Hey guys I was planning on starting a new RP based on the Fables series, which is about fairy tale characters living in the modern day world. If anyone is interested fill free to ask about. Sorry wizard for the self promotion, but I just wanted to get the word out

Fables/The Wolf Among Us RP?

Well I have tried this a few times before with little success, but call me a glutton for punishment because I am trying it again! The basic idea is that we will be playing the characters from the game/comic series of Fables. If you don't know what those are do not fear as I will explain it, though I recommend reading/playing them as I found them to be a hell of a good time. Basically Fables is about the lives of the fairy tale characters we grew up hearing after a long and bloody conquest lead by a monstrous figure known as the Adversary drove them from each of their respective magical realms, these realms are called the Homelands by the way, and into the only known world without magic and the only world the Adversary seemed to have no interest in, the world was called the Mundane world (our world). After settling in this new world the Fables spent centuries, Fables don't really age, building their own little community in what would eventually become the city of New York. Now they have to live their day to day lives in the modern day Mundane world, making sure to keep their true nature hidden from the normal people of the city. Sorry if all this is hasty, but I promise to have much more detail in the OOC/IC if and hopefully when this takes off. So any interest?

"I think we all should continue this over some lunch, yeah?" Aiden said, clapping his hands together. He was glad for the excuse to leave the room and hopefully the topic behind. He headed towards the what use to be the door to the training room while sticking his hands in his pockets and humming slightly. When he made it to the dinning room he grabbed a plate he filled it with a combination of salad and fish. He then saw that5 Gwen had decided to sit by herself. He let out a sigh before he took his plate and walked over to her. "Uh hey..." He sighed again before he continued. "Look I'm sorry if I came off as a jerk or secretive before, it's just that this is a sore topic for me that I don't like talking about in general." ------------------ "Chow time huh? About damn time if you ask me." Vince says after hearing the announcements over the speakers. With out another word to the rest of the team he turned on his heels, placed his hands behind his head in a carefree manner, and strolled out of the training room and to the dinning hall. Once he was in front of the buffet that was set out for the team Vince practically pounced on it. He pilled half a ham, a whole chicken, a slab of ribs, and four burgers on three plates before he decided he had enough food for now. He looked around for a place to set down his score of food, he spotted some chick in red spandex carving something into one of the tables. Vince walked over to her, setting down his plates and picking up one of the burgers. He bit into it and looked down at what was carved into the table. "I think you better run a spell check on that." He said with a mouth full of burger.

Aiden let out a sigh after hearing Gwen's speech. He got what she was getting out, he appreciated it in fact. But he just couldn't do it himself. He has dealt with being a Hellspawn his whole life, so when he was now in a group of people who didn't know what he was he didn't want to give it up... well just not yet. He gave a slight smile to Bearman, he liked what the big guy was getting at. "My names Aiden and I am the best cook this side of heaven and hell." He said with even a slight smirk. --------------- Vince rolled his eyes at the situation in front of him. "Touchy feely blah blah blah." He said as he looked over the group. "As long as you aren't complete crap in a fight and won't get me killed I don't care about your back story."
