Current Just because you "fight a good fight" doesn't mean you didn't do horrible things.

I'm sorry for anyone who was waiting for me. Some real life stuff happened, but for now things seem calm. I'll try to post in my RP's ASAP.

Name: Xia Yang
Age: 28
Home universe/setting: Fallout Universe
Race: Mutated Human

Appearance:

Bio: Xia used to live near the Capital Wasteland, shortly after Project Purity was a go but before the Lone Wanderer awoke from coma. Xia moved to the area when she heard about the Waters of Life, figuring she could get a job escorting water caravans or simply being another hired gun. Wasteland was still dangerous after all. Xia herself was fairly skilled with most forms of conventional weaponry (Though she could never really get a good handle on those energy weapons) mostly due to an advantage most others didn't have; extra arms. A mutation she gained after a very close call with some FEV from supermutants, at first they made her tired and almost killed herself when she thought to cut them off. But after a few lucky breaks, she managed to get enough food to support the energy needed to keep her arms functional, and got herself some weapons to make sure she put them to good use.

When she moved into the Capital Wasteland she got a job by some history nut-case to investigate historical sites and try to get documents. It paid well, so she went about her business until she stumbled onto a strange sight. Some sort of portal or another. She thought she was at a safe distance when it suddenly expanded in size, and somehow she ended up in some place that looked like Pre-war Earth.

Since arriving, Xia had been fighting her way out of Chinese occupation towards Buje. She doesn't plan to stay for long, just long enough to set her up for another trip across the country.

Skill list:
Combat:
Guns - Xia has used a wide variety of firearms, and is equally skilled with most types. She herself prefers rifles, like shotguns, though she's no stranger to long-rifles or assault rifles either.
Melee - Thanks to her extra limbs, Xia is much more deadly in close-quarters combat than most. She can deftly grapple and lock up someone's arm with two hands, and use the other four to start stabbing her opponent. She utilizes knives often, but her main CQC weapons actually take the form of a tomahawk.
Explosives - Xia is good at making, placing, and generally dealing with bombs, such as fragmentation or even plasma. She herself can adapt explosives from whatever she can scavenge, and since she doesn't live in a post-apocalyptic setting, there's a lot to scavenge.
Other:
Survival - Xia has been living off the land as soon as she left home, and much of the land she used to live in was hostile. She has adapted her body to take the maximum amount of nutrients and other materials she eats, and should she run low she can always figure out a way to scrounge up something good. Dealing with things like injuries and poisons are also within her skills, though she's not what you'd call a medic.
Platforming - Location and positioning has played a more vital role to her survival than what guns she carries, so she always makes sure she can get to wherever she needs to quick. She can free run while fully loaded and keep on trucking for hours on end if she has to.

Ability list:
Supernatural:
Her strength is far greater than what her appearance would tell you. This include her four extra arms; though they look like veins, muscle, and bones, they are quite capable of generating enough force to crack a human skull with a punch, or to withstand the recoil of firing a automatic weapon by themselves.

Equipment list:
Combat:
PGM Ultima Ratio 'Hecate II' - Xia's goto rifle for anything that needs to be killed at a distance of a hundred yards or more. Ammo is fairly rare and hard to get to though, so she keeps this one stowed away in case of emergency.
Hawk Semi-Auto - Xia's shotgun. A semi-automatic shotgun that uses twelve-gauge shots, and can hold up to twelve rounds in a single drum magazine. She has one drum with buckshot, and another drum with slugs.
N99 .357 Pistol - Xia has two of these pistols. They use .357 magnum rounds and can carry up to ten shots per magazine. Also one of the only bullets she knows how to make with scrap, so it's one of her most used guns.
Chinese Assault Rifle - A little gift Xia picked up when she arrived to this world, courtesy of a dead Chinese man. Not much modifications, though she has fitted it with a slot where she can put one of her knives underneath the barrel as a bayonet.
Combat Knives - More gifts she picked up from the Chinese, though she has one unique one herself. It is unique in that it has an electrical edge on the opposite side of the blade, allowing her to release a high-voltage electrical shock against anything that makes contact with the edge. With this one, she has six knives on her body.
Tomahawk - Something she has a lot of use with, but this tomahawk she brought from a store in this world. Serves her pretty well all things considered, and she tpyically whips this out more often than her knives, though they're sometimes an off-hand weapon.
Clothing: Xia wears combat armor on all parts of her body except her arms. Her head has a metal mask that she uses to breath in toxic environments, and she usually has a helmet on if it didn't get blasted off. She wears a large dull green cloak to hide her arms when not in a fight, but they also are handy in hiding herself as a giant rock or something.
Other: Xia carries a backpack full of survival gear, and her pockets tend to have little knick-knacks she might need, usually snacks, but sometimes things like bandages or tools.

Other stuff: Xia is wanted by the Chinese for killing a few of her soldiers, though all they have on her is that she has six arms, and has no other solid details about her.
Grey spoke about his home, though he didn't go as long on a tangent as Meirin did. Though her home was in Djarkel, she never considered Djarkel her home. She nodded her head "no" when he asked if she ever visited the village of Blacklight, though she vaguely might have remembered escorting one or two people there in passing. Then Grey asked her about her weapons, though Meirin was a bit hesitant. Technically she "could" use all sorts of weapons, but life at the monastery taught her that a true warrior does not claim what their weapon is. Their actions will prove that, and unfortunately Meirin wasn't carrying her weapons today. "Ah, well... I suppose you could say I'm more of a hand-to-hand person, though I've never really gained the same level of ability as my masters..." Soon another person arrived, Lucilia Riovas the Vampire Teacher. Meirin perked up when she arrived, as she knew that Lucilia had potions that could help Grey. Or so Meirin thinks, she's never seen a medicine that could cure a physical injury like a broken arm. She's seen and had medicines that once purged her body of monster venom and currently was on medicine that would help her subdue her emotions, but she didn't think a potion could be used to restore a broken arm. "Ah! Miss Riovas, Grey's arm broke! We were heading towards the infirmary, but is there anything you can do for him!?"
As the two walked towards the Infirmary, Meirin hoped that Grey knew where to go. She certainly didn't, since she still hasn't explored the entire college yet. She's only gone to and from her dorm to her Weaving class, and occasionally from her dorm to the dining hall or to some of her other classes. She certainly didn't know where she was right now. Grey asked her about her home, which made Meirin smile. "I came from Djarkel, in the mountains. I was raised in a monastery after... Things happened. We didn't speak much, but when we did I have noticed that those of the monastery did not always sound like those who lived in Djarkel. But it didn't really matter to me; it was clear enough for communication. " Meirin wondered how they were doing back at home. She sent letters, but she never got a reply back. Not that she ever asked for them, she merely wanted to let her elders know how she's progressing.

"The monastery is based on the Mountain of Time, one of the mountains that surround Mount Sanguine. The monastery was to be a safe haven for travelers with no were else to go, as well as taking in the homeless and orphaned for a life of rigorous martial training. I moved in as a child, and have been training with them as soon as they felt that I could handle it, which was around seven or so years old. They not only taught me their arts, but also mannerism, respect, and morals. Of course, they also taught me that we all have our own paths, so it's not as though that I'm the prefect representation of who they are. If you ever went there, you might even say I'm something fo an oddball. But they are good people, if a bit boring. Despite their skills, they refused to go into war, and only use their power to help travelers head to the city. Occasionally we may accept whatever reward they are willing to give to us, but otherwise we do it simply because we have the power to do so."

Meirin went on a monologue of her home, though she made the conscience choice to keep it mostly vague. Talking about it hit close to home, and would have poked some old wounds she was going to let heal. In hindsight, Meirin noticed how naive of the world she was. She only knew of her home, and barely knew of the college itself. Perhaps she would go out and learn more about Tiien after or even during her time at the college. Pick up some culture.
#27 turned off his television when the news was over. He released a breath of hot air from his mass, emulating a sigh. Yesterday, after his business was finished, he had all his doppelganger return to him in order to recycle their memories and mass. But one was missing. He went to search for the missing doppelganger, but what he found was one of their evac routes in ruin, and the pasted remains of his doppelganger. But he had not died in vain; before his death, he managed to create a doppelganger of his own, protected with a hard bone casing. When #27 assimilating the doppelganger into his body, he only managed to get some of the doppelganger's final memories. But he had all he needed. It was the last dialog between Yoshimitsu and the woman known as "Guanyin". He was also able to obtain the fear and confusion the doppelganger had when batting her. But despite getting all these answers, they did nothing to solve his questions. If anything, #27 ended up involved in a big mess without the slightest clue what he should do about it. Skip town? Call in some favors? No... He was a hero. He had to fight this, one way or another. It was time for him to visit a friend.

"I need to see Lucilia Riovas." Yoshimistu arrived at the Police Station in his disguise, though he left out the weapons so that he doesn't get perforated on the way in. He even unmasked, showing a fake face just to get the police off his back. But they kept playing their games, stalling time and making Yoshimistu wait. He didn't care, the Proginator went off to do his business and let Yoshimistu do this one. He needed to talk to the Chief of Police about these Guanyin, as he doesn't believe that she takes them as a serious threat.
Restu tapped her alarm clock when it began to blare. Ever so slowly she dragged her body off her bed and made the familiar route to her bathroom, careful to not step on her friends who were sleeping on her floor. Once inside she went about her business washing up for the morning and getting dressed, fully awake by the time she opened her door. They had a guest today as well; Lumineer, the hero of light. Or at least that's what Restu was told. Honestly she only knew her in passing because she has a few fans in their neighborhood, and she didn't think she'd end up saving her from that shady fellow. There was a pang of guilt in Restu knowing that she could have came in earlier to stop him, but instead opted to "Wait and See". It was a foolish thing to do, and she vowed not to stand idly by like that ever again.

Soon afterwards more of her gang members began to wake up, some arguing with each other for some petty grievance that quickly died down once Restu told them to shut up. They each went about their business either using the bathroom or heading strait towards the kitchen to make breakfast. Restu on the other hand stayed near Lumineer and watched over her. No doubt she had a lot of questions to ask once she woke up, and Restu was the only one who could really tell her what she wanted to know. Who knows, maybe Restu could get something from the deal herself.
Why is that? Restu is a registered super too, though she doesn't really have the experience to be as well connected as Emily is. Though I suppose I could still do that, but I'm not sure what to do with Restu. Oh well. I'll have something up eventually.
I had hoped to have Restu rescue Lumineer, but I was looking for Parteebear in the chatz to ask if I could move her somewhere. Guess now I'll just have to ask here. So yeah, I was thinking that Restu just comes in, takes Lumineer away from Erebrus, and takes her back to her place to rest up. Since I don't need to write that out anymore, do you want to wake up at Restu's apartment or do your own thing?
Doesn't sound like the sort of thing Grey would want to get himself involved with... Anyways, just PM me a Collab pad or something.
I suppose I could have Meirin drop by. I honestly don't know what to do with her aside from derp inside her room all day and talk about what medication she's on now.

He's probably high again.

He's stuck in his house because the snow blocked his front door again. He also just figured out the copy/paste function on my tablet. And yeah, he's flying above the clouds too.

I'll post for Meirin at some point in the future.

Guys, I might have some trouble getting on in the near future but it's by no means permanent.

Weather doing a number in your neighborhood too?
Keeping getting some sort of error screen when I try to submit a post. I've seen other's try to post too though, but they end up posting repeats, making me think the site is suffering from some sort of lag spike.
