... You did better than I did though, Alex..." She smiled slightly to her before looking down. Once everyone was safely within the walls once again, she sat down with Alex, as usual attempting to be as unnoticeable as possible. She noticed Alexandria getting worked up about something, stabbing her meat, and then suddenly stopping. "We both should, right? M-make sure to tell me when you're back..."

Ryan frowned as he looked at the two trainees fighting the titan. He frowned at them, but sighed. "Yeah yeah, I guess I can take those dead weights... At least they know how to keep each other alive instead of me having to..." He shrugged as he glanced to Adam. "Still need a third though... Guess I can ask who they'd prefer..." He crouched down on the branch, looking at the trainees as they fought.

U's eyes widened as Alexandria began fighting another titan. I can't let her fight for both of us... She watched as Alexandria killed the titan, surprised by the lucky kill, but then nodded. and looked around. She saw a titan nearby, and glanced at the ground, uncrossing her arms. "I-I'll get this one..." She unsheathed her swords, and hooked onto a tree, beginning to build up her speed. She hooked onto another tree nearby, flying towards the titan, it's hand moved up towards her, and she hooked the ground behind it, avoiding the hand just as it flew past her. She hooked onto the backs of its knees, flying by as she put her swords out to cut the hamstrings. As she passed, she released the hooks, spinning over so her stomach would be to the ground. She pushed off the ground, seeing the titan fall to its knees for now, seeing as the titan had taken injuries to the hamstrings. She then hooked onto the head, jumping slightly and using gas to go upwards, pivoting over the head to cut the nape of the neck, then releasing the hooks. As her body hit the neck, she kicked off, hooking the titan's back for a moment to slow herself down to avoid any injury then looked in Alex's direction. "D-did I... do well...?"

Ryan glanced to her, then shifted his shape to take the additional room he had been given without excess. He nodded as she said it was nice. A little nicer than she normally is, but I'm okay with this... He glanced to her, shaking his head as she asked if he was uncomfortable. "I'm perfectly comfortable, you?" He turned his head to look at her as he waited to hear her response.
