Odysseus let out a loud neigh as Fiore dismounted him. Fiore, in an effort to calm Odysseus down, continued to pat Odysseus on the head. Fiore looked over towards the others, his stance told a story, a story where he was brave, a story in which he knew exactly what to do.
But that would be a lie.
In reality, Fiore didn't know what to do, he was afraid, scared, not for himself, but for the others, for Odysseus, for Leifr, for Allereun, and for the girl. He didn't know what to do, should they fight? Should they try running? All of these ideas flew around in Fiore's head, but Fiore couldn't single one out and pick one, all of the ideas seemed stupid in their own way and highly illogical. But Fiore continued to stand tall, even if he didn't know what to do, he had to seem brave, he had to seem like he knew what to do, fore if he didn't, there could be a possibility for panic in the group.
Fiore scanned the bandit camp, there were four huts, three without a door, and one with a door. Fiore raised his hand up, pointing his finger towards the hut with the door. "Leifr, what do you think of that hut?" Fiore asked, his voice louder than usual. "Easily defendable, no?"
