Oh there is the confusion, that's what I meant. He is chronologically 48 in earth years but that is human biological equivalent of a 16 year old

That would make for a interesting plot point...

Dr. Hawthorn offered his warm smile to the other Cooper to arrive. He had herd the stories of this particular Meta-human and he was more than a bit excited to have him here. "A pleasure Mr. Cooper, a true pleasure." He said as he wrote down the man's name and circled it. The guard had made his way through all the collars and the first crate and started on the next, as he worked he offered a side ways glance to the Metas that had been sent next to him so far.

Hmmm I'm trying to pick up the pace here. Any suggestions?

He said in his kind tone, but as he spoke he wrote down a number three by Vivian's name on the paper. By this point the guard by the crates had started removing the collars that were in the boxes and began inspecting them.

The rancid man that stood at the back of the line had started stretching out his arms and legs as he waited for the masses to move. He then proceeded to crack his back, causing a loud series of sickening crunching sounds to escaped his body.

As for powers, they are currently being dampened by the guards PPDs but once a collar is on they are almost completely turned off, and if one would try to use their power they would become very ill.

Really? Because I always thought Martian's lifespans were way longer than humans, that's why older ages are considered adolescence. Well that is what I got from the wiki anyways

History
Mo'gann was born a white Martian on Mars, giving him an already near crippling disadvantage on his home world, in a family consisting of nearly all green Martians. Despite his massive family Morgan always felt alone, only ever finding comfort in the Earth television broadcasts that were sent to Mars by his uncle, the green Martian J'onn J'onzz. After years of hearing about Earth Morgan stored away on his uncle's ship as he was traveling back to Earth from Mars. When he was discovered he begged to be allowed to stay, which after J'onn contacting Mo'gann's parents agreed to. It was soon after that Mo'gann too the earth name Morgan and began helping with his uncle's crime fighting which prompted the Manhunter to place Mo'gann with a team of other young heroes.

Personality
Morgan is a very up beat and energized person, almost always having a warm smile on his face. Though he is very quirky do to him still not fully understand most of earth customs, his main resource on the subject is 90's T.V shows. He loves to make others happy, even if he is in a bad mood. He also has a strong love for earth music.
