Squad 3's Mission
The boy was lifted by his shirt. He stared Hikari straight in the eye, seemingly indifferent to the large spiritual pressure that was being released in front of him. "You either take the coins, or simply fight and die... I won't be going anywhere I don't want to go..." His arm was still held out like it had a weapon, but suddenly, his body seemed to dissipate into nothingness. His spiritual energy seemed to disappear instantly as his image disappeared. (Secret info that Hikari might be informed of through PM under certain circumstances) As his spiritual energy disappeared, he reappeared on the other side of Hikari. "And like I said... I'll kill you..." This time, instead of simply holding his arm out as if he had a weapon, did in fact have a weapon in his hand. He swung the sword (not a zanpakuto, just a simple sword) at Hikari at higher speeds than expected. Anyone with a good ability to sense spiritual energy would sense an instantaneous spike in his energy that lasted for as long as the swing.

Julia nodded as he explained how it was working in squad six. Not my style, good thing I'm in squad two, I guess... She continued walking, following along with Kenta, and thought about the two options he gave. "Well... we could use an ambush instead... I can move through solid objects like they're not even there, so if you scare him into a corner, I can come from the corner and attack..." She glanced to Kenta as she suggested her plan, but also though over the other options, If we use disguises, we'll probably find him, but create a bit of a commotion when we drop the disguises... I mean... Two people randomly dying in the middle of street would be a bit conspicuous, and although that doesn't matter too awful much, it might lead to some issues if we come to the human world again... Simply chasing after him might also be an issue since he could be fast...

Ryan simply moved his zanpakuto to block the attack, standing there as Shiro attempted to use a small amount of spiritual energy for control. "Taking it easy on purpose won't make this training help you at all..." He shunpo'd back, pointing to Shiro, "You like combat, right? That's how it seems when you fight... what if I promise to let you fight me at my full strength if you learn some control during this training?" He used Byakurai in Shiro's direction using the already pointed finger. "Would that make you get the most out of this training?"

John blinked, then nodded. I guess if he wants to show the gap in our power, I should use my shikai... He held his blade in front of him, staring directly at Kurisa. "Exit your cage... Himitsu Shishi!" His zanpakuto transformed into the shikai state, creating claws at the end of each of his fingers and toes. He growled slightly before charging at Kurisa. As he got closer, he swung one of his arms at his opponent, the other arm touching down on the ground to keep his mobility up. One of his legs followed after the arm, aiming to double the damage, or double the chance of hit.

Ryan nodded, then shunpo'd to the training grounds. When Shiro arrived (assuming he does), Ryan pointed to Shiro "sheathe your zanpakuto. You'll be using a different weapon, one that's blade is only as sharp as your control over spiritual energy." He got the sword for Shiro out of his captain's jacket, as it was hidden somewhere within. "It just increases the overall effect of controlling your spiritual energy, if you can't, it won't be able to cut, despite how much spiritual energy there is to sharpen it." He tossed it in Shiro's direction, and unsheathed his zanpakuto.

John got a look of surprise to him, That easy...? He followed the captain and blinked as he explained the test was to simply fight against him as best he could. "Are you sure I should fight you...? If I do get any hits in, it'd hurt you, I'd prefer not to do that..." He glanced down to his zanpakuto, unsheathing it despite his words. I wonder if he expects me to use shikai...? I hope not... mine's so... angry...

Squad 3's Mission (for both groups, now that Hikari was heading towards Chie and Miyume)
The boy glanced back at the shinigami following him. He made note of the fact that only one of the pair was directly behind him, before stopping at random, and turning around. "Why are you following me?" His voice seemed off, it didn't seem hollowfied, but it seemed slightly similar. The boy dropped the bag of coins and pointed at them "If you two want this bag, there it is." He then held out his arm to the side, as if he were holding a weapon, "But if that's not why you're here... I can kill you, just as easily as I took the coins..."

Julia raised an eyebrow at Kenta. Seems he's trying his best to get on my bad side, I haven't even done anything yet... "I was asking how it was, not what your squad was. I know your squad is all about jailing and the such, but squad two is the punishment squad, the similarities are close enough that I'm curious about what it's like over there..." As he asked if she was ready, she nodded, phasing through him and stepping towards the senkeimon (that's what it was, right?), "Ready as I'll ever be." She stepped into the portal, waiting on the other side for him.

Ryan raised an eyebrow as Miyume started asking about him being a hollow. "I'm not a hollow... I'll answer all when you're finished your mission..." He then looked to Shiro and began talking about the training he was going to be doing. Shiro asked about the necessity to control his spiritual energy, and Ryan raised the eyebrow once again. "You think it's unneeded to control your spiritual energy? Keep how high yours is in mind, and think about all your battles. All of them may have had the energy there, but if you don't use it properly, then it's not even half as useful as it could be." He glared at Shiro for a moment, "If having the power, but not using it correctly was all it took to be strong, then why would the captains of each squad other than squad eleven always have a bankai to use?" He unsheathed his zanpakuto, holding it in front of him for Shiro to see. "I could fight you with just my sealed state, and I could very well beat you. However, since I'm not using the power I have access to because of my control, it would be a much more difficult fight. But, if I go bankai, the chances of you winning are much lower..." He sheathed his zanpakuto before speaking once more. "Sorry about the long explanation, but whether or not you know it, control is as much a part of your strength as the power is... Ready to begin your training?"

Squad 3's mission (for Hikari)
The flickering spiritual energy had stayed in generally the same area for a while, but suddenly disappeared. It reappeared quite a bit closer to Chie and Miyume. The flickering of energy began to happen more often, making the spiritual energy much more noticeable.
(For Chie and Miyume) Though they didn't get much information from the people, a child with red hair walked closer to them. The odd spiritual energy flickering quite noticeably. As he passed the two, he silently took the coinpurse from a random passerby, and began to run as fast as he could. It seemed almost like he made it obvious to them he had stolen.

Julia sighed as she listened to the description of the mission. She glanced to Kenta as he called her an odd name, but left it be. If that's what he knew her as, what was she to change it? Plus, she didn't plan on going on any other missions for squad six, so she wouldn't have to work with him after this if it started bother her at all later. She followed after him, "I guess I see why he sent me on this mission... Punishment squad and all..." She glanced to him, "What's your squad like, anyway? Other than the harsh captain, that is..."

John had waited too long to join a squad. He was sure that if he waited any longer he would likely be put back into the soul reaper academy to wait for next year to join a squad. He sighed, heading to the squad six barracks. All about law, right? they should be the kind of people that will help me become a better person... He got a confused look as a pair of soul reapers passed him, one of which being called Bigtitsmcgee? That seemed like an odd name for a person, but decided it was probably a nickname of some sort. He walked towards squad six's barracks, saying loudly enough to be heard so long as someone was listening. "Hello? I'd like to join squad six if there's room?"
