I'm just asking because I've been in the whole "left in the dust" thing at the start of a RP before, but I also don't want to hold anyone up

Seth is accepted but for the matter of his rating I'd have to have a bit more information on his power. Like does the will of the person matter, is it like Professor Xavier, does he have to be close to the person to make it work?

Wolf, I have no problem with you having two characters as long as you can keep up with both of them :)

As for Rose does her power mean the PDCs won't work on her?

and if you guys fell that there is an imbalance with the genders feel free to try to even it out :)

Appearance
To say Fester isn't much of a looker would be a understatement, hell one could barely say he looks human. He has sickly grey skin that is covered in scars that still seem to be fresh, boils, sores, stitches and staples. He has long, straw like black hair that grows in patches on top of his head. His eyes are a sickening yellow, much like his pointed and jagged teeth. He is covered in piercings, which anyone unlucky enough to have seen him nude can vouch for. He normally wears tight leather clothes, namely to show off his near skeleton thin like body, and a pair of old combat boots.

Personality
Fester is sarcastic, insensitive, distant from people and preferring the company of machines any day of the year. He doesn't know how to act around people so he just normally comes off as an ass.

Power
Pestilence Control: Just like his looks Fester's powers are rotten. He has the ability to cause anything to wither, rot, decay and eventually disintegrate. His blood is also flowing with dieses, he can change which one at will, that he can spread to others. He also seems to have a mental control over vermin and pests.

Brief Bio
Fester's origin isn't one of glory or riches. He was the result of a one night stand a female engineer by the name of Rose Silverman had a sum of twenty two years ago. The second he was born it was known that he was different, namely by the fact the young boy looked like a corpse, but his mother loved him all the same. She taught him everything she knew, like taking something apart to the point it couldn't be recognized or fixing something so that it worked better than before it broke. Things only started to get difficult when he was ten and was petting his neighbors dog and the poor thing dropped dead. That was just before Fester start to get sick all the time, one week it was a cold the next pneumonia. This patterned continued, Fester getting sick and neighbors' pets dying, for a few years before Fester realized he was causing it. So for the safety of his mother he ran away and started to live on the streets... well under the streets in the sewers any ways. He lived this way, stealing food and whatever else he needed, for a good few years before he ended up killing a gang member who was harassing a local mechanic. That was when the Hawthorn facility got wind of him and brought him in.

Other
Fester always has a faint smell of rotting food, filth and flesh coming off of him.

Um.. I'm not sure. Seeing as they went to the trouble of making a device that stopped his powers, why would they let him keep something that made them stronger.

Also Shikaru that is pretty standard shadow control so I don't have a problem with that.

Marshall quickly grabbed the shirt and began to dry off his neck and the collar. His hands didn't stop moving until every drop of water was off his neck. He could still feel the slight buzzing of the collar but it wasn't getting any worse. He then handed it to Roxy. "Dry off. Now"

I'm thinking of joining..In fact Vampire and Gifted happen to be my favorite RP themes. I'm not quite sure what my power would be considered as far as power level..it can be fairly powerful and that of a parlor trick depending on how it is used. Would it be possible for my character to be a half demon? Or no? It would make me explaining my power much more easy.

Sorry but I'm trying to keep this one more mutant based, but I'm open to pretty much any power that isn't a godmod
