Bleach: A New Dawn

Ryan looked at those that had arrived, nodding and unsheathing his zanpakuto. "This training begins..." His zanpakuto turned into the shikai, the brass knuckles forming as the sword dissipated. "Now..." He pulled his fist back and built up some energy in it as he prepared a Wind Shift. He pushed his fist forward, letting the energy go. It rushed towards Shiro, knowing he would be unaffected by the larger spiritual pressure. He at least wanted the others to have a chance to get used to it a bit before he started assaulting them, and he was sure that if Shiro got a good fight out of it, he'd be happy with this training. Hikari would want a good fight too, Miyume and Chie, he wasn't sure about, but if they all learned to work as a team, it would be quite beneficial to later missions.

Ryan frowned as he looked at the current scene that was unfolding before him. Mason's friend is dead, and he tried to kill the one who brought everyone to the village... He let his frown dissipate as Kate began speaking to him. "A pleasure to meet you as well." Did she say 'me you?' "Thanks for saving me from that guy..." He glanced to Nixon as he said this. He dropped the arrow he had been ready to use as a weapon and hung the bow from himself.

Hellsquad: Mercenary's who become heroes

Ryan nodded, turning himself pitch black in appearance as he walked towards the door. He controlled his shadow to float off of him as if he were demonic, and his eyes turned red. He glanced at Cassius, "Just in case there's anyone else in there, I'll use their fears against them... Good job clearing the room, I'm just double-checking." He walked in, looking around, forcing himself to smile, his teeth had been formed into sharp, dagger-like teeth. Sometimes I think I have too much fun with my shape-shifting... He didn't see any guards for now, and looked back into the other room, "Seems clear, as he said, shall we proceed?" His form returned to his usual form as he said this, and he crossed his arms as he waited.

Ryan looked around at everyone once they arrived, nodding as they did. "Thanks for coming, everyone... I've decided that all of you need training in some form. Sorry if I interrupted anything, but this will be necessary if each of you wish to continue being in this squad." He looked in the direction of the training area, which wasn't too far away, "All of you will be training to work together as a team. Some of you may be training to withstand high spiritual pressures along with this, and others may be training to control their spiritual pressures." He glanced between each of them, "Any questions you have, ask them when we get there." He shunpoed to the training area, and began to stretch.

Ryan sent out a messenger to each of the members of his squad from the previous mission. We need to do some team training so that the higher spiritual pressures aren't signs to stay out of the fight... He wrote down on a mission report that he would be taking some of his squad on a mission to train as a team, as that was really what it was. A mission solely for training. He looked at the second-highest ranked shinigami in the squad that wasn't going on the mission, "I would like you to keep track of everything here. If I find you to have betrayed any of your squad using the power, I'll personally punish you..." I have somewhat of a plan for this... Hopefully it works out...

Well, Ryan didn't have it, he was asleep during the trip... unless you gave it to him while he was napping? In which case, you guys really didn't plan on communicating with the other car XD considering the wind would have been a huge problem since he was in the bed of the truck, and he ended up napping.
