The gray dust that coats the earth in the Kindergarten blew upward slightly. The gray clouds overhead caused the looming cliffs to blend with them to create an illusion that the land looped up all the way around the area. Holes of various sizes and shapes dotted the cliffsides, only adding to the ominous atmosphere. About halfway up the cliff face, a cave sat with a single blue gem inside it. The gem sat exteremely still, just an ordinary looking disk-shaped crystal. In the distance, footsteps echoed and the sound of somebody monologuing. The words were distorted by the echoes of multiple corridor-like ruts that made up the walking space in the Kindergarten. The gem in the cave began to shake slightly, as though it was curious. Beginning to hover, the gem created a bright white light around itself, which slowly began to shape into a humanoid form. The light began to fade from the area to reveal a seemingly human shape with blue hair and pale blue skin. A large blue hood was pulled over her head, her clothes blue and white with a blue cape trailing behind her. This was Topaz.

Topaz jumped down from the cliff, bendin her knees on impact to break her fall. In the distance, she heard the monologuing begin to fade as though somebody decended into a cave of some sort. Alone now, Topaz half considered retreating into her cave for another 5000 years. Something told her that the war was over now, and judging by the once moving machines that planted the gems in the ground, Homeworld had lost. The bleak cliffs on either side of Topaz felt like they were sliding inward on her the more she dwelled on that disgusting event. Regardless, she couldn't bring herself to blame either side of the war, nor could she dislike either side. Something inside her felt conflicted, but she didn't have to worry about that now. Now she had to decide what to do with herself. She turned toward where she had heard the voice come from, then turned away toward the other end of the gorge.

Weapon:
Topaz's weapon is a bow that materializes in her hands on command instead of being pulled from her gem. THe bow is thin at the hand hold and then widens only to create sharp points that recede back in to the bow's starting side. This pattern repeats three times on either side. The bow can be shot either straight up and down or horizontally and will automatically bubble any gems who are reforming near where its arrows hit. Topaz has an infinite supply of arrows.

Personality:
Topaz is very naive and trusting to almost everybody she meets. She loves to sleep when she gets a chance and can be generally lazy. She generally prefers to avoid combat unless provoked. She easily gives up any type of grudge she has with somebody and she can be forgetful, further contributing to her forgiveness. Beside the fact that she is forgiving, she can be merciless in a fight and wont think things through 100% before doing them.

Other: Topaz was a failed attempt to create a Sapphire, she discovered this when she first formed after the Sapphire that joins with Ruby to form Garnet ran away. Discouraged by this, she ran back into her hole and retreated into her gem. Occasionally she will have a small glimpse of the future, but these can be extremely unreliable and random.
