Guyton was leaning on the railing of the ship looking out over the sea when the young familiar voice of that normally followed him around the kitchen met his ear. He didn't even need to turn his head to know that Eri would be standing there with her usually cherisher grin that she seemed to wear all hours of the day. Though Guyton let out a grunt of annoyance when the girl named herself his daughter he did know he would guard the rum for her, from real care for Eri or just to avoid a tantrum from her he would never say. He turned his stern gaze to girl before standing up from the railing to his full imposing height. "Aye. Can you make sure dat di captain know dat dina is ready. Also give dis to Jimmy and tell him to apply it to di... area." He said before handing the girl a vial containing a green liquid. "And you might want to remind him dat next time we dock dat he should be more carful where he sheaths his sword." He said with the slightest of smirks.

All test subjects report to meeting room A. As the message rang through the PA system and the test subjects began to make their way to the meeting room a dark figure that was hanging from the rafters began to stir. "Uh... what? Ah hell I did it again!" Marshall said in a half asleep tone. Ever since he had been spliced with the bat gnome he been having some of the weirdest side effects like his hearing had skyrocketed, he been craving red meat, and worst of all was his sleep walking... well flying. Every night he went to sleep he ended waking up somewhere hanging up side down, talk about a vampire cliché. Quite honestly he was more annoyed than worried about it, saying that he can fly in his sleep doesn't seem so cool after he wake up hanging up side down naked in the ladies room for the second time.

With a groan Marshall spread his arms apart, his wings spreading out as he did so, and released his grip from the ceiling. He landed with some what of a stumble. "I'm a better flyer when I'm asleep... great." He said with a role of his crimson eyes. He pulled out a cellphone that he got from the CIA, Marshall found treating to expose some less than legal Black Op operations that he "stumbled" upon is a great way to get some extra luxurious around here. He watched as endless numbers flashed by on the screen, no non hacker would understand the seemingly random data that was being shown but to Marshall it was as plane as the back of his hand. "Good to see they don't trust me enough to not bug me." He said with a smirk before putting the phone away and heading towards the meeting room.

The sound of bones being cracked and broken echoed just beneath the deck of the Devil's rock. To anyone new to the ship those may have been an alarming sound, but to who ever spent a single night aboard the ship would know that these sounds should be celebrated not feared. If someone would follow those sounds they would find a hulking man wielding a meat cleaver chopping up a plucked chicken then seasoning it before dumping it into a bubbling pot of water, which already held the parts of at least three other chickens. The large man wiped the sweet from his brow before impaling the cleaver into the wooden wall beside him, which held marks indicating that he had done it many times before. The man then made his way to the deck of the ship, still smelling of spices. Once he was top side he took in the smell of the sea air for a moment before turning to the crew and captain. "Di stew should be reddi inna ten minutes!" He called out in a thick Jamaican accent that most of his shipmates have long come use to. This had been Guyton's routine for a while now and he had come use to be ignored when he gave the dinner call, honestly if the crew didn't eat he didn't care.
