Okay, next question would be about Crossbows. I want to have it using the same rules as guns, considering that it requires specialised arrows that are not in common use. If not I'd use a flintlock, I just thought it'd fit more with my character's aesthetic. I'm going for a renaissance era knight as a contrast to the traditional samurai.
If you still have room, I'd be interested. I'm assuming you would allow western styles in the RP? Also regarding that, would a sword and shield count as a singular weapon?
@Kouki Months? I never gave such an extravagant timescale. It was more of a case where a few people went missing around a certain area, and Zane got captured during investigation. And before he captured live students he only used samples gathered stealthily from the Death Scythes. Considering that Zane didn't have the power of a Demon Weapon at the time, he wouldn't be on a story arc length mission.

If it's a problem with him being a teacher, I could turn him into a crazy scientist operating in a secluded part of Death City. As for not being allowed to make events, isn't the history of a character entirely events?
I know you said we should only make 1, but I made these two as a set.

Definitely interested. Looks cool.
On a cloud far above the battle unfolding below, a man concealed by a grey cloak watched the battle unfold. Upon the back of the cloak was the symbol of the Dream Eaters, but he seemed to have no ill intent towards the side of the light.

He winced as the ultima cannon went off, his ears ringing from even up in the clouds. He wanted to help them oh so much, but it was not time yet. Upon another, darker, cloud a more familiar person was sat. Retsam was watching this scene unfold with a degree of glee. In his hands he held a green summon gem, which was absorbing excess magic from the fight on the ground.

"Your plan won't work." The cloaked man sighed, exasperated at this foolish plan, "If the heralds of light do not stop you, then your 'master' certainly will."

Retsam laughed at the robed man. "Neither of them have any real ambition." He sneered, a twisted snarl marring his otherwise handsome features, "They do not see the power that surpasses the light and dark. I will be Master of all creation!"

Above the battlefield of the witches, the sky itself seemed to be at war as two powerful magicians duelled each other using the medium of air. Clouds clashed, and lightning shook across the sky, though to the participants below it seemed to be a normal thunderstorm.
Okay Hippo, first off; Raphael is the captain of the vessel. There would be separate guest quarters for people of note. Second, a man like Raphael would not ever willingly take someone called a Traitor onto his ship, and would never allow him into the same room. Third off, why the hell is a commandant on a smallish vessel like this one?

Edit: looking at your CS just adds more questions. Like how the hell does a pirate become a marine officer when even the Shikibuki are kept at arms length, especially when it says in his personality that he hates the marines? It might seem like I'm ranting, but this makes no logical sense in the One Piece world.
"You are correct Commander," Raphael replied, gesturing for the helmsman to change course, "These scumbags won't be leaving Shipwreck Isle, and there's no point risking the lives of our crew on such a fruitless endeavour. All non-essential crew, return to your bunks to rest up. We will probably still have a powerful battle on our hands, knowing the tenacity of these pirates."

After finishing, the marine captain returned to his cabin like a shadow. He was mentally preparing himself for the losses that he would suffer in the next confrontation.
A Hennar was aboard the stolen ship, this Raphael knew. After fighting the family for so long, he had attained a sort of spiritual sense for the family of criminals. But this would be the end of the feud, as this time he'd make sure to finish her off once and for all, if the seas didn't swallow them whole. Pulling out a dendenmushi, he contacted the other ships, telling them to form a blockade around the rock formation known as the Mouth of Charybdis, the only safe exit from Scylla Isle. With his raspy voice, like someone speaking through cloth, he called out to his crew.

"Continue your bombardment of the Darling Unicorn," he himself winced as said the name, "They will have to turn around, lest they become the latest addition to Shipwreck Isle."
