Hmmm, maybe as a side character. I would want to get a few students first before making someone's main character a teacher

Zain rolled his eyes. "Yep one really screwed up fruit loop." He said as he watched the infamous Jack The Ripper 2.0 walk over to the rest of the group. He then looked over the group and realized they were pairing off in teams for a game of basketball. He smirked before he grabbed a basket ball and began to dribble it. "Time to school some white kids." He said before he dribbled the ball between his legs a few times as he rushed towards one of the nets. When he was about half court he stopped dribbling and took his shot, nothing but net. "Oh yeah! Main man Zain in the house!" He exclaimed with a fist pump into the air.

James Everett Synthisis 17 Male Most of his physical skills are only slightly above average. He is a problem solver and more adept in sciences and technology. Matter=energy conversion. He is able to convert matter into energy and store that energy for a later time. The more dense the matter the longer it takes to convert. Vice versa that stored energy can then be converted back into matter. The more dense or complex the result the more energy is required. He can only create matter that he has been able to convert but the result can currently be any solid object. The power only works on non-living matter and is an equal exchange. He cannot create more than he takes in. Sometimes carries raw material that he can use to later make into other tools, weapons, or other equipment. He is generally quiet until you get to know him. Once past the stoic exterior he is loyal friend and random at times. Still he airs on the side of logic when the need arises and is a decent tactician. In the absence of a leader he can fill the role but typically does better in tandem with others or as a second. An abundance of patience is one of his better traits but also greater weakness.History: Looking at James' past one wouldn't think that he would end up in an organization like H.I.V.E. His childhood was pretty normal. Nothing particularly tragic happened with him or his family. If anything he was a success story in the making. His grades were great and he was constantly creating new things to advance his position is life. The potential could get him into some very lucrative careers. The only problem was the system. Other people benefited handsomely for the things he did while he only got nominal return. While there was the possibility he could strike out on his own he would still be beholden to and others that would not be looking after his best interest. James needed a steady supply of materials that were also cost more than he could afford. With that in mind he set out to solve both those problems. It was a long shot to be sure, a method of manufacturing only heard of in science fiction. But they did live in a world where super powered beings ran amok. Embezzling funding and resources from his current "employer" he attempted to find a way to recreate matter from energy. To be fair, while James was incredibly smart he did not fully understand the forces he was dealing with. Even the equipment he borrowed was highly experimental even before being tampered with. Whats more questions were beginning to arise of what he was doing. Becoming increasingly more careless James let things slide until it blew up in his face, literally. While he walked away with minor cuts and bruises his reputation was ruined. No one with an ounce of business credibility would hire him now. It was not until months later that he realized he had succeeded, though not exactly how he had expected. He could be as rich as he wanted, but that didn't change that his former employer was going to come down hard legally. Short on options, it was around that time he was approached by H.I.V.E. with an offer that was hard to refuse. 5' 6". Average build, Short black hair and green eyes. When he doesn't have contacts in he wears rectangular lensed glasses (which is most of the time). He has yet to make a costume so for now it is your standard H.I.V.E. issue. First! H.I.V.E. Five.On another note, I have managed another RP before (not on this site) and did it for many years. I would be willing to assist where I can.

I like the character, but I just have a few questions about his powers.
1. Does his power work on all four states of matter or is it just solids?
2. What do you mean by energy exactly?
3. What kind of stuff can he create, If he can just turn a chunk of wood into a nuke you can get my concern

--------------------------------------- This RP is about the new class of H.I.V.E students. For those of you who don't know what H.I.V.E is it stands for Hierarchy of International Vengeance and Extermination, some of you may recognize this as the same H.I.V.E from the old Teen Titians. The main goal of H.I.V.E, well really the main goal of H.A.E.Y.P which stands for H.I.V.E. Academy for Extraordinary Young People, is to train the next generation of world renowned H.I.V.E agents, who more often than not end up as top quality mercenaries for hire or actual super villains themselves. We will be playing as the students as they live out their daily lives, you know going to class, training, and dealing with each others drama. I was hoping this would be rather free form RP, no real over all goal, but we would go on missions assigned by the headmaster/mistress to test our skills. Also I was hoping for a lot of character interactions, small groups being formed, rivalries being born, maybe even a little romance. News: It has been settled that this RP will take place about five years after the last head master, Brother Blood, was removed from his position and the academy went under the radar. The academy now has a new headmaster and the former students such as Jinx, Mammoth, and Gizmo have all graduated and went to follow their own paths. Now time for the fun part, yes dear lads and lasses I am talking about the rules! THE RULEZ: 1. First off yes we are have super abilities but please lets not have over the top and god mod. Thank you 2. I don't really mind drama in the IC but let's keep it out of the OOC, good vibes only dudes and dudettes 3. PG-13 guys, that goes for romance and fighting. No bloods baths and keep the serious romance in the PMs 4. Let us know if you're going to be gone for more than a day or so, I don't mind it just keeps people from being stuck in post lock 5. Well the last time Miss Winter had this RP going it was a complete transformation into an animal form that could be controlled after some practice, kind of like a new muscle you are trying to flex and work out for the first time. Also like you said Zain is like this because he is reacting differently to the mutation, it has to be with the way he mentally perceives himself.

To serve as both a Bump and to ask the question. Do you think this should be set during the time that the H.I.V.E five, you know Jinx, Mammoth, Gizmo, etc., are still enrolled or after? I ask because I know people like to make "The child of [BLANK]" Original Characters, I've done this few times myself and enjoyed playing those characters.

"Aww but I'm still hungry gramps!" Zain said as the doctor came in and announced that they all had to head to the gym. With a grumble Zain got up from his seat, jumped onto the table, and walked on top of it towards the exit with the rest. Before jumping off the table he grabbed a turkey leg with his tail and used it bring the leg up to his mouth, taking a large chunk out of it. As he jumped off the table he landed next the girls who were also in the group. "You know this thing is coming in pretty damn handy." He said with a mouth full of turkey
