This world is inhabited by creatures we call Pokémon. People live in harmony with Pokémon. We work together, play together, and try our hardest to make the world a better place for both of us. Recently all new discoveries have been popping up in a place called the Newvorean Region. New Mega Stones, Pokémon with a different typing, even a strange place where Pokémon have abilities and moves that its impossible for them to have.
But.......
In the Newvorean Region, darkness hides, preying on the weak and the innocent. Members of a mysterious and violent team are gathering, kidnapping people and Pokémon alike to achieve their goal. You received the letter last week. It asked for you to go to the pokemon lab in Champion's Village in the heart of the Newvorean Region and for your family to move if necessary. At the bottom, it simply said:

"Hope you arrive soon!
~Maple"

Now your here, whether getting off a ship or leaving your home, you're in for the adventure of a lifetime.
The time is now! Your very own Pokémon adventure starts now!

Locations of intrest

Champion's Village - The town where both the professor and the Champion of the region live, although the champion is rarely home
Champion's Forest - The forest surrounding Champion's Village.
Needlesap Town - A small town just outside of Champion's forest, it touches both Route 1 and Route 2.
Cleardale City - A city connected to route one that sits on the coast. The gym leader, Shio, is the water type gym leader. To the east of the town is Route 3.
Redbeach Town - A town that is at the base of a small mountain. The gym here is fire. This town is connected to Route 3, Route 2, and Route 4 which leads over the mountain. to the south is Red Cove, a small beach with red sand.

on the D/P/Pt subject, what didn't you like?

On my idea, its in a new region, with a new professor, new gym leaders, a new elite four, and a new threat along with new Megas, certain specific pokemon will have megas but the peeps who join will have some say.
