Role: Is one of the first agents to be sent out to detain or eliminate supernatural beings that pose a threat to the safety of the city, though due to his methods more often than not he eliminates the targets.

Race: Vampire

Special Abilities or Expertise: Luka's years of military experience had turned him into a finely tune solider and a expert in battle. He is trained in the fighting styles Systema and Sambo. He is also an adept marksmen, though he prefers to use a pistol over a rifle. When in close combat he alters between using a knife or his fists. His vampiric blood makes him faster, stronger, and much more durable than most. Couple that with his experience in life makes him a deadly force. His senses are also much sharper than others, being able to hear the quietest sound a smell faintest aromas.

Nationality: Born and raised in Russia but is now a American.

Biography: Luka was born a little over a hundred years ago to a poor farming family that was nestled in the heart of Russia. He was brought into the world during the down fall of the Tsar's rain over his homeland so he was raised to have a strong love for the rising new power, the Soviet Union. Luka's love for his homeland and leaders was limitless and he did everything he could to make both proud, going as far as joining the Russian military. He served his country for years, even serving in WWII. His actions caused him to rise through the ranks to the point he was invited into the KGB when it was formed in 1954. This was the shining moment in his military career and he believed he could ride out the rest of his life in honor, sadly that didn't happen. It wasn't long until that Luka fell for a younger woman that made claims of showing him a whole new life, little did he know what that actually meant. The woman sired Luka and turned him into a child of the night, a vampire. Luka had a mixture of feelings ranging from anger, sadness, resentment and yet oddly enough excitement. He stayed with his sire for years, her acting as his teacher and lover, and left his old living life behind, even faking his death. They stayed in Russia until the downfall of the Soviet Union, something that nearly broke Luka's heart, that's when they decided to move to America. They spent nineteen years traveling the U.S before Luka's sire was killed by a demon living him lost, but more importantly full of a need for vengeance. He used the next few years learning everything he could about how to hunt down, kill and torture demons in the most painful ways possible. He put those skills to use as he searched for the demon that killed his sire, him killing dozens of demons in his search. He eventually got the attention of the D.I.S when he took out a group of demons and there followers that were responsible for a string of brutal murders. They offered him a deal to join the agency which he accepted only if he could continue to search for the demon. He had been with the agency for four years now.

Personality: Luka is a rather cocky and sarcastic person, making a joke about almost everything. His years of life have made him rather hard to impress which only feeds his sarcastic nature. Even while he is on the job he'll make jokes and rather crude remarks. But there are times that his old militaristic nature rises to the surface and he becomes very straight forward and ridged, going as far as to give orders out in Russian. He never talks about his past and does everything he can to keep off that topic. At his very darkest Luka has flash backs back to his time in WWII which tends to lead to him relapsing in his military routine.

Trivia: Luka has a Russian accent he tends to try to cover up but comes out the longer he talks. He is very infamous for his card playing skills

Dirge still had his attention locked on the paper in his massive hands as he tried to reread the name to make sure he had said it right in the first place. He only looked up from the paper when he heard the rather fast movement of somebody jumping over the counter. He almost reached for his club that was hanging from the strap on his back but stopped when the man spoke up. It occurred to him that he was being protected, causing him to dawn the same odd expression as before that was his way of smiling. As the man headed out side Dirge followed after him, making sure to duck down under the doorway again. Once he was outside he stood to his full height causing him to tower over the others.
"Yes yes V man said I find you he give me more jinglys. Do I get jinglys now?" He asked in his rough voice, but his tone was that of a excited child.
